Domino's Pizza Zoetermeer Westerschelde in Oosterheem

Ordered food at 9:57 pm, waited over an hour, even though I live less than a 2-minute bike ride away. After waiting an hour, I still didn't receive anything. I drove there, to my surprise, I saw the delivery drivers and staff just chilling and doing nothing. I paid 21 euros for pizza and then never received it. The phone wasn't answered, it was unprofessional. I would like my money back or have my order delivered on another day because this is ridiculous.

Horrible place. I ordered a 29cm pizza and got a medium instead of Italian. I called and was told I had to give the pizza back to the delivery person when they arrived with the right one. Meanwhile, I had to wait a good 40 minutes for it. Absolutely unacceptable. The pizza maker is also talentless. He doesn't bake anything. The base was as thin as paper. The crusts looked like Mount Everest.

Placed another order today. Because we had to leave on time, delivery was set for 17:15. Unfortunately, at 17:35 still nothing, so we called. Yes, apologies, it was busy, we will prepare them soon. A. Inform the customer and B. This is not the first order that goes wrong here. For now, the last time Dominos Oosterheem, better to order from New York pizza!

Extremely bad! Ordered at 18:00, delivered at 19:50. Result, two cold pizzas, box completely greasy. After a phone call I received a discount code of 30% on my next order.

You order a 10-inch pizza, but it turns out to be much smaller. Even if you order well in advance, the pickup time isn't met. Things are getting worse and worse here.

Staff are smoking and coughing in front of the door, and you have to go through that to get in... not a very fresh place.

People can't do anything here, you don't order the simplest pizza (pepperoni) with extras such as extra cheese or pepperoni. What do you get? a pizza topped with 5 times as much pepperoni as usual and part of the crust missing (not to mention the absurdly bad cutting). I want my money back!

It was okay, but won't be going back anytime soon. We opted for takeaway and it ended up taking much longer. Just some young people running the place. Little direction and a few were working hard while others did very little. The result is that pizzas were stuck in the oven for a long time and they ran behind schedule. That affects the quality of the food and service. Would recommend this tent to manage it differently.

A bit of a love/hate relationship with this tent. Sometimes the pizza is delicious, most of the time NOT! Probably a large rotation of chefs... they could really be more critical of the quality of the pizza. Dough is fine, decoration is often not!!! The App remains bad. Also often goes wrong in the payment process. Still, I still keep trying every now and then... P.S. Pizzas are EXPENSIVE.

Things are getting worse here, ladies and gentlemen, take note: pizza with a 50% discount also has 50% less topping, even if you pay extra for toppings... pizza has a thick edge and they call it 25 cm but the topping only starts at 15 cm... bad business

It was therefore picked up nearby in Zoetermeer. The bases of the pizzas were so thin that it was completely wet and limp and there were holes in the base, the crust was extremely thick and on 1 there was little toppings. If I want pizza from Domino's next time, I will go to another location.

Domino's is one of the biggest in misleading advertising When you see the photos of a deep dish pizza Detroit style you suddenly get hungry and want to try it, but knowing Domino's I have also ordered a pepperoni pizza and there was 1 pepperoni per pizza slice. The same again with the deep dish, after insisting, they said yes, we will weigh it, but I would like to make a new one with some extra pepperoni (loved by the team leader) and I would appreciate it, but see photos. Don't blame the staff, it is the policy of Domino's Netherlands, better not to order than to be disappointed.

I am told that the delivery person could have told me anything...I should have called. So then suddenly it was my fault? Asked if the pizzas could be delivered at 7:00 PM, still nothing at 8:00 PM. I called the number at the restaurant twice and got a 'call center' on the line. Very inconvenient because they don't know what exactly is happening in the restaurant. Now for the umpteenth time I have to wait incredibly long at this restaurant... Worst dominoes in the area. After waiting 1.5 hours, only after fifteen minutes did we get someone on the phone and then we were told that the order was not 'in it', but in the meantime the lady was able to tell us what our order was. After which we can wait another hour for our food and we have to make do with an 'my apologies'. It is clear to me that I will never order here again.

Heerlijke pizza’s, geweldige klantenservice en korte wachttijden!!!!

Na een uur stond er nog steeds je besteling wordt gemaakt, dus nog niet eens in de oven. Even bellen. 10x geprobeerd lijn wordt gewoon afgekapt. Je betaald ook nog eens 1,50 voor energiebijdrage. Dat lijkt me per klant nogal aan de hoge kant. Ik ben anders gewend! IK HEB HONGER! ...en mijn dochter ook! Is er ook een geld terug optie? Dan ga ik wel ff naar de snackbar, heb ik in 5 minuten wat ik wil. Na 1 uur 25 minuten werd eindelijk de telefoon opgenomen. Pizza was onderweg (niet volgens de tracking) Na 1 uur 45 minuten eindelijk de 2 pizza's. Smaak zoals ik gewend ben (Extravaganza), temperatuur kan een stuk warmer.

100% liever bij deze domino’s dan bij de New York pizza op de hoek. Eten bijna altijd goed en op tijd klaar. Mocht het een x niet aan onze eisen voldoen dan komen ze met een goede oplossing. Pizza is ruim belegd en goed warm. Personeel is schoon en vriendelijk. Winkel ziet er ook schoon uit. Goed betaalbare acties. De site om op te bestellen is overzichtelijk en makkelijk. We halen bijna elke maand wel een x pizza daar. Alleen jammer dat er niet meer contant betaald kan worden maar dat is bij alle domino’s.🍕

Gisteren chuross met chocolade besteld maar werdt netjes gebeld dat ze helaas op waren. Hebben we afgesproken dat wijze vandaag bezorgd zouden krijgen en ook zo lief met een gratis cinnastix sweet icing vanwege dat de voorraad gisteren.. Bedankt medewerkers van Dominos Oosterheem

Slechte service rommeltje als je daar komt wat je besteld krijg je niet sorry nooit meer

ik kon zo binnenlopen na een online bestelling. Niemand binnen te zien, muziek op standje puntlassen Paar keer geroepen. Uiteindelijk komt er een bezorger binnen die meteen ziet dat de pizza bijna klaar is. Het was lekker en warm maar de zaak zo onbeheerd laten nodigt uit tot slechte dingen.

Vanavond, Zaterdag 4 December hebben we hier een pizza besteld, Deze werd werkelijk moet de snelheid van het licht bezorgd ondanks dat het maar 2c was en het hagelde en regende Super lekkere en hete pizza. Niets dan complimenten. Vriendelijk& opgewekte bezorger

Goede pizza, alleen wordt er steeds minder opgedaan bijvoorbeeld shoarma. Wel leuk dat je pizza's gemaakt kan zien worden.

Heerlijke pizza's! Vriendelijke mensen. Je wordt vlot geholpen en er wordt ook vlot bezorgd. Bediening aan de telefoon is soms wat chaotisch. Veel achtergrond geluid waardoor je je soms afvraagt of de bestelling goed doorkomt. In ieder geval een aanrader!

Hele goede pizzaria altijd goede pizza. Ook wel eens een probleempje gehad hier em daar maar er wordt altijd met veel aandacht naar je klachten geluisterd en altijd goed opgelost! Bestel hier altijd en ze stellen me nooit teleur. In tegendeel met de nyp om de hoek...

pizza was goed, en de chinnabon roll was ook goed

Ik had 2 medium pizza's bestelt, een perfect pepperoni en een mixed grill zonder ui. na ongeveer een half uur wachten kwam ik erachter dat mijn pizzas vergeten waren. nog een kwartier later had ik eindelijk mijn eten, plus een doos cinnasticks als excuses voor het lange wachten. Als ik eenmaal thuis kom, kom ik erachter dat me dure mixed grill pizza een shoarma pizza is en er rode uit op zit ( die ik eraf wou vanwege allergieen ). Volgende keer loop ik wel naar New York pizza om de hoek, wordt ik niet na een uur wachten vergiftigd.

Vriendelijk personeel, goede locatie en er zit in ieder geval genoeg kaas op de pizza. Prachtig.

Als het druk is kan het soms wat Rommelig zijn in de keuken Maar het eten is heel erg lekker

Personeel in de keuken zag er niet heel fris en verzorgd uit. Pizza's waren wel oké, naar niets om iver naar huis te schrijven. De prijzen vallen dan gelukkig wel weer mee in vergelijking met een italiaans restaurant
