Definitely not worth repeating.

Sometimes you have to wait 2 hours for your pizza and when you get it, it's cold and there's a piece of sharp plastic under your salami, really scandalous!

I had to change my rating because of some unprofessional behavior I seen today. Employees fighting around the food and screaming for some reason. Then an employee comes in, had his helmet on from doing his delivery, takes off his helmet, around the food (gross), and brushes his hair with his hands around the food. I hope some of you enjoyed the hair particles in your pizza. I will not be returning.

I'm putting hygiene at zero, and the wait for an order was long. Fortunately, after a long wait, it was possible to cancel the order.

Repeated problems with delivery. You call and ask and they laugh on the other side of the phone, it seems disrespectful to me when one has been waiting for hours for the order. I don't recommend it at all. I like dominoes but I would NEVER eat in this particular one again.

2x pizza laten bezorgen. Beide keren lang (>2 uur) tevoren besteld en levertijd opgegeven. Beide keren moeten bellen of ze nog wel kwamen. Beide keren ongeveer een uur te laat bezorgd. Is heel vervelend als kleine kinderen op hun avondeten zitten te wachten. Wij bestellen hier nooit meer, ook al waren de pizza's wel lekker.

Pizzas are delivered much too late. Ordered pizza online twice (> 2 hours in advance) and indicated what time they should be delivered. Both times, after waiting half an hour, I called to ask where they were. They were delivered another half an hour later. Very annoying to have to wait an hour for your food with small, hungry children. Pizzas were tasty, but the price/quality is not right (they are too expensive).

I ordered a vegetarian pizza online from Domino's. But every time it had meat on it. One time it was pork, the other time red meat. I don't understand. It seems like it's done on purpose. Maybe you guys need to think more carefully when making orders. Or change the staff. Just saying 'sorry' is not enough. That's not how you run a good business

A cold entrance. Pizza was very expensive, 14 euros. And what I ordered was good, I thought. Plenty of pineapple on it when I get home, yuck. Could I fish out all the pieces? No, give me the Foodcorner, cheaper, better and the atmosphere is pleasant. And the food there is a big 10.

Domino's Pizza Weert: Pizzas ordered at 6:20 PM with time slot delivery at 7:00 PM. However, at 7:30 PM still no pizzas received, so I called several times. However, the receiver was immediately thrown in when it was answered. Finally received the pizzas around 8:05 PM. What's the point of agreeing on a time slot if a company doesn't stick to it and doesn't want to explain it? This is the very last time we ordered from Domino's Pizza Weert. What terribly bad service.

Ridiculously long waiting time, stated time was not met

Bizarre to have to pick up your food here this way! There are 4 children in the kitchen and use it as a large playground, shouting at each other with "your cancer father... your cancer mother... your cancer sister and so on... To my surprise, I was watching how these guys work in a company like Domino's... Then my food from the conveyor belt came out of the oven, my fries were also scraped out of a container WITH BARE HANDS and, very nicely, the chef started eating them too! Fries 1 were tasty, fries 2 were apparently even better... until he suddenly saw me in the shop! He turned and immediately walked away. What strikes me is that this company is run without management, there is no one in charge here! If you ask me, this is one of the most bizarre situations I have ever experienced in a food chain. People are just playing with your food, hygiene is clearly not number 1 here.

Ordered at 6:30 PM, received our cold pizza at 8:00 PM. When I contact an employee by telephone, I am turned away to customer service. I won't be ordering from here again...

Make an order an advance to arrive there on time and then wait 15 min to have order ready....

Unfortunately not a nice experience here. When we came in the music was very loud. There were gingerbread nuts on the counter where one of the employees took one, this young person was immediately called back to tell him not to eat the gingerbread nuts, after which the boy looked at us with a startled look to see if we had received it. After ordering 2 delicious shakes, the 2 boys started chatting about everything. After about 4 minutes, I think, one of the boys looked up and started making the shakes. This process was faster than the 2 boys' conversation. The 2 shakes together cost 9.96, but we also had to pay 10 euros with the pin. Now we don't care about those 4 cents, but this is not nice of the matter. The atmosphere was not good either. Next time we will go to New York Pizza.

Zitten op een nabijgelegen vakantiepark. Besteld via thuisbezorgd en gebeld dat adres niet klopte als weergegeven. Medewerker gaf aan dat het duidelijk was en geen probleem. Meer dan een half uur staan wachten aan de poort en toch eens gebeld. Bleek bestelling stond niet op goede adres in systeem! Nee precies vandaar dat we anderhalf uur ervoor achter de bestelling aanbelden. Dus niks gemaakt en onderweg. Kon lang duren want waren nog veel andere bestellingen! Enkel de boodschap geduld is een schone zaak mevrouw! Nu maar wachten tot er eens iets tevoorschijn komt!😡

The Domino's pizzas have their own delicious taste. We always choose a vegan pizza, and then in the size of 29cm. Many restaurants are not able to make a vegan pizza, but Domino's is. Domino's often has offers, and we like to take advantage of them. We have been customers for many years and are very satisfied. We always pick up the pizzas and do not use delivery.

Beste domino vesting van alle waar ik tot nu toe ben geweest. Uitstekend gebakken pizzas, dik belegd met groenten en kaas, tot aan de buitenrand. Wachttijd was kort. Bediening vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Picked up a pizza and a box, not really a pleasant atmosphere inside as every staff member is just shouting. When I got home I was amazed at the portion of fries. This is not enough for a sick chicken!

Special atmosphere upon entering, staff shouting at each other. Very special. Pizzas were made incorrectly, the staff found this out themselves and told us about this. Then it takes 15 minutes longer. Only to receive the wrong order home! I think it's particularly beautiful. In the meantime, the other pizzas were not kept warm, even though I had clearly requested this. Furthermore, the pizzas were very tasty. But there should also be something of a manager walking around there. It's a mess there! And then I haven't even mentioned the baking trays on the floor. Very unsanitary.

Received completely wrong order several times...

There are very few people, there is almost no room, just come and order pizza to take away or eat in for one person. To make pizza you also have to wait 15-20 minutes.

Received the wrong pizza ordered again. Were rudely hung up by employee Ali. He also said yes, you should have called 10 minutes earlier! I had just entered the pitza and called immediately! They would collect the pitza and get money back. Pitza is back but no refunds! I wanted my money back because it is the umpteenth time that they did not deliver what we wanted. Now no pitza, no money back, now we just have to wait and see how this is resolved.

Ordered pizza, crispy chicken sandwich and fries last night at 7:00 PM. Received a call at 7:45 PM that the crispy chicken had run out... selected another sandwich (Pulled pork) and asked if the cheese could be removed. My other sandwich of choice is 1 euro cheaper, we indicated this. Drinks were offered but we didn't need them. Then we heard them talking in the background that because I wanted the cheese off, I wanted the euro back. This was not the reason... but anyway, after an hour and fifteen minutes we received the food, the delivery person did not have the euro with him and knew nothing about it... so he called his boss, the euro was put in the mailbox half an hour later . Pizza and sandwich fine, fries cold and tough. Did you find it scandalous that we only received a call after 45 minutes with the news that the chicken had run out... so we had to wait almost twice as long? The gentleman on the phone was also not exactly customer friendly.

I had to pay for my board and the hotel food was in my nose, so I went to Domino's for a spicy chicken, which I always get. I was sick during a game, which is not normal, and I'm sure it was because of that because my cheese sandwich was fresh.

I think the pizza is just rubbish. This time I had a shawarma pizza. Shawarma is not a shawarma, there is simply not enough meat and it doesn't taste like anything. They used to have a ham pizza with honey mustard sauce, this was and remains the only pizza that was still tasty, the rest were not at all. That's why only 1 star actually pays 12.95 for the pizza that they can't even call pizza.

Top customer service! When I made the mistake of selecting the wrong time in Delft, the employees on the phone were very friendly and helpful! After apologizing in the restaurant, I even got the remaining pizzas to take home. So this said, that's what I call customer service through and through. The pizzas were delicious by the way!

I will never eat domino's pizza in Weert again. Everything has an aftertaste. Everything was immediately cold and dry. We can hardly chew chicken. The mini pizza looks like a mini without toppings. Compared to other dominoes, very expensive for what you get.

I don't understand why people order here. On a birthday, pizzas were delivered after a 1.5 hour wait. Well, these were inedible, just like chewing gum. Terrible

Ordering went reasonably well, but delivery would take 28 minutes, after waiting an hour I called Domino's and had to wait a little longer and finally the pizzas were delivered and they are now cold... Hungry and paid €22.00. We will never order from here again.

A tip: NEVER order chicken here! Yesterday I bought two buckets of "crunchy" chicken here, but they were so soggy that you could eat them without teeth. Seemed like real microwave work. Please never buy anything here. Support entrepreneurs who deserve the money! Rude staff makes you wait 20 minutes in the restaurant, while the pizza has already been marked as "ready" without any explanation. Staff wear face masks only half under their chin and do not keep their distance. Feels more like ern corona pizzeria destination fireplace. After ordering + 40 minutes of waiting, no excuse. And they forget part of the order. I will never go here again sir, and the staff better get some training on how to deal with customers.

I received a discount on my order that had already been placed and paid online when I pointed out a discount promotion that was posted to them when I picked it up. Received politely and helped.

Extremely unprofessional, staff does not know a word of English, makes a mistake with almost every order or forgets to give things. The boy at the cash register first sits at the cash register doing all kinds of things and then touches pizzas without washing his hands.

When we order delicious pizzas, we receive the pizzas completely folded in half in the box. What they did with them, I have no idea. There was then a large piece of plastic in the pizza. Called up, they offered a free pizza for the next time we would order. Completely sweet of course. If we wanted to order that free pizza, we couldn't just do it. “Do you have any proof of it..?” Well, you assume that if you promise something for free that you have it written down somewhere. Thank you Domino's.

1 hour and 20 minutes waiting for 3 pizzas. Unbelievably bad! Called twice, the first time they only said that something went wrong, but apparently no one there came to the conclusion to notify the customer. No apologies were given at that time. It only said that there were more people waiting. I wonder if they had all been waiting for 60 minutes. 😭 The male was rude and disrespectful. But... the delivery person would come right away. Fifteen minutes later I called again. Then the delivery man fell. I already had trouble believing that story, since nothing was said about it during the first call (at that time they were "only" 1 hour late). However, a neighbor told me that there was a delivery person with us, but he had turned around again. Unfortunately we didn't see him. So that story about "the fallen delivery man" was just a cheap excuse. And as a final "satisfaction" you get not one, but two free portions of Orange sticks. Stop it, what a mockery. We don't want free Orange sticks, we want normal service! If that doesn't work out due to whatever circumstances (it can happen, but doesn't have to be a big deal), we just want to be warned and not spoken to disrespectfully. This is the first time I write a bad review, normally I don't do that. But the way this was handled by Domino's Weert is downright worthless. I would prefer to give 0 stars.
