Dirt. Workers there have zero manners, zero hygiëne. Avoid.

While strolling through the Designer Outlet Roermond, I was craving something hearty, and the veal doner kebab was a hit! The meat was beautifully crispy and flavorful on the outside, the salad was crisp and fresh, and the dürüm itself was perfectly toasted, making it pleasantly warm and slightly crispy. Every ingredient tasted as if it had just been prepared. A particularly positive aspect: the veal is halal – ideal for Muslim guests. For me, this was one of the best dürüm I've ever eaten, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly hearty meal while shopping. From now on, I know what I'll be eating when I'm at the Designer Outlet Roermond :)

The doner kebab at Döner Kebap in the Roermond Outlet is highly recommended! The meat was incredibly tender, perfectly cooked, and wonderfully flavorful. You can immediately tell that great importance is placed on quality here. It's also worth mentioning that both the beef and the chicken are halal! I also liked that the wrap was warmed up and not just rolled up! The vegetables were fresh, crisp, and very appetizingly presented. The sauce also pleasantly surprised me: super creamy, and perfectly balanced with the rest of the contents, so that all the ingredients blended harmoniously and the sauce didn't overpower the flavor. Overall, a truly high-quality doner kebab: juicy, fresh, and delicious. For me, it's one of the best doner kebabs I've ever eaten. I would go back anytime and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious meal at the outlet. You can also buy a cup there and then refill it with Coke, etc., from the vending machine as often as you like. There are comfortable seating areas all around!

Never again! We should have been warned just by looking at the previous reviews. But okay, we at least wanted fries – because, how badly can you mess up fries? Well… we wish we hadn't ordered anything at all. The cashier was the epitome of apathy. A friendly word? Forget it. A smile? A pipe dream. You got the feeling she was forced to stand there. But okay, we thought: at least the fries are edible. I told her very clearly: “Just a little mayo, please.” Why? Because they apparently dump a bucket of sauce on a small portion here – and that's exactly what happened. The fries were drowned in mayonnaise. Not “a little too much,” but completely overdone – as if I'd ordered “one mayo with some fries.” Utterly inedible. How do you manage to completely fail at a single request – “not so much mayo”? You got the feeling it was deliberate. Or complete indifference. In any case: not recommended. Not even for simple fries. And don't even get me started on the doner kebab. Conclusion: Unfriendly, overwhelmed by the simplest tasks, and a culinary disaster. Never again.

Not worthy of the outlet center image. The staff are unfriendly and shout amongst themselves. They're unpleasant to customers. And the place is very dirty!

The most disappointing kapsalon ever. It's a shame because my husband thought the chicken kebab was fine. The veal kebab tasted like nothing, and the salad was anything but fresh; a cheap slice of cheese was thrown on top. It's also pricey, of course, at €35 for two kapsalons including drinks. This isn't doing anyone any favors. The staff were very friendly, though.

Got the most disgusting fries I've ever eaten there. These were baked several times, dark brown, sticky and salty. Inedible!!! It is an impudence, an audacity, to give something like that to the customer. The waitress also had no problem keeping her footing while serving. The shop and the service seem unhygienic and I doubt that any of them have a health certificate. I assume that there is also an infection protection law in the Netherlands that requires this document in the catering industry and that it can be verified. Conclusion: Avoid this store!!! There are better alternatives for snacking in the center or in the city.

I don't like the taste, and the prices are excessive. Prices have gone up everywhere, but not by 50%, on average about 8%, and you shouldn't overdo it. Plus, you wait too long, and it's cold by the time it arrives. THIS SHOP IS THE ONLY ONE WITH DONERS. THEY SHOULD OPEN A NEW ONE THAT CAN COMPETE WITH IT.

Unbelievably bad. The owner of this shop must hate people. I can't imagine how someone could sell something like this to humanity otherwise. Luckily, I only ate half of my kebab, but I still vomited when I got home. I don't want to know what would have happened if I'd eaten the whole kebab... I'm grateful for the nausea and severe stomach pain.

It's okay for a quick shopping break, but there are certainly better options for eating out outside the outlet.

Every time I order a kapsalon, I get it without cheese because it's supposedly gone. They should either order more or not be lazy and put cheese on it, which only takes 1-2 minutes longer.

I had a kapsalon. It was edible and okay, but not great. The kebab was just cold. The fries were fine. The kapsalon didn't have many ingredients; it was a bit empty. The salad was also very meager. The sauce was fine. In short, it was okay, but not great.

The chicken doner had no flavor. It was because it had only a small amount of doner and the rest was filled with onions. It was one of the worst doner kebabs I've ever eaten.

Doner is NOT tasty. They sell drinks expensively, but most of the drinks in the automatic machine are not available. Why did I pay so much for the drinks then?

Doner is inedible and I couldn't even finish it. The meat was not yet cooked and it was already cut from the skewer.

It's definitely not easy to make such a tasteless kebab. Disgusting. “0” points!!! Please hire a professional!

What a great place, there is a machine where you can tap drinks, nowhere does it say that you had to pay for it, so I went to tap some drinks and then employees came running towards me as if I had killed Mark Rutte, well in the end I didn't pay and they employee started to act tough then I told him who is 28 and still works in a chip shop, it is now back in its place

Fries are soft and have zero cross... in the mouth they result in an unseasoned mush.

Döner was the worst one in my life. Literally ım Turkish and ate Döner in German and Turkey, never ate such a disgusting döner!!! Maybe its not even meat!!! Paid 20€ and after the first bite, threw away and bough potato from the next shop!!!

An abnormal waiting time, the waiters play with their tongs and do not take orders. They laugh in front of you between them and their durum is not good. Very disappointed

The Donner sandwiyis teally tasty but the place is more like to go not a restaurant and no enough place to sit

About 10 people in front of us and a 45 minute wait. Unfortunately totally uncoordinated. In the end the kebab was ok, but the waiting time wasn't worth it.

I will not recommend this place at all. I literally just ate a durüm from this place and it was disgusting. The worst thing I have ever tried. Do yourself a favor and don’t eat here, you will get poisoned.

Unfortunately very inexperienced staff and that's probably why the kebab is not tasty. Employees aren't really focused and you have to repeat yourself three times.

Last Sunday I bought a dürüm with veal. At first glance, this dürüm tasted and looked very delicious. BUT ! On Monday I and a friend suffered from stomach ache, vomiting, diarrhea and fever. We probably got food poisoning from this nasty mess. Please don't get food here, think about your own health Read the other reviews, several people have complaints after this bad food

Worst kebab I've ever eaten in my life. Way too cold, only the wrap was warm. After I said something about it it was my problem not their problem NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AT ALL. Worst service and quality I have ever encountered in my life, it just makes me sick.

Nastiest kebab ever, what a mess, first and last time I eat here and unfriendly staff who don't listen to their customers. I requested without tomato and it does not contain tomato even though I am allergic to it!!!

Kip Wrap was good, I prefer good amount of veggies and they had it all. Drinks is costly but then it comes with unlimited refills, which is great! Overall loved it.

Tasty kebab wrap with chicken or beef for 5.90 euro and you can choose 1 of 4 sauce (tomato/mayo/garlic/spicy). Bread and box set with drink also available for 9.7 euro.

We were just looking for a quick bite and ended up having the best kebab in many years! So fresh and super tasty. Would recommend to everyone! (We still talk about it) A good combo is to try the fries next door with the spicy majo sauce - best!! Gave it 5 stars because of the quality and good portions! Can’t wait to come back again
