A very disappointing experience at Domino's Pizza in Woerden. Last week, my 13-year-old son and two friends went to Domino's to buy a pizza. Each of them paid separately by card, and the receipt showed the correct amount. However, when I got home, I discovered that my son had been charged an extra €4, and the two friends each had been charged an extra €3. I then went to the store in person to ask for an explanation. The employee who had helped them wasn't there, and the person who spoke to me couldn't offer an explanation, but said they would discuss the matter with the relevant colleague and that the amount would be refunded. It's now been a week and a half, and nothing has been refunded. I find this situation extremely reprehensible and concerning, especially since these are young children involved. This simply shouldn't happen. We will never buy anything here again, and I want to warn others to be careful when checking out in the store. Check your statements and don't let them fob you off. Domino's, this is absolutely unacceptable. I will definitely contact the head office.

1 star — Snack box? More like a Box Full of Lows. Domino's Woerden, what on earth have you delivered to me? Do you call this a “snack box”? More like a farewell package of decent food. What came out of that box was downright pathetic. It looked as if the snacks had first been put through a crematorium and then forgotten in a delivery bag. The popcorn chicken lay there as if they were having a serious identity crisis — slumped, limp, cold and full of shame. The chicken strips had the texture of dried out sponge and the taste of cardboard that has been recycled three times. Even the wedges had already given up hope and lay there like wet, pathetic failures. Downright sad, and that's putting it kindly. And the service? That was the only thing sadder than the food itself. Like I was bothering someone during their afternoon nap: uninterested, uninspired and above all, rude. Summary: Do you want to abuse your taste buds, ruin your evening and regret all your life choices? Then order a snack box at Domino's Woerden. Truly an experience that even my garbage would thank.

This is the bad dominoes I know. Seriously, every time I order something here, it's been 5 years. Then don't put the extras on your pizza, then they will simply forget another dish. Or they forget your extra sauces. Always something here.

For the 3rd time in a row I did not receive the garlic sauce that I ordered. I called and it would arrive after delivery. I never had anything, thank you👍🏻

Group order, a gluten-free pizza was missing. The delivery person calls Domino's, we have to call ourselves and Domini's answers. Called more than five times, hung up twice and never answered at all. We just wanted to know how long it would take for the pizza to arrive. Everyone had finished it long before I could join in. This was an order that was arranged by email and telephone. How difficult can it be to record. Ignoring a guest like that is not service.

I ordered online as a deliverey, first of all the order took 50 mins to be delivered. Then I was tracking online my order, the website said the order was completed and delivered 10 minutes before the delivery guy arrived, so I waited 5 mins on street waiting for it. The pizza came without the drink I ordered, I called them and they said we don’t have the drink you ordered and it seems we forget to call you for another option! Also I added instruction to keep the pizza with less spicy, it came very spicy, and not vey hot in terms temprature. Very bad service from dominos. I won’t order again!

I only eat at Domino's if there is no other option. So that one time there was advertising everywhere: 1+1, 2nd free, I ordered 2 pizzas to pick up and had to pay double because that pizza was already supposedly on sale. Best domino if a pizza always has the same price then it is no longer an offer but a fixed price pizza.

I don't know who or what you hired in the kitchen, but he clearly doesn't know anything about food. I got real pepperoni instead of vegetarian!! Cheese in abundance and the toppings very sparse. That much cheese on a pizza is not normal, yuck!

The quality of service has dropped significantly in recent months. An incredible number of errors are made in orders. Wrong sauces on the pizzas. Cinnastics which are so hard they will chip your teeth. Wrong drinks and also charge a deposit on the cans without these cans being returned. I really don't recommend ordering from domino's Woerden at the moment
