Eenvoud bistro in Eersel

Wonderfully quiet atmosphere, but above all delicious food, highly recommended.

After a day out in North Brabant, we finished with dinner in Eersel at Eenvoud Bistro. What a fantastic choice! We'd heard a lot of good things, but we were quite surprised and spoiled. The food was excellent, incredibly flavorful, and lovingly prepared. The wine pairing was delicious! The service was very attentive and super friendly, so we'll be back for another day trip soon.

Delicious food! We went for the three-course menu. There were some choices on the menu for dishes that you don't often encounter. These tasted very good! The staff was also very friendly 😊

Very cozy restaurant, nice atmosphere with candles. The waitress is very smiling. Few dishes on the menu which testifies to the quality. And indeed everything is delicious, well served and with good products. I totally recommend :)

Expect relaxed service, fresh French dishes, fresh vegetables from our own vegetable garden, and above all, a lot of Taste! Don't expect a burger, satay or a mountain of fries here. They seem simple dishes, but each dish has its own clear flavor accent that makes the other ingredients shine.

We had a delicious meal again. Simple menu but pure flavors and products. With delicious matching wines. Price quality is excellent. Highly recommended. Top Chef and Hostess. Cozy terrace and good atmosphere. Enjoyed it very much. Until next time.

Gezellig restaurant met een kleine menukaart maar des te lekkerder zijn de gerechten... Wij hebben hier heerlijk gegeten! Verder was de bediening ook top.

Wow what a great place to go eat... I just moved to eersel, i have been i few more places to eat and all was "okay"... But this place conquered my heart. The host is super friendly and welcome, she talked to us a lot to explain how they opened this restaurant and why. That added to experience for sure. Menu is a limited choice menu, where for every entry you can only choose one meat dish, one fish dish and one vegeterian dish. Plus dessert of course. And you can sense, taste and smell how much passion and attention they put in preparing such dishes. Always fresh ingredients, simple and super tasty. We took the vegetarian dishes. We ate something we would never eat at home, simple and with choice of ingredients which we would never imagine. It was a great experience we will go back there for sure soon!!!

Aanrader: zo eenvoudig als de menukaart is, zo heerlijk zijn de gerechten. Fijne plek, geen poespas, gewoon lekker eten.

Super huiskamer gevoel. Maar heel gedreven mooi eten en wijn.. wat een verrassing!

Delicious dishes. Pleasant service. Cozy atmosphere. Parking directly opposite. There are vegetarian options, non-alcoholic beer, decaffeinated coffee. For meat lovers, there is also a delicious piece. My daughter was delighted with the desserts.

Heerlijke verrassende gerechten met verse producten. Keuze uit vlees,vis of vegetarische gerechten gecombineerd met heerlijke wijnen. Fantastisch concept, overdag een lunch zaak (Combi) en in de avond wordt dit pand omgetoverd tot een knus restaurant (Eenvoud bistro). Echt een aanrader!

Al vier keer in korte tijd geweldig gegeten bij Eenvoud! Gezellig, lekker en verrassend. Je proeft de passie van Lars voor het eten en Mariska zorgt ervoor dat je je direct thuis voelt.

Heerlijk gegeten en zeer gastvrij ontvangst. Eten eten is een plaatje, een echte aanrader dus.

Echt heerlijk gegeten! Een ‘eenvoudige’ kaart met een vlees, vis en vegetarische gerechten en in de uitvoering daardoor juist top! De echte passie voor het vak proef je in de verrassende combinaties en heerlijke wijnen! Zeker een aanrader!

Bij binnenkomst prima ontvangen in de zaak.mooie zaak. De aankleding is netjes en eenvoudig maar dat zegt de naam al. Het eten is van prima kwaliteit,de smaak is super je proeft de smaken van de producten die zijn gebruikt. Het menukeuze is goed, geen overdaad aan keuze. Dit is wel een zaak met potentie
