Extremely poor service. We came from another city specifically to order here because we wanted to redeem a gift card (it was about to expire). Unfortunately, the staff said they were too busy to scan the card, and the corresponding device was empty, and no one knew where it was. How do you mean customer-friendly?

Why is the "berehap" no longer on the menu, but I can still order a meatball with peanut sauce?

I can't give less than one star, but this service is absolutely terrible. Our food was supposed to be delivered at 5:45 PM, and we ordered it right on time, with a house full of hungry children. After an hour, it still hadn't arrived, so I called. It had just been fried. And I couldn't cancel. I'll never order from here again.

What a terrible disappointment! I ordered two kapsalons and a beef sandwich. Another hour and 45 minutes of waiting. Then it was delivered, and there was only one kapsalon. That's 30 kapsalons worth of sauce and one side of fries. So, another order had to be made. It's definitely going to take over an hour. One person has eaten, and the other two are only waiting another hour. This was definitely the last time. The wrong food was delivered countless times, and the order process took ages. Never again...

They use the roads in and around Aldlan as a racetrack; it's a residential area with children playing; it's just waiting for something to go terribly wrong. Tonight again, I think I'm driving at over 90 km/h over the Stinzeflora. SHAME ON YOU!!

These people can't make fries. Worthless. Maybe a course would be a good idea. Update: 19-9-25, after more than an hour and a half, I called to ask where our order was. Always one of the better snack bars in Leeuwarden. The quality has been lower lately, but still adequate. This time I ordered, and after the ordering process, I received the expected delivery in 2.5 hours. Fine, then I canceled, but yes, it's rush hour, so I can understand that. The understanding quickly fades when you call and are put on hold for over fifteen minutes, and they constantly answer with, "Do you have a moment?" You don't wait for an answer, you're immediately put back on hold. I'm annoyed with myself for getting angry at the staff, who, judging by the reviews, seem to be working to the fullest. Why not take one or more measures if chaos, once again, sets in? 1) Pause home delivery during peak hours when staff are at capacity. 2) An automatic answering machine: it's currently very busy, and we're not taking phone orders. If you have a question about a current order, please press X. 3) Pay your staff better so you can more easily scale up to expected peak times. 4) Communicate about waiting times upfront in the ordering process. It's easy to say from my perspective, of course, as I don't have any experience with snack bars. However, this experience isn't necessary to read reviews, respond to them, or identify trends and feedback in reviews. It's a bit more difficult, but you could also listen to your staff. It's great that it's busy, but maybe it's time to say no and choose quality over quantity at the expense of everything and everyone. Your staff is working away and dealing with irritated customers. That sounds very motivating to me.

Ordered online, order wasn't received correctly, and I forgot to write down a few things. The food was almost cold upon arrival, the peanut sauce was hard, and the hot meat sandwich was only half full.

Ordered at 5:45 PM and had to wait almost two hours. When I called to ask where my order was, I was met with a rude response, and it wasn't my problem that it was taking so long. What a bunch of idiots. Never order from here again!

Waited for fifteen minutes for service, finally someone comes. Ordered Razzle ice cream. Almost 6,- for a ready-made ice cream that is scooped into another container and topped up with some soft ice cream. Employee adds syrup waffle with dirty hands and when stirring the whole thing, everything is covered including his hands and please your razzle. Daughter wanted to have a few bites and you don't want to disappoint her and deny her her ice cream. Result: running home, sick to her stomach and 75% of the expensive ice cream thrown away. Hygiene is hard to find here. Even the children said it was disgusting how that gentleman made it. There used to be a device to mix this but it was too expensive and now they charge the same price for a cheap version?

Picked up shoarma sandwiches and fries. Meat was very little and more than half was burnt (read black). Fries were cold. No more Double FF Zuid for us.

Ordered from dubbel ff bilgaard and to my surprise received from dubbel ff aldlan. Never ever again!!! Wife sick children sick waited 2 hours and 45 minutes. Half missing, was cold and also a big mouth on the phone. Went to bilgaard now it turns out that dubble ff bilgaard is getting a different name and that dubble ff aldlan is trying to steal the customers of dubble ff bilgaard in a sneaky way. After a long time I ordered from Double FF again because the fries were always so tasty. The assortment on thuisbezorgd looked a bit different but apparently there has been a change of owner? In short, fries cold, limp and different in taste than in the past. Ras fries cold, limp and did not taste very good either (old fat) Milkshakes fine but expensive. Order was not as ordered, sauce was delivered with the fries that was not ordered. Price was also quite high.. Unfortunately last time we ordered here change is not always better..

Four of us were there on a Friday afternoon and wanted a small snack. First, we had to fight our way through the entrance, which was littered with potatoes. Then the waitress ignored us. Only after repeated warnings were we served at the counter. We cleaned our table ourselves (all the others weren't clean either). After a 30-minute wait (for four fries), we got our food. The taste was okay, although the service was very careless and uncaring. We also felt sorry for distracting the young people from their phones with our order. Unfortunately, our view was also very unpleasant. Numerous dirty transport bags in the foreground, while raw meat was being processed in the background. I deliberately omitted the pictures we took of the restroom from this review. Why did we eat at this place anyway? Because we were on vacation and there was nothing else nearby. It was really awful, unfortunately. The price-performance ratio is also pretty poor.

How this place has deteriorated. Received the saddest chicken supreme wrap ever yesterday. Previously always richly topped, but now consisting of 5 strips of chicken and, above all, lots of lettuce. Complaint has been reported, but they just brush you off with the comment that we are busy. Enjoy the crowds for a while because with these prices, little food and very poor service, they may soon pack up.

Delicious fries and frikandel special

Fries are fine, snacks too. But now 3/4 orders not complete. First order via own website; forgot coke. Second order at the counter; forgot sauce. Third order was good and now with the 4th (by telephone) instead of fries for 5 people, fries for 2 people. Very unfortunate…

Very messy place, there are always only students working and it looks chaotic. There are delivery vehicles on the street all the time, hindering traffic and driving away and arriving quickly, quite dangerous. The quality of the food is also disappointing, the fries were not crispy.

Very tasty meal. We ordered the homemade fries. The fries are tasty and real. It looks like old French fries with some skin left on them. We all really enjoyed this. We will definitely order from Double FF again. The service was timely and friendly, and the atmosphere is always good. oh and we had the bucket for 5 people, really large portion for everyone.

We opted for the double croquette burger menu twice, one with fries and Fristi and one with our own fries and pistachio milkshake, both with mayonnaise. And another egg ball. Were curious what that tasted like. Portions quite big and tasted great. Delivery and communication went well. If we stay in the area again, we will definitely order again.

Last time we order here. Previous times, certain ingredients were not available and had to be purchased via adjacent Poiesz. Orders were not delivered within 2 hours and it is a party again tonight. Ordered at 6:00 PM, order not delivered yet at 8:00 PM. If you call and ask how long the order will take, you will receive the answer "there are more people for you". From now on you can order from the Coeter in Huizum. Then you will at least have your food within a reasonable time.

Order delivered late (more than 30 minutes late) More cold Fries and Snacks than warm. Lots of hard fries pieces. Berehap peanut and Frikandel special, onions too well done (Berehap) and too watery (Frikandel special), which resulted in a strange taste experience. And where was the original Double FF packaging?? No more orders for us at this location!

I was the and only guest 😉. The atmosphere is better when there are more people of course. It's not the staff's fault.

Have you ever had to wait 2 hours for your food even though home delivery neatly indicates a time? After calling twice, they can't even get a milkshake for the kids. Ordered at 5:40 PM and received at 8:01 PM. Not normal. Home delivery cannot do anything about this, but they do blame them. Now I read that you often have to wait 2 hours for your food for doubles. We will never order from them again. Food was also cold.

Order here regularly with the company! Very satisfied with how things always go. Sometimes we even get some extra sauce. Much appreciated!🙌

Loyal customer…. But not anymore…. Mistakes every time in recent months... orders incomplete and that can happen occasionally due to crowds, for example. But if I indicate in the comments every time I order whether they pay attention to it and it goes wrong every time, then in my opinion you are doing something wrong... Lever de frikandel XXL nou is niet dubbelgevouwen of rechtop staand in de tas aan! Ik wil dat ding normaal kunnen eten en niet alle saus bij elkaar zoeken en er weer opsmeren. De volgende keer kom je hem maar weer ophalen en een nieuwe brengen!

Beschamend hoe weinig patat er wordt geleverd en veel te hard door gebakken. Saus wat op de kop in de zak zit met als gevolg een halve beker ipv. de bestelde hele beker. Kwaliteit is laatste tijd zeer slecht. De double ff is een klant kwijt.

Heb hier even wat eten gehaald, niet echt op de prijzen gelet dus haal een bamischijf, patatje en red bull, uitendelijk 10eu voor betaald terwijl het volgens het menu 6eu was, jongen die me hielp gaf me geen wissel, maar leek ook wel alsof ie nieuw was daar dus kan foutje zijn geweest. Eten was verder lekker.

Hier een broodje hamburger besteld met alleen mayonaise ze durven hier gewoon €6,90 voor te vragen belachelijke prijzen worden hier gehanteerd

Dit is jammer want ik ben normaal wel te spreken over Double ff. Burger was nat en broodje was niet lekker, milkshake was vanille terwijl ik chocolate had besteld (euro duurder). Loaded fries leek lang geleden klaargemaakt. Taco was prima, niks op aan te merken. Ik zit hier mn vrienden te vertellen hoe goed jullie burgers zijn en dan doen jullie dit, zonde. 1 ster omdat het eten niet weg te krijgen was, extra ster voor vriendelijke bezorger en een prima taco

Het eten was erg lekker maar de hamburger en de verse patat was iets te doorbakken. De smaak was wel in orde.

Afgelopen weekend bij dubbel ff zuid gegeten. Vind het erg jammer om te melden maar het frituurvet stonk en de zaak zelf erg smerig. Vol stof dode muggen en zelfs bakjes die in de wc staat opgeslagen. En ontzettend veel stof. Het lijkt of wr totaal geen aandacht is voor hygiëne. Erg jammer want dubbel ff in Bilgaard (noord) is altijd super schoon en goede kwaliteit eten.

Over het algemeen wel een goede snackbar enkel afgelopen vrijdag bestelde ik een broodje Kebab om mee te nemen. Thuisgekomen bleek er allemaal zwart en verbrand vlees tussen te zitten. Ik ben terug gegaan met dit broodje en heb een nieuwe ontvangen. Tot zover zoals het hoort, enkel ik begrijp niet dat iemand zo'n broodje durft mee te geven aan een klant, je ziet toch zelf ook wel dat het vlees verbrand en verkoolt is

Wir bestellent eine kleine Mahlzeit in einen Fastfood schuppen. Doch so Fast war der food leider nid zubereitet. Nach ca. 30min warten kam dann unser Essen was auch nur bedingt gut war. Das Essen wurde in 3 Ettapen geliefert. So musste ich alleine Essen und meine Frau mir dabei zusehen😔
