Eethuis De Dijk in Wijk 00

What a lovely, homey restaurant where the food is delicious and the service is very good, like stepping into a living room, nice and relaxed, my compliments!!

The portions of fries are sufficient. Poffertjes are dry and seem to have come straight out of a microwave. Pancakes are okay. Furthermore, it is dirty everywhere outside with bird droppings. Also, the staff (old generation) is terrible. Not friendly, not helpful, and very cheeky.

This was really the last time. I keep falling for it, just grabbing some fries close by. It always takes so long; they really are busy, mind you, but waiting half an hour for a simple order is really long! The fries weren't cooked enough, way too salty. The frikandel really wasn't good. So no, not again. Friendly staff, though!

It's a shame you have to wait 2 hours before you get your food. When you call the place, they are unfriendly as well...

The goat cheese salad was very disappointing today. Some loose romaine lettuce leaves with balsamic vinegar, a few walnuts, and some small chunks of goat cheese (not gratinéed). For €15.85.
