The Caesar salad was okay, but the roll was missing. I asked several times for it, but it finally arrived, but the salad was already gone. The service seemed lackluster, they just walked past the table, and didn't ask for new drinks.

Today I visited Mocca in Venlo with my family and was very disappointed. The waitress was unfriendly and completely ignored me, even when I tried to call her. She finally turned around and said, "You don't have to shout like that" in a rude manner. This lack of service is unacceptable and ruined my visit. I hope Mocca does something about this, because that's no way to treat customers.

All in all, a very mediocre experience. The attitude of the staff, and especially the waitress, made us feel unwelcome. No more Mocca Venlo for us.

On Sunday afternoon, I was looking forward to a delicious flat white at Mocca. The coffee was good, no more, no less. A free tip for Mocca, though. The price list shows a flat white for €4.60. A steep price. I asked to add the milk myself, which was fine. However, I was then charged €5.20. It still amazes me how this is possible. ...

After 10 minutes, we still hadn't been served. We then went to another café.

An absolute must for a little relaxation. Everything on the menu is highly recommended. It's beautifully presented and tastes wonderful. The staff is simply adorable. Fast, super friendly, and always available. The location of the restaurant with its outdoor area always reminds me of vacation; it couldn't get any better. So, that's for sure... we'll be back.

Their coffee is good, but the lemon cake was not homemade, it was like a cake bought from a supermarket.

Mocca is really recommended! The chicken pesto sandwich was really delicious, the service is very friendly and helpful, the interior is very beautiful. The terrace also had a very nice style, as if you were in Italy. The chai latte was a bit watery, but otherwise everything was great!

Amazing coffee ever i had but poor customer service… Whenever they see a foreigner then specifically chef in the kitchen starts saying in his language that clearly can see he is saying bad words towards people … Please educate him 2nd if we have our food with us but buying coffee from you guys then stay quiet if we leave our mess there then say to us whatever wanna say If we take our food rubbish with us then keep the mouths shut Thanks

While looking for a place to have breakfast, we discovered this centrally located cafe. In addition to various coffees, they offer a variety of sandwiches, toasties, yogurts, etc. The food was truly delicious, and the service was super friendly. We'd be happy to return.

The food was a disaster, the Caesar salad was just a few lettuce leaves with no oil, no sauce and two pieces of fried chicken. Also, the rest of the family came to our table and we wanted to sit at two tables so we could all sit together, and we were not allowed to do that without giving any reason, but were simply let go, even though there were enough tables available. I can't recommend it at all.

What a wonderful afternoon at Mocca! We enjoyed two delicious chai lattes with coconut milk, a tasty piece of apple pie and a delicious piece of strawberry pie. The cozy and quiet terrace was perfect to enjoy the sun in the center of Venlo.

A good option to have a snack between shopping tours. The Mocca is beautifully centrally located in downtown Venlo. The restaurant offers a good amount of street seating but also has indoor dining. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The small disadvantage is that the card is only available in Dutch and no English card can be given upon request. The dishes were brought to us very quickly and were both very tasty. We will definitely come back again on our next visit to Venlo.

Vreselijke eigenaresse?die ons tafeltje naat ons vrij wilde hebben en op een onvriendelijke manier vertelde dat mn jas weg moest pakken. Terwijl ik zei dat als er mensen kwamen is dat wel zou doen. Er waren nog 4 tafels vrij. Wij zaten met zn 3 aan superklein rond tafeltje. Se manier waarop was vreselijk. Ook tegen mensen die een tafel verser gingen zitten en tafeltje erbij trokken deed ze onhebbelijk/. Daarnaast zijn het prijzen die je zelfs op het Vrijthof in Maastricht nog niet betaald. 3 pancakes voor 13.50 iets groter t als een 2 euromunt. Idioot gewoon voor zoveel geld! Jammer want inrichting is heel gezellig. Voor mij veeeeel te duur voor wat je krijgt en zeker 1 onvriendelijke dame.

The only major disappointment for us were the prices, 19.20 (!!) for an avocado toast with some goat cheese (and lots of lettuce) and 10.80 for 3 pancakes that were just a bit larger than poffertjes with some icing sugar. We didn't dare get up and leave after seeing the prices, but we really should have done so.

The lunch was fine, but the prices are really out of proportion for what you get. We paid €50 for 2 toasts and 2 orange juice. The orange juice was just 3/4 full, which is quite disappointing for a €5 glass. The fact that the prices are not stated on the website makes it difficult to know in advance where you stand. That said, the place is modern and attractively decorated, which softens the experience somewhat. Unfortunately, the high prices and limited portions weigh more heavily on us. Too bad, because there is potential!

Nice place with friendly service, but the food was really not that good... the croque monsieur lacked béchamel sauce and now looked very much like a normal sandwich. The homemade iced tea also didn't really taste handmade. Fine for a cup of coffee, but for a sandwich I would go somewhere else for this price

We had de Caesar salad and the beef wrap. The Caesar salad has fried chicken and one of the pieces was not completely unfrozen, it was still cold. As for the beef wraps, the main part you get is salad with very few pieces of meat. My boyfriend thought the meat was medium rare but for me it was good as I like meat like that. I think is overpriced for the quality of the products that you receive.

Cappuccino besteld. Deze was normaal, niet bijzonder. Voor erbij een caramel cheesecake besteld. Dit was echt een grote flop!! Wij verwachten een stuk taart, maar bij het serveren van de koffie zat een heel klein potje met deksel waarin de “cheesecake” zat. Wij waren nog heel even in de veronderstelling dat het iets extra’s voor bij de koffie was. Maar dit moest dus de cheesecake voorstellen van bijna 5 euro.

We wanted to try out breakfast in Venlo and had tried to get in touch in advance using the contact form, but unfortunately we didn't receive any response. So yesterday we spontaneously went there for the first time. The service was very courteous and the ambience was good too. In our opinion, the prices are already exorbitant and our breakfast wasn't particularly tasty either. It would also have been nice to have a map in several languages ​​(at least English), but that would just be a small note. All in all it was okay, but we wouldn't come back again.

Got eggs benedict with salmon and it was the best one I've had. Very fresh and full of flavour! Great coffee and the homemade cheesecake was incredible.
