Eetcafe Jeruzalem in Wijk 00 Binnenstad

Google removed my negative review after six months. A review that is 100% based on truth, but I will do it again. I worked there as a delivery person and in the kitchen. Shawarma that is scooped from a large container into a smaller container that falls to the ground while being scooped should not be thrown away. I wanted to throw it away but was told to put it back in the bin (yuk). Sauce that has been used by customers in the dining area is also reused, but I think this is a known fact about these kinds of things. Started delivering the first day and had received quite a few tips but didn't know I could keep them. Owner with a fake friendly smile asked how much tip I had and showed him. He says thank you and gives me a euro as if I should be grateful for that too. After a colleague asked if I had some tips, I told him that story and he told me that tips are for me. I eventually stopped there quickly, of course, because I don't work for scammers. And of course I never ate anything there again. I prefer to go to a clean tent. Now I don't know why this was removed by Google, but of course I have an idea. I filed an objection but couldn't even provide an explanation and if this happens again I will write it again and again.

The food was great, I had it delivered so can't say much about the atmosphere but it was delivered quickly by friendly people

First had to wait 2 hours then still no food at the door called again to say that they had been there then they still put the order through and when it arrived the sauces and drinks were not included you called again about that and you were portrayed as a liar I would not recommend this company

Good restaurant with good service!

Heeeerlijke shoarma schotel gehad en binnen een half uurtje bezorgd! Lekker warm en vers. Top eten :)

Net twee broodjes shoarma besteld was super lekker en lekker warm.

het eten is goed maar ik kreeg een verkeerde bestelling want er staat varkenshaas schotel met championgen roomsaus wel raar want dat zit er niet bij en ik had knoflook saus besteld zat er niet bij en mij groentesaus (zoet) was scherpe saus dus geen goede bestelling en ze zijn slecht bereikbaar

Na aanleiding van deze recencie zijn wij gebeld door Jacob de eigenaar, en is dit uitstekend opgelost. Dank je Jacob. Dat heet service!! 👍🏻 Verschrikkelijke service!!!!!!! Omdat het slecht weer is en te druk kregen we koud eten. De aardappels slap en koud. Bel erover op en kreeg te horen dat we blij moesten zijn dat we wat hadden gekregen!!! Dus omdat hun het druk hebben moeten wij maar koud eten???? Nooooooit weer!!!! Ik zal iedereen hier ook over inlichten in mijn kennissenkring!!!
