Our visit was disappointing. We ordered two croquettes with fries and two colas. I think the fries were fried twice, and some pieces were very hard or soggy. The croquettes were decent, but contained no meat. Mayonnaise was slapped onto the plate. No garnish, no mustard. This was also our last visit here.

The food was okay - the low and slow spareribs were salty - the salad is ok - fried potatoes (too greasy) - the burger didn't come with tomatoes or cheddar - pay close attention to the final bill.

Nice atmosphere and polite service. We ordered a fried egg without ham or cheese. Consequently, we received two slices of brown bread from the supermarket and a dollop of greens. I believe the eggs were from a quail. So choice 1 was one slice of bread with egg and one without, or the slices stacked on top of each other so you don't have to eat a dry slice. Very disappointing. It was also our last visit. Fortunately, there are other providers in this neighborhood.

Despite having a reservation, we were informed upon arrival that the steakhouse hadn't actually honored our reservation due to low customer numbers. However, there were plenty of free tables downstairs. We were then told that the steakhouse offered a limited selection of steak dishes (which were listed). When we opted for a mixed platter for two, we were informed that even that specific dish couldn't be prepared because, get this: combining three items from the menu into one was too complicated. Seriously, for €33, putting three standard dishes on a platter is too much trouble? How old are these waitstaff? Are they from a school kitchen or something? No, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Service quality is nonexistent. Seriously, people, take a good look at this and see for yourselves. What is this all about?

Very bad! Got a bowl of salad without dressing, no dressing with the meat (forgotten). The meat was so small and dry. The vegetables had no taste. The staff were so young, no supervision, and you didn't see anyone walking around. When the food was finished, I went inside to pay. I had a lovely time sitting on the terrace in the sunshine. I was served quickly. I ordered 'vlammetjes' (spicy spring rolls) and they tasted delicious... exactly how they should be! We were a group of 10 for dinner and mainly ordered schnitzel, burgers, plaice fillet, and spare ribs. We also had fries, potatoes, and salad. No one had any complaints about the food. The service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is good. Solid.

We wanted to eat at steaks&bites, but it was closed (even though it says online that it's open on Sundays). That's why we ended up at Plexat. We had the tasting menu for two as a starter. We found this a huge disappointment and definitely not worth 29 euros... a few translucent, watery slices of carpaccio, two half mushrooms in beer batter per person, and two small slices of salmon. Such a shame... For our main course, we both had schnitzel. My husband had stroganoff sauce and I had hunter's sauce. The schnitzel was a bit soggy, but it was okay. So, we weren't thrilled with the food, but the atmosphere was pleasant and the service very friendly.

Als dan de drankjes worden gebracht wordt een van ons niet bediend zonder dat de serveerster dit merkt, dus moeten we iemand zoeken en haar vragen of ze ook een drankje nr. 5 wilt brengen. Geen enkele verontschuldiging. Vreemd genoeg gebeurt het zelfde met het eten. Vier personen worden bediend en nr. 5 krijgt weer niets. Het wordt nu zelfs door de serveerster opgemerkt. Ze zijn nr. 5 vergeten ! Toen we ons eten bijna op hadden werd dan eindelijk het eten van nr. 5 gebracht, weer zonder enige verontschuldiging. De lezer zal begrijpen dat dit niet echt een gezellig etentje was. Ook hier is de service dus gedaald tot grote ongeïnteresseerdheid !

Gezellig buiten gezeten. Eten was goed niets op aan te merken, echter bediening was niet echt goed. Zaten steeds te kletsten met elkaar wat misschien gezellig is voor hun maar niet voor diegene die op terras zitten en mee moeten luisteren met hun verhalen. Menukaart gevraagd en gekregen maar kwamen niet vragen wat we wilden eten, veel te druk met elkaar. Na lange tijd zelf maar aangegeven. Bij anderen zagen we asperges maar stonden niet op de kaart. Aangegeven dat wij dat niet hebben kunnen bestellen gaven ze aan: ligt op tafel. Nou bij paar tafels gekeken maar nee hoor. Zijn maar weggegaan want hadden idee dat het niet overkwam bij deze jeugd. Heel jammer maar geen volgende keer.

Tegen de avond buiten gezeten om te eten. Bediening kwam traag op gang. ( wel vriendelijk) Moest zelf vragen of we konden bestellen nadat ons eerst drankje al geruime tijd op was. Kwaliteit hoofdgerecht was zeer goed, echter zeer summier. Potje met salade en een potje met groente. Niets verassend. Prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding voor mij onvoldoende. Zou hier niet een tweede keer heengaan.

My wife had something with chicken; It looked like a moorhen, everything on the plate was floating in a lake of dark sauce. I myself had fish, a piece of cod and a piece of salmon. Both were undercooked. Well-fried fish normally falls apart loosely, but this remains a sticky, partly raw mass without structure. The waiter was approached about this and a new plate was served. Unfortunately the same again; looked like fish, but an applesauce texture. Leaving it at that, the young girls in the service couldn't do anything about it, no dessert and coffee. It is indicated whether the chef has no experience at all with frying fish or, and this seems more likely, the fish comes from the freezer and is fried without being sufficiently defrosted and still much too wet on the inside. Yes, and then you won't have any fish left! (by the way, another customer at the table next to us who had also ordered fish had the same experience) In any case, we will never eat in this place again. Wasted money (E 73.00).

Op Vrijdag 10 januari samen met mijn partner hier wezen eten. Bij het brengen van het eten bleek dat het vlees overgoten was met peterselie en lenteui. Onmiddellijk de vraag gesteld aan de bediening waarom dit was omdat je dit normaal alleen doet als je iets wilt camoufleren. Dit is aangegeven aan de keuken en dat was het. Het eten is na een paar happen terug gegaan de keuken in en ook mijn partner heeft na een paar stukjes vlees gegeten te hebben het eten laten staan. Wij hebben hier iets van gezegd en er werd 5 euro in mindering gebracht op de totale rekening. Bij thuiskomst voelden we ons allebei niet lekker en hebben overgegeven en waren aan de diarree. De volgende dag toch maar een melding gemaakt aan Plexat en werden met de mooiste verhalen het welbekende bos ingestuurd en het lag aan een hulpje in de keuken! Ook werd er gezegd dat er na controle geen zaken waren vastgesteld en zou er 6x in de week vers worden bevoorraad. Na veel vijven en zessen bood meneer ons een korting aan op het volgende etentje! Hier gaan wij helaas niet mee akkoord omdat we dan de rekening nogmaals mogen betalen. Overigens was een van de argumenten dat er totaal geen klachten waren over het eten die avond. Dan zoek maar eens even verder op een ander forum want wij waren niet de enigen die ziek waren die avond. Wij komen hier zeer zeker niet terug en vinden het jammer dat men zo een houding aanneemt.
