If you order a shawarma sandwich, you get a doner kebab. Totally misleading information on the website. So don't order a shawarma sandwich, because that's not what it is. If you call the place about this, you are told that this is not the case. Customer service is nowhere to be found. We will never order here again.

Picked up food after a day of renovations, received friendly service, and got the food quickly. Not stingy with the meat and good flavor, good value for money 👌

When it's busy, you're better off going to another takeaway restaurant. They can't handle it; orders go wrong too often. I experienced this myself today, and I wasn't the only one. You order a Turkish cheese and chicken pizza, and the cheese is forgotten. Unfortunately, the pizza also has a burnt taste. It's a shame you stand waiting so long because of the crowds, get home, and then see that your order is incorrect. The previous owner did a much better job in terms of quality. We miss him and the quality of his fries and other products.

The fries were great. The cheeseburger, unfortunately, wasn't. The meat on the skewer didn't look very appealing to me, so I didn't give it a try.

Unbelievable, ordered...nothing happened, called someone unintelligible...with basically a message like 'too bad'...Yeah, but I paid....that's tough luck....what shitty service....never again, and meal delivered after 2 hours 😬

We've been coming here for four weeks now, sometimes three times a week, to get food. But today we were treated very poorly. I had to wait 45 minutes for two sandwiches. Everyone they know and who ordered after us left first, and after 45 minutes, we finally got our order. Even the old man who came in after us left early and said, "Sorry, I didn't pay anything extra." Even he found it strange. Other than that, the food is good, but in the hospitality industry, you shouldn't discriminate between your guests.

I ordered two Kapsalons today. I had to wait an hour for them. I ordered them at 12:30 and they didn't arrive. The courier didn't deliver my order and hasn't refunded my money.!!!!!😡😡😡

I've never eaten so well, it's a truly great place with very pleasant people. I can definitely recommend the kapsalon, and don't be discouraged by some of the bad reviews. 10/10

We ordered menu item 6 - Dürüm Chicken. The portion was large, very tasty and fresh. The staff was friendly, very attentive and generous. We even received extra mayo and garlic sauce free of charge. We'll definitely be back.

Ordered again last Saturday. And for the 2nd time, the order was incomplete. There was no drink included again. This time I did ask for a refund. I find it very sloppy, and I am very disappointed.

We have ordered a few times now and it has been delicious every time. I normally never have fries, but I make an exception for this, the Turkish pizzas are well filled and delicious, the sambal sauce is nice and spicy and the kapsalon is also a favorite here. Delivery is always fast and friendly

I'm dissatisfied, I don't recommend having food delivered because I have to wait 2 hours even though it should be delivered in 37 minutes, waste of my time, no respect for the customer, when I call and ask where my order is , I get an answer that it will be there in 5/10 minutes, I wait another 30 minutes and I don't receive the order, I honestly don't recommend it

Way too expensive for very poor quality. With a veal sandwich you get 3 pieces of meat and 1.5 kilos of lettuce. Fries are fried together in misery and taste like nothing. Drama. I won't be there anymore.

I deeply regret to report that my recent experience with Eethuis Capadokya via Thuisbezorgd.nl was far from ideal. First, the wait time of over 1.5 hours was excessively long. In addition, the food was cold upon arrival, which significantly deteriorated the dining experience.

Since the business was taken over, the quality has deteriorated considerably. Ordered without sambal and got everything with sambal. I can't stand sambal because of intestinal problems and my whole mouth is on fire. Besides that, everything was cold. I scooped it off a bit and ate it because otherwise it would be a waste of money. Too bad, this isn't the first time either.

Picked up while sitting at Fletcher's. Kapsalon Kipdoner and Turkish pizza chicken doner. Seriously one of the best we've ever had. Friendly staff there too. In short, perfect, definitely order!

Lekker maar best prijzig geworden. Mexicano voor € 4.50 ... vind ik wat teveel van het goede.

Altijd snel, werken hygiënisch en de zaak ziet er altijd schoon uit. Turkse pizza’s en patat zijn erg lekkker.

Zeer hygiënisch en dagvers, en ze kunnen ook nog alle talen spreken van Nederlands tot aan Pools!

Edit; down one star due to new prices and a few lesser taste-experiences (tip: food taste trumps delivery times) and prices having upped high (compared to other Turkish diners). Will drive a little further from now on. FYI the bread/buns used for the snacks and burgers aren't the typically used ones.

Kapsalon kip was heerlijk en alle ingrediënten waren vers! Vriendelijke bediening.

We hebben een grote kapsalon, een Turkse pizza gezond en een frites besteld. De bestelling was binnen 10 minuten klaar. Het was om 16.45 uur en we waren de enige klant. Er is helaas geen toilet voor klanten. De radio stond keihard aan, maar werd op ons verzoek zachter gezet. Het eten was lekker. Er staat een grote vuilcontainer recht voor de ingang en dat ontsiert (dat ziet er onsmakelijk uit). Het personeel is vriendelijk.

Perfect eten maar vergeleken met de binnen steden echt heel duur

Voor zo'n tent, nette uitstraling, prima eten en men werkt met liefde in de zaak. Hoge kwaliteit en prima eten. Het terras kan net en moet vaker worden schoongemaakt! 👍

Ja, lekker een snelle hap. Beetje wennen want er zat eerst een juwelier :) maar aardige eigenaar en het eten was goed.
