The food was a disaster. The Caesar salad consisted of just a few lettuce leaves with no oil, no sauce, and two pieces of fried chicken. On top of that, the rest of the family came to our table, and we wanted to sit at two tables so we could all sit together. Without giving us any reason, we were simply allowed to leave, even though there were plenty of free tables. I can't recommend it at all.

Mocca is a very cozy place in the heart of Venlo, the walls are nicely decorated, the service is friendly from all the ladies, we ordered and some food, the snacks were tasty (scampi), the bitterballen very good, the croquette madame and Monsieur were also good, ideal for a small or larger lunch, the gin and tonic was neatly taken care of, also the other drinks 👍, what we agreed, would not let a dog run around in the shop, even if only for a short while, even though we are dog lovers, but definitely worth a visit 👍

Those guys are the best! They even let me have just brown bread toast with butter and jam for breakfast, although it's not on the menu. The chief of the day just figured up a price and that's that. I really appreciated that. Service was quick and charming. Nice atmosphere. You guys rock!

40 minutes to Venlo, then a quick stop at this wonderful café. Extremely friendly and fast service, a huge selection, and a fantastic menu. We had the seafood toast, a crispy chicken sandwich, and Oreo cheesecake—all beautifully presented and delicious. We'll be back, it's only 40 minutes away...

Eating at Mocca is a delightful experience. The service is excellent, and the owner always has time for a friendly chat and attentive service.

We took a short break here and were overwhelmed by the selection of dishes. 😊 We then opted for a Caesar salad and a chicken katsu avocado toast. Taste-wise, it was a 10/10 and worth every penny. 👌 The staff was always attentive (despite being busy) and very friendly. We say thank you and can definitely recommend Mocca 👍

Update: The Fresh Ginger Shot tea and Popeye Smoothie taste delicious, especially after the joint SMRC running session on Sunday morning. --- We had a delicious breakfast with salmon and scrambled eggs. Highly recommended. We had a delicious decaf latte with almond milk on the terrace. The terrace is covered, so you can sit in the shade in warm weather. There's plenty of seating both inside and on the terrace. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible. The location looks well-maintained and modern. The staff is friendly and takes orders quickly. Payment can be made by card or cash. Parking is available in the paid parking garage.

I don't go out for lunch often, but when I do, it's Mocca. A lovely variety of food and surprisingly well-balanced. Not only can I praise the food, but the staff is not only extremely friendly but also very attentive and accurate, as they should be!

Every month, my wife and I make it a mini-date to try the coffee of the month. We love having lunch there, both for business and pleasure, but the coffee dates are the most enjoyable. The quality of the product, atmosphere, and service is top-notch. We're happy to walk into town for that.

I always enjoy going to Mokka. Whether it's just for one coffee, a quick lunch with a friend, or a big brunch with the whole family, nothing is too much trouble for Mokka; they're always ready, despite the hustle and bustle of Venlo's city center. I recommend everyone to stop by Mokka, even if it's just for a delicious coffee (to go)!

What a fantastic lunchroom! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed by the warm atmosphere and friendly service. The interior is cozy and modern, making you immediately want to linger. I chose the Caesar Chicken, and it was truly fantastic: super fresh, beautifully presented, and just the right portion. The cappuccino I had with it was one of the best I've had in a long time! The only downside is perhaps that there are too many delicious things on the menu (hard to choose 😂). In short: a place where you can not only eat well, but also completely unwind. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it!

The Caesar salad was okay, but the roll was missing. I asked several times for it, but it finally arrived, but the salad was already gone. The service seemed lackluster, they just walked past the table, and didn't ask for new drinks.

All in all, a very mediocre experience. The attitude of the staff, and especially the waitress, made us feel unwelcome. No more Mocca Venlo for us.

Today I visited Mocca in Venlo with my family and was very disappointed. The waitress was unfriendly and completely ignored me, even when I tried to call her. She finally turned around and said, "You don't have to shout like that" in a rude manner. This lack of service is unacceptable and ruined my visit. I hope Mocca does something about this, because that's no way to treat customers.

On Sunday afternoon, I was looking forward to a delicious flat white at Mocca. The coffee was good, no more, no less. A free tip for Mocca, though. The price list shows a flat white for €4.60. A steep price. I asked to add the milk myself, which was fine. However, I was then charged €5.20. It still amazes me how this is possible. ...

After 10 minutes, we still hadn't been served. We then went to another café.

An absolute must for a little relaxation. Everything on the menu is highly recommended. It's beautifully presented and tastes wonderful. The staff is simply adorable. Fast, super friendly, and always available. The location of the restaurant with its outdoor area always reminds me of vacation; it couldn't get any better. So, that's for sure... we'll be back.

Their coffee is good, but the lemon cake was not homemade, it was like a cake bought from a supermarket.

Mocca is really recommended! The chicken pesto sandwich was really delicious, the service is very friendly and helpful, the interior is very beautiful. The terrace also had a very nice style, as if you were in Italy. The chai latte was a bit watery, but otherwise everything was great!

Amazing coffee ever i had but poor customer service… Whenever they see a foreigner then specifically chef in the kitchen starts saying in his language that clearly can see he is saying bad words towards people … Please educate him 2nd if we have our food with us but buying coffee from you guys then stay quiet if we leave our mess there then say to us whatever wanna say If we take our food rubbish with us then keep the mouths shut Thanks

While looking for a place to have breakfast, we discovered this centrally located cafe. In addition to various coffees, they offer a variety of sandwiches, toasties, yogurts, etc. The food was truly delicious, and the service was super friendly. We'd be happy to return.

Had a nice meal and a special espresso with tonic. The order was wrong and I got an espresso. The waiter I ordered from saw it when I got an espresso. Came right away and solved this super. Food is nice.
