A good place for coffee and donuts on the go. Nice variety of donuts, consistently fresh, and friendly staff. Coffee is decent and service is usually quick. Prices are a bit high, but overall a solid option for a sweet break.

Overall, everything was mostly fine. There are still a few minor things that could be improved: empty napkins, unwiped tables, and a smile for the guest.

I ordered a caramel latte here, but the flavor was much too strong. I had to add sugar to sweeten it. Overall, the place isn't bad, but what I didn't like was that I didn't get a receipt after paying, and I didn't notice the number at first. I then had to explain what I ordered because the cashier didn't trust me. Otherwise, it's okay.

The service was okay, but unfortunately, the portions are getting smaller and smaller, and the atmosphere leaves much to be desired. Outside on the patio, there's always an older man at a table asking for cigarettes. I won't be back anytime soon.

This rather compact Dunkin' Donuts is located in the 2 Brothers building in Venlo. It also has a separate entrance. Ordering and paying is easy at the kiosk ordering terminals. You can also select the appropriate language. The MEGA selection of donuts is almost overwhelming. Unfortunately, it wasn't looking very clean anymore. However, it was very busy. The donuts are delicious and fresh. Prices are on the higher end. Highly recommended.

The quality is getting worse every year.. what a pity

DO NOT GO HERE. IT WILL SAVE YOU LOT'S OF FRUSTRATION!! Everytime i come here there's always something up. Either the employees don't speak dutch, The QR code at the kiosk don't work or they out of everything and nobody knows what to do. Worst dunkin ever, worst service ever! Couldn't even get my drink cause the only thing them newbies can say is "come back for the manager tomorrow" ... Does it look like i got time to come back everyday? Smh!! Do yourself a big favour and go enjoy a good cup of coffee somewhere else cause this ain't it. Dunkin, time for you to leave venlo. Ur time is up.

Apparently, the outcome depends on the shift. On my first visit, everything was fine. All the donuts were as ordered, and the wait was short. Everything was great. The donuts were delicious, and that's ultimately the main thing. Today we had to wait forever. There were only 2-3 other orders with us. As mentioned in another review, we were also told (as were several others) that selected donuts were unavailable. At least we were actively approached and allowed to choose an alternative donut. Others almost left the store with one donut too few. After having the same experience twice now that neither a receipt was printed nor the QR code mentioned on the display could be displayed and thus scanned, I took a photo of our order number today just to be safe. So, with enough time and control, it was fine.

I ordered just cappuccino, I waited 20-30min my number was 180 and they were calling 164. And eventually the coffee prepared by an automated machine he didn’t even do any effort. Nothing special, my capsules coffee machine at home is far better. Fast and with higher quality.

Only two people working and the place was packed, with about 100 orders in line. I understand it's not the employees' fault, as there were only two of them (although they were taking it easy). The machine lets you choose products they don't have, so when you get to the counter, they tell you you have to change your order. It took almost an hour to pick up two donuts and two coffees. It's a great place that should be better maintained, which is a shame.

Disaster, waiting time for cold drink( I was 3rd person in line) 20+ minutes. And the taste of that drink didn’t saved the situation.

I love the donuts. I've been to many shops, but nowhere else does so much go wrong as here. At first glance, the store is average. The entrance is on two sides. Unfortunately, the door side with the ramp is often closed. Orders are placed using screens. The machine never gives you a receipt here. You have to memorize the number. Why doesn't that work here!? The screens are supposed to show which items are in stock and which aren't. But you only find out at the counter that the donuts you selected are sold out. This has happened several times. You don't get any advice or recommendations here. You just get a blank stare when you try to find a replacement for the out-of-stock donut. You could help the customer and recommend a similar one. You should train your employees here. I was there again today and was pleased that everything was there. When I opened the box at home, however, I realized I got the wrong donuts. The receipt said the correct ones, but there were different ones in the box. Really disappointing because I was looking forward to the new raspberry cheesecake and instead got an Oreo. I also got the Lotus donut instead of the Dpeculoos Sensation. Instead of the white chocolate pistachio, I got the regular pistachio.

Ordered iced coffee Regular size and got a flat white cup was too in a hurry to start arguing for a refund. While I was waiting 20 MINUTES some weird guy with a slick back kept staring at me and my partner creepily. Good thing I was in a rush otherwise they would have had a different type of customer horrible!!

Location is run down. Two employees who do not speak Dutch. They don't know any sweetener for coffee. Coffee is watery, tastes like ditch water. Not Dunkin coffee worthy.

Ordered a coffee and a donut on the spot as a combo via the payment kiosk. It was still early and very quiet in the shop, the donut was fine and the coffee was also fine. For €6.20 it is quite reasonable.

DunkinDonuts drinks and donuts are good as usual, the store is kind of dirty. Cocoa on the couch, the tables dirty, crumbs scattered all over the store. Coffee stains on the floor and indefinable smear on the tables.

Went with my friend, who took her baby with her aka we had a baby stroller with us. Almost all doors had stairs, just one of them had a ramp on the right side but the door only opened up on the left side? Very confusing. We ordered our drinks and we didn’t get any lids for them. Which made it even harder to shop or carry things. Just for context this Dunkin Donut is stuck to the big store 2 Brüder and you can definitely can’t say no to the things they offer. One of the two drinks we got was too strong to drink, so we threw it away and shared mine. Very unfortunate since I paid 10€ for both drinks that weren’t well made (coming from two Dunkin Donuts lovers). Definitely won’t buy there again! I prefer trying out the cafés nearby next time, maybe they will have lids and better tasting coffee.

Every time I visit this establishment there are always some problems, you have lost a regular customer and will not return. Or they forget to place an order, or what they ordered on the screen ends up not being available. I don't understand why this can't be corrected on screen in time? I'm generally quiet because of cleanliness! the service is terrible. employees do not fulfill their duties, why are they paid?

Ordered 2 bubble teas. Paid. Sorry, we no longer have these. I want my money back. We do not have cash, it must be deposited back into your bank account. Can take up to 3 business days. If you don't have it yet, you have to call a 06 number yourself. Very bad service. Once but never again. And the question is whether I will get my money. And not even interest on my money.

So the donut was good...but: The cocoa was at most lukewarm and after we complained, the two used cups were poured together (!!!) and made way too hot. The colleague scalded his tongue straight away and the table was full of cocoa afterwards 🤮😆 We left the cocoa standing there in frustration.

Every time that I go half of the drinks are sold out. You pay at the screens but they don’t have it. Big big favor today to do our drinks, should be a bit check this place. Nothing to do with the normal Dunkin’s. Neglected..

The donuts are fine,but the hygiene was terrible! Big part of the tables were covered with coffee stains and donut crumbles. Toilets were looking like a public toilet for a rave party. Should work on the hygiene!

We had high tea here today with a social deal with 3 friends and 2 kids. We really enjoyed the delicious food. Special thanks for the extremely friendly staff. The boy who helped us today was super helpful and caring, very good service. We would recommend this.

I will never order here again. You order a Large iced macchiatto with extra flavor, you ultimately get a small black coffee. On the back of the receipt there is a text that says: sorry, the taste is no longer available. Instead of calling politely and asking if I might like a different flavor, they don't do it and they don't give a refund either.

I wouldn't use anything iced. The entire cup is filled to the top with ice cubes. At €6 for a small drink, that's a disgrace! Pulled on the straw twice and there was nothing left in the cup!

The donuts are melted and not cooled, the staff is sluggish and the shop is unfortunately completely filthy, making you feel disgusted... What a shame. We were wondering why the store was so empty. I have visited many dunkin donuts and this one is definitely one of the best. The coffee and donuts were fresh and delicious, the price was reasonable for the brand. What I liked most was the pretty furnished environment with outdoor seating and very friendly service. They also have enough self-service machines and there weren't many people there.

The lady behind the bar is apparently new and doesn't know what to do. Works very slowly, and has to constantly check a note. No idea where her colleague is who should show her the way. By the way, a very friendly girl, isn't it? But the service is very bad

The food was good as usual. The crack matcha tea with ice cubes and coconut milk was particularly good in the warm temperatures. The service was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. dunkin Venlo very bad and slow Had to wait fifteen minutes for 2x a sandwich (caprese) and a frap. There was no one else in the shop.. toasted sandwich is tasteless and instead of tomato it has sun-dried on it which I really don't like.. first and last time we go here.. very expensive for what you get €24 for a little melted cheese . juicy fresh tomatoes they say 🙈.. you are also in the noise of the blower here..

The place is clean. The food is horrible. Panini caprese is not like whats described, (normal cheese and sundried tomatos versus fresh tomatoes with mozzarella) the hot chicken should be called bland onions. The frappe’s aren’t great either… we were the only ones who ordered, and it took an astonishing 19 minutes, and they waiter forgot some items. Never again!

High tea done. A lot of food for the price. Helped quickly. Friendly staff who regularly asked if everything was still satisfactory. We automatically asked if we would prefer to have the door we were sitting in front of closed because of the cold.

When I asked the person at the counter for a donut in the display, they told me to use the touch screen if I wanted to order something, even though the place was completely empty and the person serving me could have easily offered me proper customer service face to face with minimal effort. Local located in the center of the city of Venlo, less than a year since it was inaugurated. Inside the place is large and very beautiful. The attention is very good, there is always someone who speaks Spanish. From time to time the donuts vary, for Halloween, Easter or Christmas they have special donuts.

We were there for the first time today. From the outside the store looks quite impressive. We ordered a latte, a cocoa, a bubble tea and two lion donuts. It took a long time, but there was hardly anything going on. We then sat down at a beautifully set table and thought nothing of it and my friend started giving our baby a bottle. After a short while, an employee came and unnecessarily rudely and loudly told us that we weren't allowed to sit there. You could have said it more kindly, especially when you see a baby being fed. Generally very unfriendly employees. The "Bubble Tea" had neither bubbles nor tea. It was more like cold brew with chunks. The hot cocoa initially only tasted like milk until we realized they forgot to stir. The powder was either slightly on top or, like most of the powder, on the bottom as a set. The Lions donuts tasted like Lion's cereal on a donut, only so bland and weird, like it had been over for a month. All in all, very disappointing. The latte was ok.

Choosed dine in packed for me like for out. Machine didn't print check for me but showed on screen ordered successfully. I was standing in front of cassa around 20 minutes just watching what they do, they even didn't ask if I need something.. Managers always busy and can't consult you about menu it's impossible to talk to them at all, but other day there were 3 managers just bored without orders I asked em what I can order without caffeine, they just looked at each other and recommended to check in self service machine, that's nice but what are you doing here, and why you work here if you cant consult about menu? They even didn't try. Tables are dirty, toilets are dirty furthermore you have to pay for toilet 50 cents. You can come here to toilet because they anyway always busy so you even don't need to pay and you can use wifi here which cover from another restaurant 🤪 One donut is 3.45, that's a rubbery!!!

As long as you only buy a Donut it's okay, especially the luxury donuts. We had several paninis ourselves and they were very economical for the price you paid for them. Afterwards we were all still hungry for lunch. A pity. Didn't try the drinks but thought the prices were a bit high too. You can also only order from a column, which is fine, but a little extra customer contact is sometimes nice.

Worst dunkin donut ever seen. If you are open until 10 p.m. you must also be open. Please arrive at 9:30 PM. Just closed. There was even someone who had placed an order. Staff very customer unfriendly. If you come after 9 p.m. you can choose from 2 donuts, the rest is gone. Hopeless establishment. Never again!

Ordered two donuts and macarons today with my children. Made my order, chose the 'eat here' option and got the donuts and macarons packed? I politely indicate that I have chosen the eat option here. The atmosphere is great, you expect a lot. Unfortunately, a lot of things were already sold out on the second visit (5 p.m.), which is a shame. There are very few employees on site and most of them can't even be seen.

A place we certainly don't want to visit again. Ordering only takes place via the silly terminal (which is annoying at McDo.). No special requests possible, coffee variations are minimal in terms of taste, the people only speak English - but that doesn't matter. Impersonal handling. I don't have to have everything!

Always waiting for long time here. Order never complete, always something is missing. Personel is chatting and hanging around while you wait for your order for 20minutes. Also you cant sit nowhere because all the tables are dirty. While personel is doing nothing. Donuts are good because it's dunkin donuts, but... I feel dissapointed. I was waiting for this place to open since forever because I love dunkin but always when I come here I get annoyed. Please menager do something about it!
