I have been coming here for years and was always satisfied, but in the last few months it has really gone downhill. The last time I ordered (1 pizza and a can of cola) I had to wait well over 1.5 hours. When I finally got my order, the pizza was cold :( and that’s what you wait 1.5 hours for! So I just put the pizza in the oven myself. I also noticed, by the way, that if you order a can of drink, you have to pay a 0.15 deposit. Even though these cans are NOT deposit cans!! You are being ripped off by default! It is such a shame because I used to like ordering here, but this is the last time.

In this case, you swear if you say that you didn't get all the food and therefore forgot the food as well.

I ordered food and I had 2 kapsalon (I only got 1), so highly recommended if you want to lose money.

I always enjoy ordering from here! The food is consistently fresh, delicious, and prepared with care. Delivery is always impressively fast, and the drivers are so kind and friendly. I’m always happy with my order and would definitely recommend this place!

I called twice during opening hours and no one answered. I walked over to the place for a milkshake, saw that the shutters were half-closed but there was a whole group of partying people sitting inside, and they wouldn't let me and a few other people in. When I wanted to ask the staff something, they acted as if I didn't exist. Another guy next to me just wanted to order a drink, but he was completely ignored too. The staff's manners are practically non-existent, let alone how they handle the food behind the scenes and how they can't even muster 2 seconds of respect for a customer. I also got really sick a few times from the doner and shawarma meat. I only go there for a milkshake. Never again! Disgusting and disrespectful!!

Never ordering there again, antisocial and rude! We had ordered food and drinks, and my boyfriend thought they had forgotten our drinks. We asked the delivery person if our Cherry Coke was still in the van, checked the receipt again, and saw that we hadn't selected the right items ourselves. Sorry, but the tone and manner in which he spoke was truly antisocial and rude; despite our explanation that we said we didn't need drinks, the man still spoke in an antisocial and rude manner. We have ordered there often, and several times they have indeed forgotten our drinks, and then we were told we would receive drinks with the next order that we were entitled to! We never received credit and we never made a fuss about it, but I really have no words for the way they spoke. We were allowed to speak to the delivery person ourselves afterwards, and he did apologize, because his colleague called us liars for free drinks while we said we didn't need any.

When I order food, I expect fresh food. And not four-day-old salad. It's a shame you want to earn your money this way; if you want to pay an honest boss, you certainly shouldn't order here.

I've been coming to Cafetaria Oostwal for over 20 years, and that says it all. The service here is consistently excellent. Askin usually helps me and is always incredibly friendly. He greets regular customers in a personal and professional manner and really thinks along with you. Today I had two excellent pizzas again. The folded pizza was specially made at his recommendation, and that turned out to be an excellent choice. I also had a fantastic shawarma pizza specially made for my girlfriend. That was also incredibly good. I would eat it here myself, because that's when they're at their best. If you do want to order from your couch, they're also fine, but obviously not as fresh as in-store. Moreover, the interior of Oostwal was completely renovated a while ago, which gives the place a fresh and well-maintained look. All in all, a reliable place where quality and customer service are clearly a priority.

The person I believe to be the owner (I'm not sure) was very rude. When I was about to place my order, they responded to my politely asked question in a mocking tone. The food might be delicious, but they need to learn respect and how to treat customers. You need the customer, not the other way around.

Had a super tasty chicken doner pizza. The dough is unique, and not as standard as at most shawarma places. The durum is also well-filled. My girlfriend and I were very late, 15 minutes before closing, and despite that, we were still allowed to eat it quietly inside right there, while they were closing the place. We were eventually allowed to leave through the kitchen 🙂 Very friendly staff too ❤️ We have definitely added this to our favorites. And we will certainly come back here more often. 🍀

I ordered a pizza from Oostwal last night on Thuisbezorgd. I was really craving the kiymali (my favorite). However, when it arrived, I found it missing the tomato sauce and cheese. I can't imagine missing the two most important ingredients and sending them to your customers. I still ate part of it because I was incredibly hungry, and I don't need a refund, but I understand I'll never order from them again 👎 (I only have a photo left on Snapchat; the rest is in the bin.)

They can't handle crowds, so you get cold, bad food delivered. If you call about it, they don't believe you, and you have to pick up new food yourself on your scooter. It's outrageous. The döner was just cold and had huge chunks in the sandwich. That's no way to treat your customers!

I ordered food at 5:06 and it was supposed to arrive at 7:15. At 8:15, there was still nothing, so I called and they said it was on its way. Half an hour later, it still hadn't arrived, so I called again and they said it would be here in 20 minutes. It didn't arrive until half an hour later, so I finally couldn't eat until 9:00.

I've never made a kapsalon before, and I'm sure I can do better. I've never bothered to write a review. But this was truly too bad. The salad bowl also looked like it had been sitting there for two weeks. Man, oh man.

My order never came to me. Next day i called to restaurant. First time at 12- someone told me the driver will be at 5.pm and he need to ask him. I called 5:15, he told me" I let you know. " and of course after 1hour still no one call to me and probably never call back.. I paid of course online , so I have now -20 euro.
