Dragon Garden in Vredenburg/Kronenburg

I have been to Dragon Garden twice now and it is really great. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is nice, and the staff is very friendly. The people who work there are hardworking and service-oriented; definitely recommended if you are ever in Arnhem. I will definitely be back!

Please do something about the chairs for once. You are basically sitting on the wood; this is unbearable, especially for older people. The food is fine.

Great food, but even better service. It's the oldschool type of quality where you get the best treatment as a customer, they even serve the first bits of food on your plate and have attention to detail.

Szechuan beef tenderloin with cashew nuts is very tasty. The fried rice is very bland without spices.

Unfortunately, the owner is really not friendly; she is very snappy and rushes things... it is not the first time she has behaved like this towards customers; she really should be friendlier and welcome people in a polite manner.. As for asking questions about the menu, it is very unclear. Give your tip: do something about your friendliness towards customers. I can tell you, you don't know the first thing about that.

We sat down and she asked us do we need anything to drink and we said no. When asked to bting water she brought water bottles charging us 6 euros for 2. the soup bowl was so little hardly enough for 1 person. and spring rolls were super oily.

We got takeout, very good Chinese food. It looks cozy inside as well.

I came here for the first time last week with a friend who lives nearby. We were initially going to get takeout but decided to eat in instead. We didn't regret it. Very friendly, knowledgeable service that leaves nothing to be desired. The rijsttafel for two tastes very good and is more than enough (we had leftovers). Highly recommended, and I am glad I discovered it.

There didn't seem to be an extractor hood because we could see all the smoke from the food coming into the restaurant, which we didn't like, but we still had a nice meal.

A truly old-fashioned Chinese restaurant. Delicious food, and I've never really been disappointed. Except for the pangsit, which no longer has any filling, so it's basically just a sheet of fried dough, which they now call vegetarian. I find that a real shame, because it used to be my favorite side dish.

Ideal Chinese restaurant; delicious food, friendly staff, takeaway option, fast service

It's a 10-minute drive to Lent, but we're happy to pay that price. A top-notch Chinese restaurant, close to the Van der Valk restaurant. So many regular customers who have been coming for years and (rightly) complain about the nasi goreng (fried rice) and bami (fried noodles) without meat and only with frozen peas, and they don't do anything with them! We won't go there anymore; we'll go to Elst, Lent, Presikhaaf, or the Chinese restaurant in Sonsbeekpark. Very tasty bami goreng (fried rice) with pieces of egg, ham, or meat, just the way it should be. It turns out the nasi goreng now only has peas and no meat. The reason given was that we have a 65-year-old chef, and he regularly forgets to put meat in it! A very poor excuse. Make sure there's meat in the nasi goreng; it's a must. Many customers complain about this. ------------------------------- I have since received a response (June 2nd) from the owner. It turns out that 35% order vegetarian noodles/nasi, so the conclusion is that 65% prefer meat in their noodles/nasi. Another reason given is that the wok must be thoroughly cleaned before using it to prepare vegetarian dishes! It's reasonable to assume that a restaurant has multiple woks/pans. The labor market shortage is also cited as an argument, but in my opinion, this has nothing to do with the dish itself. A tour of Chinese restaurants in the area shows that there are two options: meat or vegetarian. Sorry, but from now on we'll go to a Chinese restaurant where you can simply choose, not where the choice is made for you. After all, the customer is king.

We went to Dragon Garden in Vredenburg with family and friends. Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. I found hair in my soup – very unsanitary. The next day we all got sick, and one of our friends even spent three days in the hospital. This is unacceptable. Hygiene seems completely lacking here. We will definitely never go back, and I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Simply the best Chinese restaurant ever. The food was delicious (I highly recommend the babi pangang with boemboebali sauce), everything looked neat, and the service was really good. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food arrived a bit slowly, but the restaurant also offers takeout. Overall, the best Chinese restaurant in Arnhem.

An extremely delicious Chinese restaurant. The food here is great. The space is spacious and airy. The staff is professional and friendly, the dishes are diverse for Asians and Europeans. I have come back many times and every time I am satisfied, certainly in the future my family and I will still come back here 👍👍👍

We eat here regularly and are always satisfied with the food and hospitality. Sometimes we go with four and sometimes with two, but we always leave with a good (and full) feeling.

Nice Chinese / Mongolian restaurant. Various cuisines available such as Cantonese and Mongolian. This is why this is not the standard old-fashioned Chinese restaurant but has many original dishes. The dishes are also very well prepared. Unfortunately they had a few staff in the service so everything took a bit longer.

A plate of stir-fried vegetables costs 19.9 euros. I don't know what kind of precious ingredients and cooking methods are beyond our imagination. The proprietress had a good service attitude and talked about her life experience in the Netherlands. Generally speaking, you can go to Chinese restaurants in the Netherlands with your eyes closed, whether it is Maastricht, Discount Village, The Hague, Rotterdam, etc., but when you come to Arnhem, please eat something else, unless you have never been to China, or you have a white stomach.

I have been coming to this Chinese restaurant for years. For the first time I am negative. Completely obtained noodles, but the noodles only contained peas and a few other vegetables, no meat/ham. Babi pangang was dry no sauce

Various dishes on the table that stood out with a huge amount of onion and pepper. The nasi had more peas than rice. Peas in nasi???? They have never heard of that in China. Staff friendly but little attention to the tables themselves. Having to ask for drinks regularly. Empty soup plates were on the table for at least fifteen minutes before they were taken away.

This time it was a bummer, I reserved at a quarter past five and ordered at six o'clock, I wanted to leave but my wife wouldn't let me eat. After I told her, I didn't need soup anymore and the food was a spoonful of nasi and 5 pieces of meat. My evening out was well ruined, this was the last time I come there, which is a pity.

A fine Chinese restaurant for many years. Friendly staff and delicious dishes. The only tip I have is to put nasi and bami on the menu in two ways from now on. It used to contain meat and this was changed some time ago and it now contains peas. I understand that there are quite a few vegetarian people, but many friends and acquaintances consider this a great loss. Just let people choose whether they want meat or not, and for all I care, make the meat variant a little more expensive.

Located just beside Immerloo Park, this Chinese restaurant is one of the best in Arnhem Zuid. The staff is very friendly, and the service is quick. The food was tasty, and they accommodated our request for a higher spice level in the dishes. It's a mid-range restaurant, perfect for grabbing a satisfying meal.

Ordered food picked up tonight. Was spoken to in a very unfriendly manner by an employee. I had indicated that I wanted satay sauce instead of red sauce with the babipangan and the sauce separately in a cup. But the sauce was still poured over it. Plus I also had to pay €1.50 extra? While the pangang sauce is just as expensive according to the price list? Because they had put it over it, it had to be redone and that was done with a lot of unkindness. But probably due to anger with less care. When I got home the meat had not been heated properly and therefore not tasty. But too bad this was the last one I ordered here.

When I first came to eat at this restaurant I was sooooo surprised. I can no longer avoid this wonderful but also delicious restaurant. The dishes are really delicious!!! I recommend everyone to eat there!!!

Tried again after a long time. The atmosphere was cozy and well filled with customers. We had a nice table by the window. Ordered a Mongolian (Tipan) shrimp with Chinese noodles. The shrimp were tasty and were on a few small pieces of onion, I missed the peppers and all those other tasty vegetables that are normally on the Tipan plate. The Chinese noodles were fine. We had a chicken spring roll as a starter, the taste was good, but the inside filling was soaked in oil, which made everything taste a bit porridge-like, so it was not nice and crunchy like a good spring roll is. My partner's dish was nasi complete, the taste was tasteless. Foejong hai was too wet, babi pangang soft and boiled satay stick and, as described before, tasteless. The nasi was good. We left the dessert alone. We are going to look for a good Chinese restaurant again.

Unfortunately, the restaurant has switched to vegetarian nasi and noodles on menus The noodles are really tasteless, only filled with peas and leeks and overcooked. Called about this later, during rush hour only vegetarian noodles/nasi are served. After 8 p.m. you can ask for noodles with meat at an additional cost. While the price of dishes and spring rolls has risen considerably. No more repeats for us from now on. They were so good!

Prima restaurant waar je gezellig kunt eten. De bediening is uitermate vriendelijk. Het eten is zeer smakelijk en van prima kwaliteit. Eten ophalen is ook mogelijk. Warm aanbevolen. Teruggeweest voor een diner, wederom heerlijk gegeten. Probeer de loempia's, overheerlijk. Menu Shanghai gegeten in het restaurant, met goed gezelschap, het was weer heerlijk. Inmiddels is dit restaurant zeer populair geworden, reserveren is een goed idee. Nog geen gebruik van gemaakt, de cateringservice. Voor bedrijven en particulieren.

Ik heb hier gegeten samen met iemand anders voor ik naar Helene Fischer ging in het Gelredome het de Chinese rijsttafel was lekker een vriendelijke gastvrouw en prijzen zijn ook niet zo heel duur bij mij in Losser bij de Chinees betaal je veel meer

We bezoeken vaak en Chineese restaurants en dat de beste qua kook producten en bediening.

Vandaag een rijsttafel DragonGarden gehad. Erg lekker van smaak, groenten heerlijk knapperig. Complimenten aan de kok!!!

Nou ik haal een loempia speciaal zit er geen saus bij en ook geen babi pangang dat is bij andere chinees restaurants. Krijg ik een droge loempia pffff. En over de nasi niet te spreken met die doperwten moet vlees in. En dat er veel vegatarische mensen zijn oke maar vraag dan aan de bali of je er vlees in wilt of anders wilt. Zeer slecht dit en dit is de laatste keer wat gehaald.

Bovengemiddelde kwaliteit en bediening - zowel in het restaurant zelf als bij afhalen. Maandmenu a 23,50€ is voldoende voor 2 x 2 personen.

Eten halen bami alleen met doperwten

Zo jammer, het vlees en de ham in de nassi/bami is vervangen door vieze diepvries doperwten. Lijkt nu op nassi uit de supermarkt In de babi pangang zat veel vet en de laatste keer dacht ik dat de atjar eronder uit een potje kwam. Ik ga toch overwegen om een ander restaurant te zoeken. Heb het eten altijd heerlijk gevonden maar het gaat steeds meer achteruit.

Nasi en bami zonder vlees, geen keuze, alleen maar een paar doperwten en een beetje prei. Geen keuze mogelijk, volgens eigenaar besteld 35% vegetarische nasi/bami, dus 65% kiest nog altijd met vlees. Wij kiezen een andere Chinees in Elst,

Alsof je in Azië bent. Een top restaurant... zomaar in Arnhem Zuid. Afhalen super geregeld en hygiënisch.

Voor het eerst hier besteld en vervolgens afgehaald. Makkelijk via online bestellen en iDeal betalen. Heerlijk gegeten, veel voor weinig geld. Alles heeft goed gesmaakt. 3x een combinatie menu besteld met bami en nasi.

Het is daar heel lekker eten en de sfeer is daar ook heel fijn en ze houden daar ook van grappen maken

Voor 6 personen Indische rijsttafel afgehaald. Totale kosten € 95,00 inclusief nassie/bami ipv rijst. Het vlees of te wel vet/zenen was van zeer slechte kwaliteit. Enorme bakken met pinda’s, augurken schijfjes en atjar. Had liever wat meer kwaliteit vlees gehad. Wat ik nog het meest vervelende vond, dat ik dit mijn gasten moest aanbieden.

Bestelling lukte in eerste instantie niet ivm slechte telefoon verbinding. Combi gerecht babi Pangang met foeyonghai, en een "familie geluk", een echte aanrader. Genoeg voor 4 personen en leuk geprijsd.
