It is supposed to be open until 10:00 PM, but they are often already closed at 9:00 PM and even 8:30 PM. The food is good, but if you come in too late, you're out of luck.

I ordered miso ramen, but it was ramen with a very weak miso flavor and noodles that had been overcooked.

Found my new favorite spot near Utrecht Central! The chicken teriyaki and chicken saté were amazing. The food came out piping hot, packed with fresh vegetables and loaded with flavor. Generous portions for a really fair price, plus the staff was lovely. 10/10 recommendation!

I placed a takeaway order and it was ready right at the indicated time. It was delicious, but unfortunately, they forgot my extra topping. That is important, especially when the customer pays extra for it. Otherwise, nothing to complain about; I will definitely come back to get takeaway more often. Ideal, being right next to the station!

I had expected a bit more, but it was a little disappointing. There are plenty of seats, and you have the choice of sitting by the window with a view of the station or on the other side where you have more privacy. The portion size is reasonable, but it could have been larger. The biggest problem for me is the taste. I bought something with beef, and it really had very little flavor.

I was already standing at the kiosk placing an order… just returned from vacation, traveled via Utrecht Central. Google says they close at 10:00 PM almost every day. Not nice.

Good food at an affordable price. Service is minimal, but the price reflects that. Furthermore, the place was clean and tables were cleared reasonably quickly.

The food was very tasty, but unfortunately baby corn was added to my udon noodles even though I hadn't ordered it. I don't like self-ordering kiosks; everyone touches them with dirty fingers, making them full of bacteria. I would prefer a cashier where you can order from a human. Later, I saw that you can also order at the table using a QR code; that should have been indicated more clearly. It is nice and quiet, you can hear each other well, and pleasant background music is playing: Queen, Coldplay, Kane, Elton John, etc.

Huge portion sizes; in the future I would order a small bowl (the bowk in the attached picture is a regular size). The internet didn't really work, so we couldn't order through the QR codes, but the service was fast. The sandwich was served instantaneously, which was suspicious, but the bowls were also served within three minutes. This is good for if you need to catch a train, but bad for the quality of the food. However, the taste was not good. The food lacked flavour, and there was too little sauce. The various components (e.g. chicken, vegetables) were huge and could have been cut in half. The noodles and shrimps were cooked too fast, and the shrimps didn't even touch the plate. You also pay an absurd price on top of the price of your bowl, just to have a base (e.g. chicken or shrimp, this costs two to three Euros extra) or a topping (e.g. cashew nuts, this costs one or more Euros). In all other wok places I am familiar with, you get one base and one topping for free. The music playing was nice though. :) It ends up feeling like a scam, relatively bad food for a surprisingly high price, do not recommend.

I'm afraid this is the first and last time I'll eat here. The salmon pokebowl was simply way too dry and barely had any flavor; only the sauce could just about save it. Considering how long I had to wait for an order, the food isn't worth it. I have eaten at various catering events where I get a pokebowl within a shorter timeframe and still get value for my money.

Teach your staff to look ahead, so they don't run into people and then start talking big. How sad.

I've been coming here for practically my entire life, and every year they go downhill more and more. The photo speaks for itself. And then I asked for double sauce... It feels like I'm eating raw beef. Not seasoned in the slightest. It literally just stinks of rotten, unseasoned meat. 1 star for the employee who held the door open for me.

Sorry, but Rik is giving you a 2. I went for the first time yesterday, but it was absolutely inedible. The large box ordered wasn't even a quarter full, there were very few vegetables, and sauce was nowhere to be found.

After waiting for over half an hour for a ‘simple’ stir-fry dish, the chicken was ice-cold and half an egg was missing. I had to send the dish back, after which it took another half hour. This is not the place for a quick bite, nor for a tasty one. McDonald's would actually be the better choice.

It’s a pretty place with pretty food, but imagine ChatGPT created an Asian restaurant, that’s what you get. Everything looks nice but it’s so tasteless, with no balance. The protein in the dishes are around 50g, including chicken skin and fat, all sauces unbalanced, overly sweet. I really hated and felt very sad tasting my dish and my friends dish.

I was curious about the new “fast sandwiches” service, so I gave it a try. Unfortunately, the speed was a bit disappointing: I had to wait about 15 minutes for my order, which doesn't quite live up to the expectations the name raises. That being said, the quality of the sandwiches was absolutely good. Fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. Hopefully, the speed will be improved, because the quality is certainly good!

I haven't been there for a while. Now I thought, hey, I'll take some takeout, well, I'm definitely not doing that again. The extras I ordered weren't included, the meat was like a sponge, and there was a huge mountain of rice. I paid for the extras but didn't get them.

Eazie is always an ideal place for high-quality, affordable, delicious Asian dishes with plenty of vegetables, and the portions are nice and big! I ordered the long-lasting energy bowl for €11.14, and that was more than enough and great recovery food after the half marathon😊

Easy to order and food arrived quickly. Paid for extras, but they weren't added (my partner had the same dish but with a different sauce and our toppings were the same). Staff is friendly, the space has a cosy vibe. Though as we were both experiencing stomach discomfort afterwards, this unfortunately won't be a place we will revisit.

Just close the tent, come home with something that is supposed to be a wok, damn it, comes from "staff who are there" but who can't help and who have to order through such a stupid machine, you get something like this, a waste of my money and not a little bit never again!!!

The chicken teriyaki was nice but lacked chicken, only a few greedy pieces in there. The chili beef wasn’t spicy at all, just very peppery; not my favorite. Side dishes aren’t anything special, but the watermelon drink was refreshing. The ingredients do taste fresh, I think the price is fair for the portions that you get.

We waited an hour and a half for our food, and each of us was served separately. It was way too busy; there were no knives and we were given oversized spoons. We had to ask for our dish five times, and we only received it after we had finished eating. We didn't receive an acknowledgement.

Surprised to see பம்பாய் ( Bombay) in their menu. I have been a regular to this place since 2022 and now it feels so good to see them add variety to their menu. MUST GO for a tummy full meal at a nominal price tag.

Go to the Eazie on Neude where the food tastes way better. Somehow it seems like the cooks don't care about how they serve the food. Even when it is not busy. Big fan of Eazie, but this location always dissapoints..

Just got takeout from here for the first time. At the office, it turned out there was a long hair in the food. Absolutely unsanitary and disgusting!

€9 for a decent vegetarian stir-fry with rice, vegetables, and tofu; a good deal. You do have to check countless options on the ordering kiosk and decline all the extra charges. The ready-made combinations are a bit more expensive. Some tables have magazines to read.

I'm sorry, but it was really bad. Just disgusting. Pretty tasteless, and they even got our order wrong. We only realized on the train that they hadn't added certain ingredients that we had paid for. We also noticed a certain tension between the staff while we were waiting. But that could also be because there's always a bit of a tense atmosphere around Utrecht's station square.

It's a great place, but do try to get rid of those dirty touchscreens every now and then!

Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. We paid for extra side dishes that turned out to be gone, and the spring rolls were ice cold. They looked like they came straight from the freezer. Financial compensation wasn't possible, except if we left a bad review. Strange, but here we go...

Don't order by time if you have a train to catch. This isn't taken into account. A takeaway order with rice on the side (€17) is rather meager. If I order to eat in, the portion is much larger.

They are always very busy but always friendly

My food and notebook were thrown in the trash while i was in the bathroom. The food was not even eaten half way and my bag was clearly on the chair, meaning i didn’t leave, which they somehow didn’t see. No refund for the food was offered. What if the notebook was just forgoten, don’t you put it to the side in case the person comes back later? Simply unacceptable, it was my first time here and certainly the last.

Waited for 1+ hrs for the food. Everytime I asked it was like wait a couple of minutes it'll be ready.

Had to wait an hour for lunch, and after checking several times, nothing arrived. I struggled to get a to-go order of the wrong dish. There was no communication or transparency. The kitchen was out of control during lunch.

I ordered a meal but received one with missing ingredients. This wasn't mentioned, and the meal was simply served as if nothing was wrong. When I asked about it, I was told to just deal with it, and the person walked away during the conversation. This was the worst service I've ever experienced. The food wasn't anything special, but it was fine. The portions on the menu didn't match the actual meal.

Food was juuuust acceptable. Overcooked and tasteless ingredients. Drinks of various types are watered down. They have a rewards program but my points were not added. Quite loud even when not busy. Most tables were dirty.

Very grumpy service. Then I got sick after getting a takeaway meal... Half of the sauce had also spilled due to torn packaging :( All in all, unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Unfortunately, I had eazie today. A real waste of money. It took ages and it really wasn't good. The noodles weren't raw yet, and it was very strange. Definitely not recommended! The staff was friendly, but not recommended for eating in!

I needed my order quickly, and after a phone call it was prepared quickly and smoothly + delicious.

Sandwich disguised in something that looks like pita bread but is much fluffier. Satay chicken with onions and lettuce inside. Best sandwich I've had in years. Eat this every time I walk by 🤤

Although something went wrong, the miso chicken ramen didn't contain any chicken or eggs. I only discovered it on the train. I called and spoke with Kim, who said she'd be happy to do it again if I was in the area. A week later, this wasn't a problem. The service was great, the seats were comfortable, and this time it was complete. It was resolved perfectly, and the restaurant is lovely, though a bit crowded at times.

I got rotten stinking meat and had to throw up in their dirty toilet right away and when I filed a complaint they still argued with me. Besides me in the 5 minutes that I was arguing with the employees 3 other complaints came in. I also had to wait extra long 30 minutes, before my food came.

It’s one of my go-to places. Food is good but the staff is great - really friendly and nice! When they didn’t have something that I ordered via kiosk, they went out of their way to offer me alternatives. Great place for a quick bite while passing by Utrect Central station.

Food is fine but was served after 40 minutes. 1 person had to wait even longer 50 minutes. And also reported twice that the poke bowl was still not there. Also the lady who served said nothing, put everything on the table without saying anything.

After a day at the Dutch Comic Con we went looking for places to eat for dinner, everything was full, but luckily it was a pleasant surprise with the crowds, we could go there and the food was delicious

Had a great meal yesterday! The staff helped me really well when I didn't know what to get and they can definitely recommend it! My daughter also enjoyed it and just called that she tried to recreate it at home. But if I say so myself, no one could beat Eazie! I'll definitely be back :)
