It's absurd how long you have to wait for your pizza here. The staff is more busy chatting than doing their work. There are also people not wearing work clothes constantly behind the counter, distracting the people who are actually working. I had to wait an extra 45 minutes for my pizza. Plus, they open the bags with their teeth, which is so hygienic! And don't forget to touch your phone with the gloves you're using to prepare food. And what do you get after 45 minutes? A Hawaiian pizza with two slices of ham.

Ridiculously filthy place, staff coughs all over everything and it takes 15 minutes before you're finally helped. The staff does look at you first, but they don't even say hello. I'll never come back here again.

Company list and deceit. Today 2nd pizza free. Today ordered 2x the bbq mixed grill at 12.49 each. 2nd pizza free should be 12.49 but at Domino's today euro 14.48 what scammers they just steal while you are standing there. And the pizza still cold and half stale never go there again absolutely not recommended.

Disappointing experience when picking up pizzas Because of the 1+1 promotion we decided to pick up pizzas twice. Unfortunately, the experience was far from positive. Coincidentally, I was present when the pizzas were being prepared and saw that the same knife was used for both meat (ham/chicken) orders and my vegetarian pizza. I thought this was absolutely impossible. When I reported this, I was rudely told that I should have reported it in advance. But why are there two different knives available in the kitchen? That seems to me to be for a reason. Out of convenience, only one knife was used, without taking the customer's wishes into account. I finally asked for a new pizza, which was done without any problems, but the trust is gone. I can no longer confidently pick up a pizza or have it delivered, for fear that my wishes will not be handled with care. I found the lack of empathy and respect for the customer's standards and values ​​very disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility, the fault was blamed on me as a customer. Finally, the pizza itself wasn't a standout either – it was reminiscent of an off-the-shelf Dr. Oetker pizza from the supermarket. He was so thin, I wish I could add a photo. We had to hold the pizza with both hands so that it didn't fall over due to the weak base. In short: no next time for me.

Ordered twice now well before closing time and just never showed up. Do not call or leave a message. Also very poor communication internally. They can promise something today and not remember it tomorrow.

Ordered for delivery at Domino's pizza Kort Craftlaan. Our order was delivered an hour after ordering, which I think is quite a long time for a company that mainly relies on delivery. Our food was finally delivered, including a dominos box with mini pizza, chicken and fries. Unfortunately the fries were potato wedges. I called about this and was told that the fries were gone and therefore only potato wedges were delivered. But because I had called about this, I got my money back and it was indeed back in my account the next day. I just wonder what if I hadn't called? The food, unfortunately the potato wedges were not fried properly. It was a limp soft mess, so after 3 pieces we had seen it, you cannot serve this like that and we are not going to eat this either. The pizza then, well that wasn't much either, yes mainly very salty but otherwise flat in taste. You eat something but you don't really know what. The only thing that could be eaten were the chicken pieces. The individual pizza I ordered was also very salty and greasy. If you tasted carefully you sometimes tasted a piece of ham or vegetable, but here too you don't actually know what kind of 'pizza' you are eating. Woke up at night from thirst and acid reflux, finished the domino pizza. We won't order from here anymore. So for me it's domiNO!

We like to eat pizza, but because of the price we often choose the one from the supermarket. Now that prices have risen so much, there is little difference between a slightly more expensive frozen pizza and a tasty fresh one from Domino's, especially with their takeaway offers! So we're going to get one quite often these days. And if you have such a delicious, fresh, hot real pizza for 4.99, then we will choose that! You can hardly warm up for that yourself! They are always here on time and always correct in their greeting and hospitality. The store on Jansenlaan does not radiate much. It's nice and tidy, but not cozy or anything. On the other hand... you eat that pizza at home in your own environment, then it doesn't really matter to me what the store looks like! Highly recommended!

I always order the same pizza so I can compare, but my pizza was now super dry and not tasty, cut very lightly so that all the pieces were still hanging together and my husband's pizza was also inedible, dry and not tasty. Maybe the cook wanted to go home quickly, but it's a shame the order was placed at 4:30 PM

Ridiculous how you are treated/helped. Do not listen to what you order and if your order is incorrect, try to get your money back (pay first and only later do you get the receipt so you can check) even worse after a response from customer service, those confirmations that this is how it works is normal . Due to a malfunction in the app, you will not receive any promotions at all and you will pay the top prize. Never again for us. We prefer to drive to North, where they value customers and treat them "normally".

Eten is prima, alleen toen ik er gister kwam waren er 2 zwervers in het kleine restaurant aan het “chillen” die enorm stinken naar alcohol en kool/brand lucht. Toen ik in de winkel stond verdween spontaan mijn eetlust en de zwerver maakte nog een opmerking naar de andere zwerver met k**ker en iets over zijn moeder. Al met al was het echt bizar onprofessioneel om die 2 in je zaak te hebben en als ze nou eten bestelden oke maar ook dat was niet het geval, ronduit bizar dat dit mogelijk is. Ik ga zeker weten volgende keer naar de andere locatie daar heb ik nog nooit zo iets meegemaakt. Verder prima tent maar dat ze dat toelaten kan echt niet🤮🤮 Als je naar deze winkel gaat zorg dat je in de auto kan wachten en van te voren besteld hebt anders raad ik aan 5 minuten door te rijden naar winkelcentrum noord

Pizzas zijn er goed bij deze nieuwe locatie. Maar deze Dominos is duidelijk ingericht op bezorgen. Je wordt niet aangekeken en genegeerd als je binnen bent. Bestellen via scherm (ook al staat er iemand van dominos voor je). Veel te harde dance muziek op.
