Döner Kebab Öz Urfa in Centrum

I find the staff very unfriendly, unprofessional, and very, very rude! We received weird comments directed at us. I grabbed a napkin and my boyfriend said he would just grab a stack too, then the lady with the reddish-brown hair and glasses said in a very strange tone, "Just take one," so I said it's just a joke, you know, and then she said, "You never know with him." Just to be clear, we don't know her and never chat with her. Eventually, we got our fries and I opened the bag and saw a really tiny amount of mayonnaise in my container, so I went back. I showed it and asked if I could get some more sauce because this isn't possible! Then she said that would be 1.50. CRAZY, so I said, "Okay, can I speak to the manager?" and the manager came out after 2 minutes, after some whispering in the back. The manager remained polite and explained why we couldn't get extra sauce without paying. Furthermore, the older lady with blonde hair is super sweet and nice!

We come here every Saturday for swimming lessons. We were an hour early. My youngest daughter wanted fries, but unfortunately, they said they couldn't make them within an hour because of a birthday party. My daughter was very sad and started crying. She had a 3-hour course during breakfast and hadn't eaten there. We drove 10 minutes to get fries somewhere else. Feed your children beforehand if possible. 👎🏻

Nice cafeteria. You can also enjoy a meal inside. There are plenty of tables.

Every Wednesday, for years we have been ordering our lunch from this fantastic snack bar! It has never disappointed! THE BEST👌in town
