Everything they do is good, but the four most important things they do are delicious and the taste is amazing in my opinion. First, the halawat al-jibn (cheese sweets). Second, the sha'ibiyat is amazing. Third, the Eid cookies with cheese water. Fourth and finally, the pies of all kinds are delicious. 😊 The guys from Homs, I don't know them personally, but to be honest, may Allah provide for them and open up more for them because they deserve it.
