Yesterday, after a day of swimming at the Tiki Pool, I went to this Italian restaurant. "No nonsense" is the best way to describe it! Delicious pizza and lasagna, friendly staff. Absolutely 100% recommended.

We're on vacation at Duinrell Park and stopped by here one evening. The pizza was amazing, highly recommended. Everyone was full, which isn't always the case with several people.

Always good pizzas so far, no idea what's going on but they were really inedible, factory bottom? I have no idea but from the man who claims to be the only real Italian in Wassenaar I don't expect this.

Welcome to Italy! As a vacationer in Italy, you don't go to eat where all the tourists go; you go to where the Italians go. Like here in Wassenaar, the only pizzeria where German is spoken. Ambience: simple, typically Italian. House wine by the water glass. The food is fresh from the kitchen or straight from the pizza oven to your plate, a plain salad: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. The taste is top-notch. And friendly service. Tiramisu, coffee... and the prices are really reasonable. Continued success, and I hope to see you again. Thanks for this lovely evening.

What a great experience at Pizza Pasta in Wassenaar! The pizza was really delicious: thin, crispy base, well-melted cheese and super fresh vegetables. You can immediately taste that the ingredients are fresh and not frozen – that really makes the difference! What also struck me: the service was great. I walked to the car and the owner himself brought the pizza to me. So attentive and friendly – ​​real Italian hospitality. A business with a love for good food and for their customers. Definitely recommended, I will definitely come back!

We ordered 2 takeaway pizzas: Margherita & Pepperoni. Only my son (10) and I had the pepperoni pizza and a few hours later we were violently ill. Vomiting & diarrhea and 24 hours later we are still very ill. It is my firm belief the pepperoni pizza was to blame and while I am sorry to leave a negative review I feel compelled to leave one so the owner/chef can address food safety issues. I'm unsure if the issue was the pepperoni itself, personal hygiene or something else but there is no doubt in my mind we got food poisoning from this pizza restaurant.

What a great little place! I wish I’d found it years ago. The restaurant is small and friendly (only 3 tables) so it’s a good idea to prebook. Fresh pizza dough is spun in front of you, the pasta was absolutely lovely. You help yourself to beer or soft drinks and they total them up at the end. The owner Nino is so friendly and can’t do enough for you. If you want authentic Italian cooking then I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Great little restaurant, had a table of 8 for a birthday, one other table of 4 who left soon after we arrived. We then had the place to ourselves, self serve beer and soft drinks. Pizza and pasta was amazing, all cooked in time together in front of you Really friendly staff

Very nice little restaurant. Open kitchen and nice service. We immediately felt at home. The portions were decently sized and came to us straight from the kitchen. Requests were met and the food was excellent, you can see that the cooking here is done with love! Toilets were also very clean! Will come again!

I had never been to Wassenaar before, but I heard that I had to eat at the one and only Italian restaurant and then I ended up here. The owner is a handsome Italian and very friendly. It is highly recommended, especially for the female customers among us!

I often eat here with friends after football and it is always great. We receive good service and the food is always delicious.

Our family are staying in Duinrell for a week in July 2023. Food highlight of our visit so far is Pizza and Pasta. A lovely wholesome Italian restaurant that serves very tasty food at reasonable prices. A hit with all of our family including pizza loving teenagers.

Today we ordered by phone and picked it up. It was 20 minutes and it was spot on. The pizzas in detail: No. 41 Broccola, lots of fresh Gorgonzola vegetables, 26 Stagioni, delicious thin base, ingredients fresh, very good, 35 Diavolaccia, actually a good pizza, unfortunately not very garlicky and no spiciness as the name suggests , 33 Vesuvio, otherwise richly topped here too, but contrary to the hot name, no garlic could be tasted and the spiciness of the Peppertjes was not present. Additional ingredients ordered will be subject to a moderate additional charge. Very friendly staff. P.S. The pizzas are big, thank you very much for that

Cozy, friendly and really original Italian. Taste was good, prices were reasonable and local. We wanted to go there again on vacation, but unfortunately we couldn't make it. Update 10/5/22 We were there again today with 10 people. Everyone was happy. I can only recommend!

We hebben hier prima gegeten, het eten is gewoon goed en past bij de uitstraling. In 1e opzichten lijkt hier veel afgehaald te worden maar er zijn ook wat tafels aanwezig waar men ter plekke kan eten. Wij hadden allemaal een pizza. Het deeg was een beetje vlak van smaak. De ingrediënten waren gewoon normaal en zag er vers uit. De combinatie van de topping was oke maar niet bijzonder. Uiteraard is het bij een pizza restaurant altijd interessant te vermelden, er wordt gebruik gemaakt van een elektrische oven. Qua service en bediening kan hier nog groei behaald worden wil men zich kwalificeren als een volwaardig restaurant. De medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk en attent. Maar wijn wordt hier bijvoorbeeld in gewone glazen geserveerd.

When we feel like pizza we always go to Pizza Pasta, baked by a real Italian Nino👍🏻 This is, for example, the pizza cassanova with onions and egg. My personal favorite.

We stopped at this pizzeria while on holiday in Duinrell. At first we were a bit confused about the ambience. The photos promise more than it really is. It's more of a delivery service that still has a few tables set up in the dining room. We stayed anyway and don't regret it! All the pizzas we got were very tasty and baked as you would expect from an Italian pizza. The landlord was also very hospitable and the price-performance ratio was right. The selection of drinks is very small. In the entrance area there is a Cola fridge filled with cans. So to eat there was a can with a glass. Nevertheless, we would like to come back on our next vacation.

The food is good. Seating is outside in a closed, drafty tent garage. Drinks only in cans. Better to order to take away.

For the first time I bought pizza here and will never buy again. I wanted it cut, 2 pizzas not cut, cold. Chicken on the pizza was saltless. I also ordered a coke, paid for it, but did not give it. I don't think this is possible! Never order from here again!

Very long waiting time. Spaghetti was a bit watery. The different pizzas are sometimes better and sometimes worse. Salads were ok. But unfortunately very expensive in itself.

After a day at Duinrell I ended up at this very nice place. The 8 of us had a delicious meal outside in the alley. Tasty authentic pizzas with a thin, crispy base. Pasta was also very tasty. Friendly staff! Definitely recommended!

Mooie dunne bodem en verse producten. De ambiance is simpel, maar in Italie loop je daar wel binnen omdat “ het zo audentiek Italiaans” is! Dus hier gewoon doen, simpel wijntje, gewoon rood of wit maar lekker! En met de pizza hoef je het voor de prijs niet te laten!
