Perfecte bediening. Lekker gezeten/gegeten (terras was in 1e instantie vol, maar binnen no time tafel buiten gekregen).

What a lovely spot to sit! We sat on the side. You look out over the harbor, and there's so much to see. We had a wonderful time. The staff is super friendly, and the food is delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed it.

We had a wonderful meal at Havenzicht. We sat outside in the sunshine by the harbor and were served by friendly staff. The portions were generous, and the food was served quickly. Basically everything you could expect from a cafe. Definitely recommended if you're in Heusden!

With a lunch sandwich and smoked chicken fillet, you expect a crispy, freshly baked baguette with real pieces of smoked chicken. What you get is a (not fresh) sandwich with chicken filling you'd buy at the supermarket. Not only a disgrace, but also a deception, as the menu suggests. Absolutely a disgrace to the lazy and cheap service!

Ate here today, was disappointing. Chicken satay with fries, 1 stick with 1 small container of fries for 2 people. No garnish. And this for a price of € 20, - p.p.

Had a delicious goat cheese salad. Friendly service. The space is a bit cramped and the tables are close together, which makes it noisy quickly. The view over the city harbor and the mill is great.

We got a bare plate without any garnish. When I asked for a salad I got a bowl with dried cucumbers and tomato. We were not asked if we wanted something to drink. The glasses were collected. We did not feel welcome! Really a huge disappointment!!!!!! Such a shame because it costs over 100 euros for 4 people.

Service could be much better. Order is taken by mobile phone. Then picked up too late at the bar so lukewarm coffee twice. Mediocre price/quality ratio. Too bad! Owner should invest more time in training/induction of staff.

On my birthday here for lunch in a beautiful location. Still early in the season. The "bouncer Havenzicht", was excellent, large and well cared for.

Dit eetcafé bevind zich op een mooie locatie in Heusden, binnen de vesting. Je kijkt uit aan de ene kant over het gezellige marktplein, en aan de andere kant over een kleine jachthaven. De bediening was erg vriendelijk, en de sfeer goed. Het hoofdgerecht had weinig groente maar daar hebben we nog om gevraagd. Ons toetje was cheesecake en die geef ik het cijfer 4. Het was geen echte cheesecake maar meer een stuk boterkoek waar wat stroop overheen was gedruppeld. Daarnaast een mini bolletje aardbeienijs, wat qua smaak niet paste bij elkaar.

Boat in the harbor and eat at Havenzicht. What more could you want? We regularly return to the port of Heusden and have eaten at Havenzicht again. Delicious schnitzel and fantastic tenderloins fell prey to our healthy appetite this time.

We had a delicious meal here last Friday. My wife had the Entrecote, perfectly cooked as she requested. I had the spare ribs, these were also delicious, so cooked that they fell right off the bone and came with 2 extra sauces. Really great there, we will definitely see them there again on our next visit to Heusden.

We had a nice meal here. The menu is not original or extensive, but the food is just good! Nice location. Staff top!!!! We arrived just after closing time from the kitchen but were warmly welcomed after consultation. Hospitality that really makes you happy.

The service is really very bad, we are with 7 people and the waiter walks past more than 15 times in the 35 minutes that we are sitting on the terrace, he looks several times but just walks to the new guests who are sitting at a table, sorry but this is way below standard. We wanted to eat and drink here.

Father Abraham certainly had a point when it comes to 'the people there are equal and happy'. With a view to the port, everything is just that little bit tastier! The same here!

Tasty food, quickly served, quiet place

Well, we came from our holiday from Spain and France to Heusden. It is a beautiful town with a beautiful square with beautiful terraces. The satay is served without lettuce, so only a skewer and fries. We were used to France, where water is immediately served to the table in abundance and for free. When we asked whether tap water is served, we received an affirmative answer without mentioning the costs. It's strange if you have to pay 2 x 2.50 for 2 half liters of tap water. Unfortunately, it is normal in the Netherlands. That's why we don't eat out that often anymore.

Really a restaurant to come back to. We had a fantastic meal. My husband had a schnitzel and I had a fish salad meal. Large portions and perfectly prepared. Good house wine and delicious desserts.

Nice terrace on the Vismarkt in this beautiful, historic town. The service was excellent and friendly, despite the enormous shortage of staff.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Abend. Im Vorfeld hatten wir online einen Tisch für 6 Personen reserviert, was reibungslos geklappt hat. Der Servicemitarbeiter war alleine, aber super organisiert. Auch als der Laden komplett voll war, hat er den Überblick behalten und war sogar so aufmerksam, dass er regelmäßig nachgefragt hat, ob noch alles in Ordnung ist. Auch das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Von Rippchen über Burger bis zum Fisch hatten wir alle Gerichte dabei und keinerlei Grund zum meckern. Es war ein rundum gelungener Abschlussabend unseres Urlaubs.

Nice tent, with smooth operation. Dinner menu is a bit limited. Full plates, delicious food. In addition to a goat's cheese salad, I had a schnitsel with ham, cheese and pineapple as a starter. Very tasty. The cheese could have been grilled a little longer. What also stood out was the furniture. Nice sturdy and sufficiently spacious tables, chairs could have been a bit firmer.

Leuk café restaurant. We wilde enkel een toetje eten. Helaas hebben mijn gasten en ik een heel onvriedelijke vrouwelijke bediening gekregen. Ik twijfel of we ooit voor een hoofdgerecht terugkomen. Jammer, was wel de bedoeling.

Vandaag geluncht met ons bedrijf. Op de kaart staat onder de salades een carpaccio wat geen salade is maar een voorgerecht. Ik heb een opmerking gemaakt tegen de serveerster maar wordt alleen ter kennisgeving aangenomen. Carpaccio was prima maar wel met honger weer naar huis. Een salade is een salade en geen voorgerecht. Dit is echt te weinig als lunchgerecht!

Gezellig zitten aan het pleintje. De bediening is vriendelijk en vlot en een heerlijke boerenomelet genoten.

Prijs kwaliteit is o.k. De bediening is snel, maar mag wel correcter wezen.

Mooie locatie aan Vismarkt in Heusden. Gezellig terras en interieur. Voor een lekker biertje prima plek maar eten kun je, voor hetzelfde bedrag, elders op het plein beter. Men noemt zichzelf weliswaar eetcafe en geen restaurant maar wij kennen betere uitvoeringen.
