I waited over an hour for pizza and it came out cold

2 hours I waited for my pizza 😤😤

I still haven't received my order; it's been three hours since they closed. I definitely won't get my order. I'm very angry about Domino's in Zoetermeer.

A few years ago, the pizza shawarma was better. But it was delivered quickly and the food was good.

I ordered a box with BBQ chicken and oven-baked fries and chicken fillets as sides. This was a disaster; I even took a picture of it. There were only 10 small fries and 3 chicken fillets, for which I paid an extra 2 euros. While the photos made it look quite full, and even though it was slightly less than pictured, I had understood that. But this was truly a disaster. My girlfriend's order also only contained a few fries and a few potato wedges. And the hot dog mustard and ketchup was a flattened bun with a mini hot dog inside. Marketing is a real compliment; the kitchen staff is a major drawback. The delivery driver also waited for me to tip, which I didn't. I wished him a good evening and closed the door. I don't like writing reviews, but this one was absolutely deserved.

It was quiet, quickly made before my pickup time, which was a bit disappointing. Hard workers in there, though.

25/08/25 they just delivered it now and i want to make a review right away. ordered 3 pizza and two oven fries . wanted to start vacation with a nice dominos experience but all we can say the wrong decision. not happy about it. #not again 👎👎👎👎👎👎 this is 4,50 cost of fries.

ALWAYS TOO LATE! Both phone and online order pizzas were not ready at indicated pick up time. On the contrary, they still had to start preparing them so I had to wait even 20 to 45 minutes more. This happened on several occasions. The fastest (least slow) I ever saw them gettting my pizzas ready was when I ordered at the counter. This is by far the worst Dominos I have ever seen.

The pizzas are good but they often make mistakes (forgetting your meat or making too big a size or too small a size) they work without gloves... you don't know where their hands have been. If they make a mistake, you will receive the wrong pizza and you will not have to pay for it

Got pizza in the store, it was ok... but it took 45 minutes... pizza had been in the box for a while but they didn't call. I waited politely and eventually an employee asked under what name I ordered pizza. I said Lex, oh it's here. Getting cold under the heat lamp for a while. Too bad, just shout who the pizza is for and I wouldn't have had to eat cold pizza.

Better than frozen from supermarkets and has plenty of stock. Tastes very good. Only homemade pizza is better.

I think things have been going downhill lately. I order a shawarma pizza and I get giros. The amount in it is really too little and you pay a lot for it. It's scandalous. I won't go there anymore.

My order was late so I called and was told they were delayed and I would have to wait. An hour later I called again to ask how long I had to wait and they told me my order had been cancelled. No email, no phone call to notify them that they had canceled and when I called the first time they incorrectly informed me that my order was simply delayed due to the oven issues.

There has never been an atmosphere here, nor have we ever had extremely friendly staff here. But the pizzas are tasty. And this time it was ready on time (that can be different). It's nice that the range/menu is becoming increasingly extensive. It's a pity that I can no longer put together the pizza exactly the way I like it most, which was possible before.

Unfortunately, after I have ordered here so often, on Monday evening I was at work as usual and wanted to pick up a magharita pizza, and as always I indicate that my pizza can be cut with a (vegetarian) knife and that is always possible (see you Monday). I asked if the pizza had been cut with a different knife and heard from the boy behind the cash register that it had not. He passed this on to the “pizza baker” and he was apparently not happy with it and wondered why he would have to make it again and also looked at me with disdain. I ran away and won't be coming back here again! I order here so often under this account, but hello, regular customer!

What a dirty, weak, watery bottom, really very unappetizing. You are lured with the 2nd pizza for free in the hope that you will become a customer. Unfortunately, next time another Mama Mia from the supermarket. Much cheaper but above all much tastier. Oh yes, my dogs did have a feast. Bah.....

I've been ordering my pizzas here for years and it's usually good, but tonight it was unfortunately quite disappointing. I understand that it is busy on Sunday evenings, but delivering more than 40 minutes later than the stated delivery time is just a shame. The pizzas were just lukewarm, you could say (almost) cold. Shame!

Ok, I often order pizzas from Domino's throughout the Netherlands, but this Domino's in Zoetermeer is the pinnacle of how NOT to do it. Had 6 pizzas with chicken donner. My findings in addition to the stomach ache and stomach complaints that we only had were far too much tomato puree, far too little to no donner on many points, no salt, little cheese and very dry. Just a shame. And then it's debit card only and no cash. That covers everything. I'll never come here again. My tip is Domino's Nootdorp not far away and top pizzas plus pay in cash.

The delivery people were already smoking weed on the side of the building, which I found very strange Then I pick up my pizza. I have 3 slices of ham, 3 pepperoni and 11 pieces of minced meat, 5 spots of champion and 3 peppers and a little bit out, it seems. as if I got a pizza from all the racial groups and they were just too lazy to get new ingredients, the pizza was first of all not a good half and half made, I go back inside and they couldn't help me anymore, although that's definitely nonsense because if I have something like that at another dominos they just help me politely, the staff in the kitchen just laughed at me and another customer with a complaint

After ordering the pizza it was prepared quickly. It's a shame that I wasn't made aware of the discount promotions and therefore paid the full price. If I were there myself, it would be nice. Furthermore, the result was as usual as I have come to expect from Domino's. Thanks.

The food was delicious. The service was perfect. Only the oven fries were burnt and hard. That's not the fault of an employee, I think the oven is just too long for the fries. They were burned last time too. The other dishes were perfect. I'm normally not fussy with food, but the burnt fries really weren't as tasty as they could and should be. See pictures. The app could work better. It gets stuck every now and then. I received an email to write a review, the app is opened and then nothing is shown. (See screenshot.) The app also faltered when paying yesterday. It finally worked.

I recommend ordering online and picking up, as eating at the location itself is not possible. There are usually nice online offers and plenty of parking nearby to quickly park your car. Pizza is of the quality you would expect 😄

I ordered the new 'my domino's box' with chicken strippers and crunchy chicken. The chicken strippers were like they had thrown a piece of rubber into the deep fryer and the pizza was 80% burnt flour and 20% dry crust. On the other hand, the crunchy chicken was tasty and the staff was friendly.

What a sad thing. I order their new box, a box with a pizza and 2 side dishes. I personally choose to have an extra portion of fries, but that doesn't make sense. You can count yourself how many fries I got. Delivered 1 hour late, not even warm anymore. Never ordering here again, not expected of you!

After a while we ordered dominoes again... we could have done better not. 2 pizzas and 2 combination boxes. Way too much tomato sauce on all pizza bases... the pizzas were dull, not like they used to be. Combi boxes were also nothing... 5 fries and 2 pieces of chicken and the pizza was even smaller than my head. And then attaching such a bizarre price to it, ridiculous. No effort was made to put shawarma sauce in the combination box on the pizza, although this was added to the normal shawarma pizza. Next time I'll order New York pizza.

Here you can buy American pizzas or have them delivered to your home. Lately the service has been bad. Pizzas arrive cold and late, last time the topping was stuck to the box. I reported it to the branch via their own complaints system and subsequently heard nothing from them.

Haven't ordered anything from Domino's in a long time. Try again anyway. Ordered pepperoni pizza. 5 slices of pepperoni on the entire 10 inch pizza. They couldn't be found on my pizza either. Everything has really come together. Delivery was on time. Now I knew why we don't order here. From now on New York pizza or Gigi's again

Food is exactly what you would expect from domino's. They are very quick to make and the app helps a lot with ordering quickly. Offers are frequent and good, although Zoetermeer does not always participate. Always picked up so can't say anything about delivery.

Placed an order as always. You are entitled to 3 free pizzas. I took one with my salami pizza for my son. So that I had a pizza myself for the movie. Free pizza was deducted from my saved points but not delivered. I can't reach anyone by phone. Very sloppy

Had two vouchers for pizza with desserts that the website and app did not accept. My wife tried it without an account. Also error code. Called Domino's Oosterheem and got a young girl on the line and they answered unfortunately peanut butter, we don't do anything with vouchers in the store at the branch. Pizzas are fine, but that staff 🤢 and especially the (probably manager-like) lady (dark woman with a red apron) is always SO arrogant. Bah bah! Then drive a little further to the New York pizza on the Oranjelaan.

Worthless branch, family member worked there but quickly left because he was treated rudely. Management is virtually unavailable. By threatening to contact the head office, they are suddenly at home. I would especially like to mention lady Shaniqua, what a rude and arrogant lady she is!

Delicious pizza and very helpful staff. It starts as soon as you enter, you will receive a friendly welcome and immediate assistance. When I accidentally made a mistake when ordering. The staff were only too happy to help me without charging extra. Nice tent and definitely recommended!
