Pizzeria in Wijk 01 Boshoven

After a difficult older woman on the phone told us that ordering was only possible at the restaurant, we decided to order our two pizzas and two pastas and pick them up. The pasta ragu was sour, the pasta overcooked, and the pizzas lightly baked. You should know by now that Saturdays are busy, so make sure you have enough staff. That older waitress was very demanding. It was completely unnecessary. We just wanted to eat at the cottage with the grandchildren, no big deal.

We had a delicious meal there. The service was friendly, open to a chat, and helpful with any adjustments. Our pizzas were deliciously spicy.

Pizza was very hard...there is still a lot of room for improvement...oregano was missing

For a pizzeria on a holiday park, this is surprisingly good. The pizzas are freshly made, those delicious thin Neapolitan pizzas. The menu isn't extensive, but that can be an advantage. Everything on it can also be freshly made.

A very nice pizzeria located by a lake in the Roompot Weerterbergen region. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I found the pizza rather dry. I had the vegetarian pizza with artichokes and olives. With a little olive oil, salt, and pepper (all of which were provided at the table), it was much better.

We ate at this pizzeria yesterday (August 3, 2025) and I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly welcome and personal attention, especially towards our son, which was truly appreciated. The location is beautiful and tidy, and despite the park being full, there was a peaceful atmosphere and plenty of staff. The food itself was very tasty and well-prepared; we enjoyed our main courses. The children's pizza was also beautifully made, a "Koos oren pizza" and a real Italian one at that. My son wanted to go again today, but unfortunately, that's not how it works. :-) However, there were a few things that could have been even better. More frequent contact with the people at the tables, for example, to ask if your guests would like another drink. They weren't asked if everything was to their liking, and they accidentally brought the wrong dessert, which they didn't like. Although we reported this, unfortunately, nothing was done about it. That didn't dampen my spirits, as my son was happy, and I was, as mentioned above, pleasantly surprised. All in all, a nice place with good food and friendly staff, although there is still room for improvement in the service and handling, this is highly recommended!

Good atmosphere, nice by the water, friendly staff, and good service. Only, the tomato sauce was watery, and there wasn't much shawarma on the shawarma pizza.

We picked up some super delicious pizzas during our stay here. You might expect simple frozen pizzas at a park restaurant, but that's not the case here. The pizzas are freshly made. The BBQ chicken pizza is highly recommended!

The food looked great, the people were nice and friendly. The food has little taste, but it wasn't bad either. Price was quite on the high side, but that is always the case in such a park.

The location is really nice. The staff is friendly. The prices are humane. My pizza was ok. I ordered double cheese, but I don't think it was on it. It wasn't on the bill either. However, the vegetarian lasagne was not good, rather bad. To do the children a favor because they want a pizza you can go there.

Picked up two pizzas during our (spring) vacation at the park. It was very quiet, so the pizza was ready quickly. Tasted great. Salami pizza and pollo pizza. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture ;)

Simple starter, bread with tapenade...a few warm bread sticks and 2 spreads on a plate. The pizza was tasty, dessert tiramisu was soggy, watery and small. Incl 2 cokes €33.50

Pizzeria is beautifully situated on the lake. There is also a terrace. Great place to sit. The food was great. Well/sufficiently invested. There was 1 waitress who seemed to not feel like working and 1 who came to the table with chewing gum in her mouth. The pizza in the photo was a Koos rabbit pizza (this one without cheese at your own request)

Delicious pizzas, it's a shame that on some days you can only pick up instead of eating in the restaurant.

We are currently still at the park, got 1 pizza and 2 children's pizzas and 1 pasta ravioli. The pizzas barely had any taste, 1 piece was burnt black and the bowl of pasta for 18 euros, which is really very little, looked like a salad bowl and the half of it was still missing, no pizza for us and certainly no more pasta, so disappointing here!

2 children's pizzas, 4 regular pizzas. We still had more than 2 pizzas left, so certainly enough. Tasty, certainly with enough toppings, fresh, quickly made. Not a single pizza was disappointing. (Hawaii, salami, pollo, margherita). We don't expect more.

Ordered one with salami, reasonable taste but very greasy and thin, almost nothing on it, nice crust. Diavola is basically a salami pizza with 1 spicy small pepper on it, disappointing as the sauce/oil/meat itself should be spicy. Also definitely not enough toppings. Pizzas could be a bit bigger (or more on it). Nice location next to a lake to eat outside on the terras. Very dark inside. Strange opening days/hours?

The shop is great and the lake on the jetty was really great in the sunshine. Service was also very good and helpful. But the pizza itself was a disaster. The order was on the table after 5 minutes. Far too hot and baked too short. Still almost cold in the middle and the bottom was very thin and soft. The children couldn't eat their pizza with their hands because the base was so soft. In terms of taste, it wasn't any better than one from the freezer. In my opinion the cheapest ingredients.

We ate here twice during our stay in the Weerterbergen. Lots of tasty food for little money. The staff takes the time to chat with you and pay attention to the children. There are steps near the kitchen, so children (and adults too 😉) can see how their food is prepared. A very relaxed atmosphere and fun night out. Thank you very much for the nice evenings!

Very nice atmosphere in this Roompot restaurant. The staff is very friendly and the food was pretty good too. An Italian pizzeria is better, but more than sufficient for a restaurant in the park. Definitely recommended and also child-friendly.

What a recommendation! This was the first time here and we really enjoyed it. Allergies have also been taken into account. Nice staff, tasty food. Cosy, intimate ambiance. Did I already say that I recommend this?

Very unfriendly service, very unfortunate

Too bad that only takeaway was possible on Friday evening and the pizza diabolo was quite greasy, was limp to eat and could have been cut better, otherwise the food was warm and tasted good!

The pizzeria is beautifully located by the lake. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pizzas are baked in the oven over an open fire. There is a small stool available so that the children can also look into the open kitchen area. Unfortunately the pizza wasn't anything special in terms of taste. It was ok, but very expensive at €11.25 for a Margherita.

Don't go to the Limburgseethuis because this pizzeria is much nicer, tastier, more child-friendly and cheaper.

We had a choice of three course menu... as a starter we all chose 5 delicious fresh soft bread sticks each with two tasty dips... as a main course 3x a delicious pizza and for dessert 2x ice cream and 1x tiramisu... also just as delicious... conclusion: fantastic food, nice smooth service and, importantly, the music was playing nicely in the background.

Tasty pizzas, many vegetarian options. Portions are large enough, there are also plenty of options for the children and after a hot meal they can play in the playground. 👌🏻

Nice place to eat, located right on the lake. You can sit outside on a large terrace, if it's too cold you can sit in the air-conditioned interior. There is enough selection, the staff is very friendly and quickly delivers the drinks and dishes you ordered. We ate pizzas and they had plenty of toppings and were a good size. The dough was delicious, only the tomato sauce tasted a bit sour and needed some work. Prices were in the normal range for Dutch standards. We would be happy to come back and try the other dishes.

This was a mediocre experience. Upon arrival, you must first discuss whether there is room, even though only 30% of the tables are occupied. Doesn't give a welcome feeling. If you order margarita pizza, you can expect a pizza with a lot of cheese, unfortunately not here. It is possible to order extra cheese on the pizza (for an additional charge), but you will only find out if you want that after you have been served the pizza. It's a nice place inside, nicely decorated, nice chairs and a nice spacious terrace on the water. The open kitchen also impresses with the beautiful large copper pizza oven. Customer friendliness varied per waiter.

Came at 5pm for a beer on the empty terrace, the waiter ditched us saying we can't, because the terrace is fully booked and all customers come right now. Yeah sure 🙄

We couldn't pick up pizzas. Sitting was also not possible - despite sufficient space. Staff was extremely unprofessional. They didn't offer any solution. Ordered 10 pizzas from a local Italian. Exceptionally bad service. Good evening. Adios.

The lady who took the order apparently didn't feel like it. The pizzas had minimal toppings. Almost no tomato sauce and cheese. Which made them very dry. Definitely not recommended.

Delicious food, cozy restaurant and friendly staff. Pizzas may be a bit small. And if you pay 1.50 for extra peppers, you expect peppers, and not as if some peppers accidentally spilled on the pizza😂

We had a delicious meal at this pizzeria. The staff was very nice. We hadn't said anything at all, but the waiter apparently thought it was taking too long before we got our pizza, and then my friend got his red wine for free on the house, which was super nice because we thought the wait wasn't too bad. Service was a disaster. Waited over an hour for 5 pizzas (including 2xchildren's pizza). The taste was ok. We skipped dessert and wanted to go home the next day, who knows when we would have had dessert...

Part of Roompot holiday parks. Weerterbergen. Pizza was good to eat. Service was a bit mediocre. Very rigid policy. If you opt for the 3-course menu, there is no way to make the most minor adjustments. In addition, it is also relatively expensive in comparison. Just order separately. Standard pizza minus 2 ingredients and then 1 ingredient added. You would think... they do. No, just pay EXTRA. So I don't think this is a service. Not because of the money, but purely in terms of service. Pasta with very little cheese. If you ask for extra cheese... pay for it. Extra just isn't possible. Has been weighed or something. Pasta sauce was rationed. You had to look for it. So bad service. Treat people a little extra and they might come back one day. Not anymore.

Dishes collected. Picked up a menu card in advance. Clear explanation of all vegetarian dishes. Super friendly staff and delicious pizza, bruchetta and cheese sandwiches.

The dessert and pizzas were delicious. The pizza was also ready fairly quickly, so that was certainly nice. It was also very cozy inside and looked nice. The only minor drawbacks were that there were several spider webs hanging from the ceiling and that the music did not always match the atmosphere of the restaurant.

First something went wrong with the reservation, have a meeting to see if they have room in a three-quarters empty restaurant, 8 staff in the service, of which 4 are simply too many. The food looked good but had little taste. Dessert child benefit tasty but the sorbet with lemon ice cream and pickled fruit was a joke

Because of the review and our experiences at other parks, we were very hesitant to eat here. But we went anyway and we're glad we did. The pizzas were delicious!! Thin base, topped the way the Italians top their pizza and therefore not too much topping. Exactly how it should be! You can look into the kitchen and see how the pizzas are prepared. They are made in a real pizza oven. The negative reviews I have read are really not correct. We ate here twice and both times the food was super good. Friendly staff, fast service. You can take what you don't eat with you.

Unfortunately the pizza was not very tasty... perhaps too little imagination in terms of ingredients... in short, a bit amateurish... little chicken ham and a somewhat cheap base for a fairly high price... the rest dessert drinks ice cream Ed is good.... but really not a pizzeria like you are used to... maybe take a real pizza making course and take the staff...😒

Not recommended, a waste of money. The pizzas had virtually no toppings and the edges were black. I complained and got 1 pizza for free, but still, I would never eat a pizza there.

Eating with 14 people is already too much, pizza comes every 20 minutes, I think there is only 1 oven. The drinking takes even longer, I just fell into a cactus.

We waited 1.5 hours for our food. If you wanted a new drink, it also took fifteen minutes before you had a new drink. It was not recommended

Ordered 8 different pizzas. All were burnt on the bottom, ingredients were tasteless, crusts were chewy. Pieces of uncooked ham were thrown on the pizza after baking in the oven (they were not cut into pieces like the pizza was). Very expensive for very bad food. Disgrace for the vacation park.

Yes, it was in a pizza box and was flat with something on it. We had 10 pizzas in total, so some different ones. But no, definitely not recommended. Next time we will have pizza delivered from outside the park. Tasteless, minimal toppings and the bottom and crust could not be removed. Even 4 adult men suffered from jaw problems.
