I ordered a pizza from Oostwal last night on Thuisbezorgd. I was really craving the kiymali (my favorite). However, when it arrived, I found it missing the tomato sauce and cheese. I can't imagine missing the two most important ingredients and sending them to your customers. I still ate part of it because I was incredibly hungry, and I don't need a refund, but I understand I'll never order from them again 👎 (I only have a photo left on Snapchat; the rest is in the bin.)

They can't handle crowds, so you get cold, bad food delivered. If you call about it, they don't believe you, and you have to pick up new food yourself on your scooter. It's outrageous. The döner was just cold and had huge chunks in the sandwich. That's no way to treat your customers!

It's so convenient to throw everything next to the dumpster with your company van. No decency in sight. Next time, check if people's curtains are closed before dumping your trash. No, this place is a disgrace.

I ordered food at 5:06 and it was supposed to arrive at 7:15. At 8:15, there was still nothing, so I called and they said it was on its way. Half an hour later, it still hadn't arrived, so I called again and they said it would be here in 20 minutes. It didn't arrive until half an hour later, so I finally couldn't eat until 9:00.

I've never made a kapsalon before, and I'm sure I can do better. I've never bothered to write a review. But this was truly too bad. The salad bowl also looked like it had been sitting there for two weeks. Man, oh man.

I donkt know its scam or something.. I ordered pizza and durum at 1:08 a.m . At 2:45 I called to the restsurant to ask where is my food. I got answer the driver is on the way. My order never came to me. Next day i called to restaurant. First time at 12- someone told me the driver will be at 5.pm and he need to ask him. I called 5:15, he told me" I let you know. " and of course after 1hour still no one call to me and probably never call back.. I paid of course online , so I have now -20 euro.

Er is gwn letterlijk iemand die een aangebrand kapsalon heeft ingepakt en gedacht heeft ja dit ga ik hem mee geven. Ik heb nog nooit een kapsalon gemaakt en ik weet zeker dat ik het zelf beter kan. Alweer milkshakes die zuur waren!!! Misschien zelf eens proeven of de machine vaker schoonmaken. Heb er nu 2x softijs en milkshake gehaald wat niet goed was ben er nu wel klaar mee dan ma geen plastic rietjes meer.

But of course the review could only be written the day after, as the next toilet visit is part of the experience. I went to sleep with the expectation that I could completely re-tile the toilet today, which fortunately turned out not to be so bad. All in all, I enjoyed my döner roll.
