I ordered 15 euros worth of food here for door-to-door delivery via the internet. It never arrived. I called, but no one ever answered. Eventually, I just went there myself that same evening. It was closed. To this day, I have never properly received my 15 euros back.

Pleased to find an eatery that still dares to provide people with food and drink in these times, despite extraordinary opening hours. Quite a few things went wrong in the past. Nowadays, in my opinion, things are getting better and better, although there is still an occasional exception. When I am hungry, I make the decision myself: I order and see what happens, I order well in advance, or I go pick it up myself. You can't compare a small business to large chains that also stop delivering early in the evening. Furthermore, as with all hospitality businesses, good staff are hard to come by. Products are generally of good quality. The owner really tries to do a good job. Communication could be a bit better, especially when delivery times cannot be met. Feedback to customers could generate a bit more understanding. They aren't the very best, but there are many worse ones with questionable good reviews, believe me. I know them all. I assume it will only get better, so I will stubbornly keep at it.

The food is delivered at least two hours after ordering, and is 100% cold. Every single time!!

Ordered a few times, always takes a long time, never manage to get hold of them. Fries are swimming in mayonnaise and they put the wrong toppings on your pizza. I have been waiting 2.5 hours for my order now and I can't manage to call.

Ordered food at 00:15 and didn't arrive until 02:00. Ordered chicken doner but received regular doner. And on top of that, really poor quality doner. A truly filthy kapsalon. Called after waiting an hour and a half, only to get unfriendly staff on the phone. Never again!

If you want an exciting evening full of uncertainty, waiting, and disappointment: congratulations, you’ve found your place. Ordered: pizza. Expected: food. Received: a sort of culinary gamble after waiting for 2 hours. After waiting for 1 hour, I called out of curiosity, and the reassurance I received was that “The pizza is on its way, bro, and it’s busy.” That turned out to be mainly meant to keep your hope alive. Spoiler: it loses hope. Eventually, after 2 hours, a pizza arrived that you would describe more as a hot disaster in a box. Edible is a big word. Conclusion: never order anything from this cholera place again.

Great place. BRILLIANT! Food was brought to the table. We even got a nice piece of chicken to taste. Nice guy. Just go there, it's more fun than getting delivery ;)

I ordered fries and snacks. Unfortunately, the quality was very disappointing. I indicated that the satay sauce was not tasty and that it appeared burnt and dried out. The salesperson responded by saying that everything is prepared fresh and sent photos as proof. However, these photos clearly show burnt and dry residue on the sides of the pan. This residue is also visible on the ladle, which only confirms my suspicion. I heard nothing further after my response to this. There was no further response at all, and I was completely ignored. I find that very unprofessional and disappointing. Customer friendliness and taking feedback seriously seem to be hard to find here. If it were possible to give a score of -10, that would already have been too much.

Never again! After chasing the delivery driver who drove off at full speed, and calling the store twice, I ended up with a cold meal for over €53! Bye!

Poor quality meat and the kapsalon was also stingy with the meat. Not recommended.

These people are scammers. NEVER order from here.

What a terrible place. Ordered at 1:00 AM, called at 2:30 AM to ask where the food was, and it was "on its way." Called again at 3:15 AM, didn't answer twice (understandable, because the place normally closes at 3:00 AM???), and the third time they finally answered and said it was "on its way" again. The owner was incredibly rude and hung up mid-call. The food took 2:15 hours to arrive, was cold, and tasted like cardboard! I highly recommend against this.

Ordered via home delivery, here's a tip: you should ask the home delivery chatbot if you can "submit a request about the quality". Thuisbezorgd ensured that I got my money back. Anyway, I called after almost an hour to ask what time it would arrive, just an indication. Received a doubtful employee who told me that there was a problem with the receipt printer. I ask “so he's getting in the car now?” Uhh no.. “Is dinner ready yet?” "No." Called back a little later by another guy "yes, sorry for that disruption, the baklava is also gone, what do you want instead? He offered a bag of sweets... eventually agreed to let him sort out €6 worth of non-perishable food (this turned out to be a small bag of Haribo in the middle of the night). Thanks for the solution and he would get in the car now. However, after 45 minutes I called again (it is 6 minutes by car), and asked where it was, that I had called 45 minutes ago and he would almost be there. “Yes, it's almost there, the receipt has already been taken,” “he's been in the car for 45 minutes.” “You're speaking to the owner, have you called before?” story explained “oh… I'm the brother then.” The conclusion was that he suddenly did not come by car, but by bicycle. I had been waiting for over 2 hours. Requested money back. He was going to call the delivery person and refund the money. 5 minutes later a fat bike suddenly arrives with food on its handlebars. He didn't know what I was talking about and gave me the food. I said keep the money, unfortunately the food turned out to be cold later. Ordered a pizza doner with extra meat (+1.50). There were more mushrooms on it. My medium milkshake turned out to be a small one of 250ml. And my €6 baklava has been replaced by a small bag of Smurf candy. Submitted a complaint/request via home delivery and received a refund. Never heard from the “owner” again and those smurfs were thrown across the room. What a shitty restaurant.

They're not keeping their promises... On January 16th, I placed an order for delivery. They reported a malfunction, meaning the order couldn't be delivered on time. Much later than I'd ordered. I then requested a refund for the order. I contacted them several times, and each time they said the money would be refunded. It's now January 30th... and to date, no action has been taken. That's why I'm posting this review and filing a complaint to hopefully get this resolved. Incidentally, in the past, the branch also didn't deliver at the agreed-upon times; they arrived much later than indicated without any notification.

After driving there for about 2.5 hours, it turned out they were closed!! The Thuisbezorgt website says they are open and I could order as usual, but I can now see on their own website that they are closed on Tuesdays. Fortunately I got my money back via Thuisbezorgt but I will never order from here again!

Damn it guys, I've been sitting on the couch all week after I ate a Kapsalon peanut sauce here, which wasn't a doner but a plucked bare chicken from the grill with that marinated piece of vegetable garden and then you have to realize that during my hard working days I work all night long. If I had sat on the pot, I thought I would rinse it away with the AA that I had gotten here, which was also 1.5 months past its expiry date, it looked like urine mixed with water...... Slechte tent. 2x besteld hier en elke keer lang wachten, minimaal 1,5 uur. Komt het eten binnen, is het verkeerd (een pizza ipv calzone), de milkshake aardbei was niet te drinken. We proefde er geen aardbei in terug. De pizza is terug meegenomen en een calzone zou gebracht worden, al met al 2 uur kunnen wachten op eten. Komt de calzone binnen, hadden we beter de pizza kunnen eten, zo klein was de calzone. Echt zonde van je geld. Twee steren voor de smaak van de calzone, want die was wel oké.

Altijd snelle service, aardige man en eten is altijd super kwaliteit voornamelijk de Pizza's. Bezorging is ook echt top lekker warm ook altijd!
