An okay domino's, nothing special.

The delivery was scheduled for between 12/22 and 10:27 p.m. It arrived at 11:15 p.m. Both XXL pizzas were - ice cold - burnt One of the boxes was completely smashed and wet from the drinks we ordered. We couldn't reach anyone by phone, and our email hasn't been responded to for two days. That's not what we're used to from Domino's! Don't order from there.

I ordered and picked up this pizza on January 26th. I forgot to file an online complaint, so I had to do it this way. This Harissa pizza (now off the menu) was missing three ingredients: harissa sauce, garlic sauce, and shawarma. Amateur pizza makers, that's for sure. I used to work at Domino's in Voorschoten years ago, and the staff there knew exactly which ingredients should go on a pizza.

We ordered a pizza, paid online and didn't get the pizza, when we called we found out that they wouldn't deliver. When we asked for a refund, the gentleman hung up on us... I do not recommend it... Fraudsters!

Mijn hemel wat een zooitje daar in wassenaar 1 ster is al teveel voor hen. Meer dan eens gaat het fout. Meer dan eens klopt de bestelling niet. Van leegelopen shakes tot ontbreken van bestelde gerechten. Nu weer vraag je om een pizza gyros ZONDER paprika krijg je die met. En dat terwijl je dit bij de aanpassingen in de bestelling EN de beschrijving heb aan gegeven krijg je hem alsnog MET. Omdat ik het beu was belde ik zeer geërgerd en vroeg of ze konden lezen. Vervolgens krijg ik de wind van voren van die knul aan de lijn of ik even wilde dimmen. Deze jongeman die heeft uiteraard ook van mij de wind van voren gekregen. Domino's geef jou personeel een cursus lezen en een cursus omgaan met klanten want dit pik ik niet en met een zielig couponnetje voor een gratis pizza die ik al weet ik veel hoevaak gekregen heb omdat er iets niet klopt hoeven jullie ook niet aan te komen omdat ik hier echt nooit meer bestel eerst maar eens een goede vergoeding en een excuus en dan ga ik er misschien over nadenken. Mijn god nog nooit zo onbeschoft behandeld.

My goodness, what a mess there in Wassenaar! One star is already too much for them. More than once, things go wrong. More than once, the order is wrong. From empty shakes to missing dishes. Now, you ask for a gyro pizza WITHOUT bell peppers, and you get it with them. And even though you indicated this in the order adjustments AND the description, you still get it WITH. Fed up, I called, very annoyed, and asked if they could read. Then I got a scolding from this guy, asking me to tone it down. This young man, of course, got a scolding from me too. Domino's, give your staff a course in reading and customer service because I won't stand for this, and with a pathetic coupon for a free pizza that I've received countless times because something is wrong, you don't have to bother me either. I'll never order from them again. First, I need a proper compensation and an apology, and then maybe I'll reconsider. My goodness, I've never been treated so rudely.

It’s not the same as UK Dominos but is still nice. The garlic sauce dip isn’t the same but is still very nice. The chicken pizza I had reminded me of a Papa John’s pizza which is not a bad thing.

I ONLY GIVE A ONE STAR REVIEW BECAUSE I CANNOT GIVE A NEGATIVE! Worst eating experience anywhere in the world!!! Food was returned and redelivered cold due to an address mix-up but restaurant called the wrong contact number and then the manager lied about the phone number that was used and blamed me!!! The manager has the worst customer service I have ever experienced and called me very rude and said I was shouting and screaming at her even though I kept very calm but pushed my point. I took a photo of the delivery drivers phone log as proof the wrong contact number was used and the mistake was dominos fault but she didn't care and hung up the phone!! I raised an online complaint but haven't received any response as of yet. Avoid this place and go to any of the much better local Italian restaurants. Dominos really need to raise their staff training

I visited this place 18.08.2024 at 20:46. We ordered 2 pizzas and went at home. We ate one of it and when we almost finished the other one we discovered that it had an extra ingredient : a fly. When we went to the store to get some explanation - we got few rude employees who actually didn’t have any glows and hats on them and were pretty aggressive towards us. When we tried to talk about a problem they made some fun of us and blamed us for putting that fly there ourselves. They literally didn’t want to help us and everything we got is “That’s the end of the conversation. Have a nice day”. If that’s the way of solving problems in this place I’m really sad for the future customers.

It's ridiculous when a delivery person has to pick up food from the supermarket because everything in the store was gone

Absolutely worst customer service I ever have dealt with, ordered over €50 worth of food from them at 8:28pm on the Monday evening for delivery, waited at delivery drop untill estimated arrival 9:49pm as stated on website order, no sign tried contacting dominos no answer, stood outside till 10:40pm tried ringing again realised then they had closed at 10pm and we never received food we had paid for. Have been back and forth with them for a week and they have lied and contradicted each other every time we spoke to someone different. Everything about this order was terrible. It was very late, so I tried calling 12 times but no answer. When it did finally arrive it was stone cold. The sides of fries were kiddie menu sized at best.

Great Dominos. Not too greasy and very quick. Orders have to be done online, staff does not feel the need to accept orders in the store. Pity, as the dominos app is absolutely terrible and takes much longer. Staff misses out on tips and I leave annoyed.

your pizza is doesn’t have a taste, not at all. I order at home and this is not a pizza is what I order from supermarket and I put it the microwave. Very disappointed !!

You can't even query addresses via the website 😂. There are no deliveries to many locations. Not good. I advise against buying anything.

Mediocre Pizzas, poor delivery. Delivery drivers really drive through Wassenaar like fools. Do not give priority, drive very fast through residential areas and when approached you can expect a big mouth. During the last delivery, the delivery man delivered the pizzas with a cigarette behind his ear while his car was half parked on the sidewalk with loud music playing. Not a good advertisement for the Domino's Pizza company. We will certainly never order from here again.

Small park across the street with benches to eat at if you do not wish to eat inside.

Extremely friendly and courteous employees. We were on vacation nearby and ordered pizza here. The staff were very friendly. Everything was very clean and tidy. Can be highly recommended!

Food super tasty. Service on site was super good. Nice personel. Ambience absolutely ok for a delivery service. You can see on site how long the food will take until it is ready. Mega good.

Rating ZERO!! Outside hangs a big poster saying: pizza's 3,99 before 16.00. I ordered 2 minutes before and employee says: It is 16.00. I show him that it is before 16.00 and he says: We are closed! 2 other customers were also in the store! But he repeats: we are closed. Every day we open at 16.00 What is this? First I was ordering before 16.00 and suddenly when I wanted that deal...it was closed. How is that? And then there is a cheap deal that is a farce because the store never opens before 16.00 NEVER EVER DOMINO AGAIN!

9 times out of 10 too late. Recently waited 2 hours for lukewarm pizza. Received wrong size today. Customer service is a difficult concept. Ease of ordering is tempting. Otherwise completely rubbish.

Waited 2 hours and called 1 after ordering and delivery was on its way, now almost 1 hour later and still nothing!!!

Not worth a single star! Order 5 items, of which the kick and chicken and popcorn chicken are kind of full. And the 1st wedge is half full and the 2nd wedge is not even 3/4 full. The weeds were black and did not taste like accompaniments. And that's for the smallest boxes they have. The chicken BBQ sandwich with literally only 4 pieces of chicken fillet on it. And when you call you hear that this is normal. Now I know why we didn't order more from Domino's. Poor quality and price ratio. Better training can't hurt! Order next time but preferably @newyorkpizzawassenaar. (In order to post I had to choose 1 star!)

This time I stopped by to pick up my free pizza. Immediately approached upon arrival and was told that the pizza was almost ready (just on time).

Pizza 23 pieces is also no problem

After ordering there would be a 10 minute wait as stated on the sign. However, after 20 minutes I asked how far the order was. We found out that it had not yet come through. Had to wait another 20 minutes without any excuse from the manager. Bad and slow service. Last time here.

This is the worst "pizza" we have ever eaten. No taste, no quality and not professional either. We ordered a vegetarian dish and it was minced meat! I give 0.

Ordered 2 pizzas. The delivery took 45 minutes (I can only imagine due to the lack of staff). However, I read many more messages about late deliveries and cold pizzas. Domino's Wassenaar appears to be struggling with a structural problem and can no longer guarantee quality. Our pizzas were lukewarm (almost cold), very soft and white. No more Domino's Wassenaar for us.

Not very big, decent price level, in good weather you can wait outside on the sidewalk, in bad weather it is difficult to keep the 1.5 meter distance. You will be helped quickly, friendly staff. Additional information after second order: I have adjusted the number of stars. On the second visit a female employee was "in charge". It was quite busy but everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. The employee was very unfriendly, both to a number of colleagues and to customers. Clearly didn't feel like working or motivating colleagues. Order went wrong, had to check and inquire several times. No explanation about the delays, our order was 8 minutes away for 15 minutes. Absolutely no advertising for Domino's.

ordered today after ordering the sauces for the chicken were missing, they were delivered after more than half an hour, the chicken was not really warm I also ordered garlic bread, it was so salty, so I had to make a phone call, yes, that depends on a machine, now you can adjust it, I didn't get anything reimbursed, now you don't have to, but I miss it, the customer is king at this store, since I saw it the last time.

Waited 3.5 hours for pizza and no refund, the order was supposedly *lost* but they knew exactly what we had ordered, a bit strange. The boy on the phone was very rude and very customer unfriendly. The delivery person was nice but pizzas were unfortunately cold.

Pizza very tasty, as always. However, the order was still taken incorrectly, despite repeating it several times. However, the correction was made quickly. So everything is OK again 👌

Ordered pizza more than an hour in advance. Had to wait another 40 minutes at the agreed time before the order was ready. Pizzas don't look particularly tasty and the taste of the pizza wasn't special either. Few taste differences between the 4 chosen pizzas, despite the very different ingredients.

Just placed an order, delivered pizza caprese without pesto sauce and the extra goat cheese topping. Called the Wassenaar branch and I will receive a new pizza within fifteen minutes. The second delivery, pizza has a little goat cheese, you pay €2.50 extra for it and again no pesto sauce! I just accepted the pizza since it was impossible to deliver the right pizza! This is my worst experience with Domino's, a shame!

Ordered 4 pizzas tonight. There was a problem with the website for collection, so I called the store and still got the discount, the help was good and it was ready within 15 minutes. Just worth 5 stars.

What a sad company! came 3 hours in advance, placed order upon collection, order was 'forgotten'. Subsequently, order was incorrectly executed, as it turned out when we got home. And while I was waiting it turned out that several orders had been incorrectly executed. Time for reflection on business operations and management Your response to my complaint is inadequate. I ordered a pizza at 6:50 PM and you do not address my arguments at all.... so it is apparently difficult to read properly and respond correctly.

While waiting for my menu, I heard the employees inside talking about my name in a “ridiculous” manner. Then I came in and they became very quiet. I find that behavior childish and to be honest, I don't feel like ordering there anymore. Another detail is that the pizzas I ordered were barely cut. I had to start using a knife. For the rest, the product was ok.

My kids love the pizza and it’s quick and reliable usually. Don’t get the garlic knots - tiny and overcooked.

Just got my order. The difference between a Medium (25 cm) and Italian (should be 30 cm...) pepperoni pizza at Domino's Wassenaar... is at most 1cm.... It looks like the box costs €2.50... .. Because that is the difference in price for the same pizza in those sizes. This really isn't possible. See my photo. So it makes no sense at all to order an Italian size...

Despite all the changes I wanted, my order was made well and the man behind the counter was friendly, even though one of the delivery people almost pushed me over when I stood at the door.

Of the 8 pizzas ordered, only 1 was as ordered.

Unfortunately extremely expensive, pizza doesn't taste great and it's more when you're in a hurry. We paid over 30 euros for 2 medium pizzas...

Duinrell is a nice park It is all a bit outdated, but they continue to renovate and renovate it, it is a pleasant park. Once... but never again. You are not greeted and they talk pleasantly about how hopefully they don't get any more orders (it was 5 minutes before closing time). When the pizza they had hastily made was ready, they threw it on the counter and shouted my name. No hello, nothing, they were busy talking again. Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars. Luckily New York Pizza was close by.

Please wait 10 minutes. It took 30. One pizza was dry as heck. Quite small compared to usual domino's pizzas. Not the usual Domino quality.

I ordered a takeaway pizza, and the sign said that the pizza would be ready after 12 minutes. Anyway, after I have waited 15 minutes, the message on the board says that I have to wait another 9 minutes??? However, normally the service is better.
