Usually it is delicious, very good pizza and well-seasoned fries. However, I have had a few occasions where I ordered towards closing time and then I notice that it is significantly less good. The pizza is often very soggy then, and the calzone is almost inedible because it is so greasy/wet. That is a shame.

They moved from Havenstraat to Rijnstraat; it was completely renovated and looked very neat. We were kindly welcomed by the owner and his son. We had a shawarma platter; it was very tasty. We will definitely be back!!

Aggressive, nasty owner, zero service. Something went wrong with the order, causing it not to be delivered. Instead of thinking in terms of solutions or jointly determining that something had gone wrong, I was accused of all sorts of things.

Ordered here for years, pizza’s are pretty good but the owner deserves nothing more than one star. Last time I ordered, through their website instead of Thuisbezorgd, it wasn’t delivered. I called them the next day (they were already closed) and the owner aggressively made clear I entered the wrong address and they were not able to deliver and called me several times to clarify. I never received a call but let’s assume it was my mobile provider. After having to listen to him semi-aggressively explaining he needs to make a profit he indicated he would refund half of the order value. It’s 3 weeks later and I never received a refund. So, after ordering at least 20 times with them (avoiding Thuisbezorgd to make sure they get their share) and them getting some verbal abuse from the owner because he is worried about not making a €10 euro profit on this last order, there is no refund. 🙈 Pizza’s have always been good but this is the type of business (owner) you don’t want to do business with and you don’t want to give second chances. Please avoid and select a friendlier business.

Ordered food here. It was delicious!! Due to a typo, I entered the wrong address. Luckily, the delivery driver called and helped me out!

Horrible owner. Service is non-existent. The owner immediately starts talking nonsense. If the pasta doesn't say it has cheese on it, you call and immediately get a very unpleasant jerk on the line saying that every pasta has cheese. This guy is crazy. It doesn't say anything... if you're looking for a quality restaurant, you definitely shouldn't order Bella Milano.

I have been ordering here for many years. And I can't fault anything. Always order the sweet spareribs. I really like them and also a nice marinade and the fries are always deliciously seasoned. And I have to say compared to other places. The prices are also okay

Ordered here for the first time. Spare ribs (sweet) Was nice and warm when I received my order. Good portion (3 half ribs) for 1 person. Fries were good too. Will order here more often!

Ordered via home delivery. Order was delivered well within time, hot! Shawarma kapsalon and calzone chicken shawarma. Both chicken and pork were wonderfully tender. Food tasted good.

Positive thing about this pizzaria: pizza came on time. However, the service and quality were very unpleasant. I ordered 3 pizzas without mushrooms, but unfortunately 2 pizzas just had mushrooms on them. The pizzas were also tasteless. NOT RECOMMENDED

Had to wait 2 hours for 3 pizzas, pizzas were inedible and had no taste. My preference is Lazio!

Starter was very disappointing. Ordered caprese. Mozzerella was that cheap mozzarella. Furthermore, there was not even any basil. Had a pizza as a main course, which was nothing special. bit comparable to a fast food pizza. However, they are often cheaper.

Worthless! Always been a loyal customer in the past and had a delicious meal there. But I have ordered several times now and the food was worthless. In addition, it has happened 3 times that my order has been delivered 45 minutes or 1.5 hours late without a phone call or something like that. To receive that the order has been delayed. With these orders I called Bella Milano twice to ask where my order was and then I was not taken seriously at all. No apology received, nothing. Just ordered and received my food again to give them another chance and it honestly didn't taste like anything. Get the idea that they don't care about their guests/customers. Would you like to order something here? Better to order somewhere else because then you can be sure that the food tastes good, will be delivered on time and you will be taken seriously.

Got to see one of these kamikaze delivery guys again today. Ignoring red traffic lights, like driving backwards, well. White training jacket, otherwise it all happened too fast considering the driving style. Of course I like hot food, but not this way.
