They don't deliver your entire order. When you call to ask if they've forgotten something, you're told, "Oh, I'll pass it on and they'll be right there." But in reality, they don't care. Last time for me.

Huge disappointment, first and last time for me. They can go bankrupt as far as I'm concerned!!! You pay 53 euros for fries, a burger, and pasta, and you only get chicken nuggets and fries, and then they tell you over the phone that it's being delivered again, yuck!! SCAMMERS!!!

I placed a takeout order for penne with cream sauce and shrimp. I came across this place on TikTok and happened to be in the area, so I decided to give it a try. I'll definitely be back. The food was really delicious and well-seasoned, and the shrimp themselves were also excellent. I was also very happy with the price. Highly recommended!

Ordered at 9:15 pm, it is now 10:30 pm, food has not yet been delivered. I have been trying to call for half an hour and I can't reach them and it says they are closed from 10 pm.

Placed an order at 20:57. Called at 22:00 to ask where my order was. No response, business closed and no food. The delivery person probably ate it himself. Shit shop, no service!!

The carbonara was so absurdly disgusting and almost sickening, plus the bacon bits were all stuck together and most of the pasta had no bacon at all.

Please do not order from this restaurant. I am still waiting to receive my money back from an order where l found an eaten olive pip in my pasta. I was promised l would receive my money back every time l called and even had my phone call cut while l was waiting for the manager to speak to me.

Had placed an order which upon arrival turned out to be different from what I had ordered. Then I called the business to report this and luckily there was a solution that I would receive a new order……… but then I called back at 8:00 PM for my food. Then I was told that my order would be delivered within a few minutes. 10:00 PM still no food. I called again and politely asked where my food was, to which I got the answer: I'll go and ask for it right away. I was put on hold. For more than 20 minutes. I called again. And yes, they were closed, which is why I was put on hold. This is not normal, I paid for my food and would receive a new order of what I had ordered. Outrageous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The food are tasty and relatively cheap with large portion. The drawbacks are the service and the dining environment.

Fantastic meals within a reasonable price range, service leaves something to be desired as with the plus 6+ orders made items are consistently missing or incorrect leading to more spent on food not received, this, and the long delivery times hinder the otherwise great meals. 3.5/5

Food is great and fast, only for the 3rd time drinks were forgotten when ordering

Last Monday, I placed an order through their website. After calling to confirm, I was told the website was down. I could text them my order and they would deliver it. They didn't honor this promise, telling me the outage had been going on for a while and they couldn't process the order. The money would be refunded within one business day. However, they didn't honor this promise either. I still hadn't received the money on Friday, even after reminding them several times. I don't want a refund now, but I'm still shocked by the unprofessional service.

Be careful with ordering online! I would rather not have done this, because one of the employees is a really nice guy. But I ordered a simple pasta at 8:30 PM, then I called at 9:20 PM since I live 5 minutes away from their business. I was told that the delivery would already be 'on its way'. You wouldn't guess this: I call at 9:45 PM and am told that they never received my receipt and that the pasta still needs to be made. Then one of their employees texts me to ask for a screenshot of my order and payment (now it is already 10:00 PM). She says again that the delivery person is on his way, I indicate that she also said this an hour ago. Then she asks if I want the pasta yes or no (in a very cheeky way). I didn't even give an answer here, I just asked if the delivery person was really on his way this time. This pleasant lady decides for me that the order will be canceled and that I will get my money back. So it's almost 2 hours later and I haven't received any food but I have paid 😂. This is a shame, the help here has always been excellent, but this experience has ruined everything.

Food was delicious and hot! The wrap, pasta and chicken are highly recommended and we will order more often! The packaging was very neat and good containers were used. Normally, such quality food is not delivered to Scheveningen ;) It also said via home delivery that the delivery time was getting longer instead of shorter, so we called the store and received very good help! The employee immediately called the delivery person and he indicated that he would be there in 5 minutes and that is what happened. (I think there was a mistake via home delivery) Highly recommended!!

Regular customer here, the food is delicious and usually arrives warm. Unfortunately, this is the second time my cake has arrived completely disintegrated... a slice like that costs €3.95. I'd appreciate it if this didn't happen again. I'd rather have my money back.

A very bad service! 45 minutes into my order I received a phone call from them saying they don't have enough lamb chops and I was treated very poorly over the phone! Absolutely not human behavior! Would never order from here again

Food is tasty and hot, but a bit pricey. Desserts are really good too.

A bit expensive and limited. And that is a fast food snack bar, you can order a dish or menu or a separate menu. And you can sit inside and there is never any problems there and its pleasant and quiet atmosphere.

Beste pasta’s van den haag de kip wraps zijn ook zeker een aanrader. Bezorger was vriendelijk, ga hier zeker nog vaker bestellen.

Eigenzinnig menu. De harira was zeer smaakvol. Het pittige broodje gril wordt miste wat pit. De panini was in meerdere opzichten vlak. Crispy burger miste karakter. Maar voor dit geld een degelijk hap.

Good place to have fast lunch but a little bit limited choice as for Arabic dishes. And doesn't have such atmosphere. But besara soup is good.
