The food is simply disgusting! The kibbelings are spoiled and inedible! We should pay full price. We protested and encountered arguments. Avoid this store at all costs and report it to the health department. 0 stars for this store!!!!

I'd love to give it zero stars because the portions of kibbelings were inedible. They tasted sour and spoiled. When we complained, we were told it must have been the fat and that the kibbelings were fine. We sent them back and were asked to pay for them anyway. After a discussion with the waitress, they at least gave us a partial refund. We cannot recommend this restaurant and will never eat there again!

We had a great meal with friendly and good service, the schnitzel and stew tasted delicious and were nicely presented.

We had a wonderful meal here. We were here last year, so we went back again this year. The atmosphere is great, and the service is incredibly welcoming. They also paid attention to our child, and the food is served with them in mind. That, along with the delicious food, is why they deserve a solid 5 stars! We'd love to come back :)

Just enjoyed a delicious lunch on the terrace. Plates were heaped with food, rich in flavor. You could taste the love put into the cooking. Service with a smile. Definitely worth coming back.

Worst kibbeling I've ever had. Several pieces were inedible, and the waitress tried to talk her way out of it. Don't go there.

Rotten kibbeling, inedible. The lady told us they would deliver large boxes of kibbeling, as if to say there might be a bad piece in there. Unfortunately, several pieces were not just musty, they were even rotten. It was a small portion for 12 euros anyway, and several pieces were inedible. The owner smelled it and confirmed it. Despite this, we were charged the full price, and there was no schnapps or soft drink, etc. as compensation. So, really bad service too. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely amazing little spot in downtown Enkhuizen! I had their Tropical Vegan Burger and it was delicious. The owners are incredibly friendly and even remembered my husband from a previous work trip months ago! An absolute must stop if you are in town :)

I went there in March with friends to rest after a walk, we had drinks there and we chatted a little with the waitress who was incredibly kind. I recommend it to anyone who goes there!

Delicious food. Good stew, delicious fries. And a richly filled warm goat's cheese salad.

If you don't need a trendy place or something like that but just want to eat and drink no nonsense with good quality food and super personal service, then don't hesitate and just go in (the eel is super delicious)

Local family restaurants that serves delicious food. We had the cod and smoked fish lunch with the beef skewers and satay, little salads and fries. Everything was so good! Young couple as proprietors were very friendly, excellent service. Cod was so fresh and prepared perfectly! Highly recommend if you visit Enkhuizen!

Good food, prepared with care and fresh, large portions. Friendly service. Lighting could be a little better to read the menu. Warning: the spicy spareribs are hot! 🙂

Lady in service walks with a small child in her arm and a diaper in her hand when you enter. The same lady changed the baby's diaper several times in the toilet next to the table where we were eating. Every time the door opens, a nasty smell of shit comes in. The diapers were left behind in the toilet room. Salt pots too gross and dirty to touch, full of food remains and black substances that I don't even want to know what they are. The carpaccio was completely tasteless and straight from the freezer onto the plate because it was frozen on the plate at the table. The entree is a child playing behind a walker who runs against your legs, screams and cries in the restaurant and kitchen. Stew had a good taste but the meat was full of tendons and hard pieces of meat that you could keep chewing. Fries were full of black dots of old frying fat. Dessert was okay. Once and never again to this restaurant.

My girlfriend and I had dinner here this week and it was really tasty and good 🤩 We have ordered more often but had never been there but it is a very nice cozy homely atmosphere. We will definitely come more often and really recommend it when If you want a nice meal out, you have to go here😜

Delicious food from the new menu. We had the venison steak with port sauce. Top! Chef Brian's desserts are true works of art, a shame to eat them! Unfortunately I don't have any pictures, because I forgot to take them as usual..

Food was incredibly poor. Called the restaurant because I thought something had gone wrong, where I was treated in a very antisocial manner and even pushed away. The lady indicated that it contained a certain number of grams, because the lady was smart, I weighed the food and it contained not even half of what the lady indicated! And all this after they delivered the food 1 hour late. Never again this dirty food shed. Addition since I cannot respond to the restaurant's response: I understand that it may seem less, you indicate that it was 300 grams, due to the clever response of your colleague we had put it on the scale, which indicated 150 grams with the delivery tray included. And I was still talking when I was pushed away, but now you want to appear as if you are professional and tell untruths. In any case, I will never order/come again and I would also advise my family and friends against it.

Centraal gelegen restaurant met redelijke menukaart. Vond de Japanse broodje wat vettige toast hebben. De prijzen waren ok voor het gebodene.

I have eaten one of the best calamari fries.

If you like raw burgers this is the place for you. And if you report that it is still raw and cold, the friendly lady will tell you that this is how we always roast them. Nothing else is done.WORTHLESS!!!!!

For us the tastiest kibbeling in the Medemblik/Hoorn/Enkhuizen area. We'll definitely be back! ---------- 4 years later (September 3rd, 2024) back on site and what can I say? Still the tastiest kibbeling ;-)

Location: on a noisy street with a lot of traffic. Visitors to the bar next door were very loud. Food: Fries and sauces were good, kibbeling was also ok. Stay away from the fried fish, it doesn't taste good. Prices are too expensive for the quality. The service was very nice!

Unfortunately, there was only 1 cocktail of the 4 we wanted, which is a shame because there was a large sign in front of the terrace with cocktails! Then we order our starter, now the carpaccio, later they come back and say they have found 2 more... okay then. It was okay. On to our main courses, satay sauce was really nothing.. the chicken tasted of nothing.. the burger was very greasy/wet. And we waited a very long time for our food. Pity.

Just ordered a carpaccio sandwich on a rustic brown bun and after about half an hour after the desired time it finally arrived. I open my order with full hope and an empty stomach and am disappointed to see that it is a white ball, so I call them and they immediately send a brown ball, which also takes almost half an hour... but anyway I receive one. unfilled brown bun and try to stack everything over.. Save what can be saved, but of course the pesto and therefore the flavor has already been absorbed into the white bun, which really contributes to the characteristic carpaccio taste.. Long story short.. what a disappointment!!

I thought I would get some tasty food here, but not, the moment I enter the store I am looked at with disapproval and after ordering it takes 1.5 hours before I receive the first things, it almost seems like a 5 course menu. it is served, but the difference is that it is complete and it is served without drinks and with the question if I want to wait longer. In short, never step foot in here again

Burger on a limp white bun that fell apart. You ate half of the paper surface on the shelf because it also fell apart. The taste of the chicken was okay.

I didn't know this place at all, didn't expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised! Food delicious and service excellent. The dessert was a culinary delight!

I entered the toko (snack bar) with the idea, this looks like the drain of Enkhuizen. Anyway, I asked for a shawarma roll with garlic sauce, the first answer the clerk said was, we don't have any, we are not a shawarma shop, well, then the tone is already set. I said that they used to have them at home, but there was hardly any response. Still ordered a special frikandel for the price of 3.55 euros. After some waiting I got a well-done frikandel, with very little sauce and very coarse onions. It was just like that, with such a simple fork. I took one bite and then called the clerk and said, you can't serve this like that, and also for the mega price they charge. Had a little discussion and then left. So I will NEVER come here again. Worse than bad. At the very least she could have given my money back, but that didn't happen either.

We regularly get Kibbeling with fries. We think they are delicious large pieces of fish and the fries are also perfectly crispy and they are always ready on time!

I ordered a burger with fries and something for my brother. Burger bun was black and burnt but still so wet that it was completely slimy and fell apart like a kind of wet porridge or sponge The burger itself was tasteless but smelled so bad it looked like it was expired. When I think about it now, I almost cry again. How dare you give this to your customers without shame. Very nasty food. €30 in the trash 🤢 I have never posted a review anywhere in all the years I have been alive, but this was really bizarre. I don't understand why I see reviews with good ratings and photos of food that looks great and I got this. It's a shame I will never order from here again

Delicious fish trio as an appetizer: mackerel, eel and salmon. Cracking verse. Stew as a main course is highly recommended. The chicken satay was also super tasty and tender. It was a successful dinner.

Wir essen immer gerne Fisch da. Die Portion ist gut und lecker. Einfach mal ausprobieren es lohnt sich.

Met een regiodeal hier gegeten, tonnetje rond de deur uit voor dat geld , goed verzorgd en vers. En keuze genoeg.

Hier vandaag met een Regiodeal gegeten. Voor-, hoofd- nagerecht. Lekker gegeten, vriendelijke bediening. Volgende keer de mac & cheese tegelijk met de andere gerechtjes leveren ;) spare ribs is echt een grote portie! De kidsbox was wel prijzig, €8,50, voor een klein portie patat met 4 stukjes (ter grootte van een bitterbal) kip nuggets, een zakje capri sun en een "medaille" als cadeautje.

Wir hatten Spareribs mit verschiedenen Soßen und fanden es sehr lecker. Das Fleisch war so zart, dass es direkt vom Knochen abfiel und die Marinade war auch sehr gut. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Kann man definitiv weiterempfehlen.
