Eethuis Has Bereket in Elzenhagen

I've been here a few times now, and the service is truly excellent! Even though I arrived an hour before closing time, they still helped me. My mom loved the döner box! Thank you so much for the customer service! :)

Didn't receive any sauce, after I called the sauce arrived 20 minutes later. There was not even an apology on the phone and they hung up in my ear.

I am there regularly for packages. Even though the restaurant is a priority. I am immediately offered help by an employee if I have to send something. For example, there was recently a disruption at DPD and I am fully supported in the process. The gentleman helped me contact DPD customer service. I really appreciate it very much. Other service points may take an example. They are very easily accessible by telephone. Bye

According to Google and website they are open. After walking back and forth for 55 minutes with a heavy package, it turns out they are closed because they are having a party. From now on, also think about your customers. This is antisocial

The food was fine. I was helped well. It was a bit of a shame that I was inside for 10 minutes and heard the word CANCER 15+ times through the staff's mutual conversations.

Unfriendly staff (not all). Upon entering, the first thing I was told was: we are closed. After asking another staff member further, it became clear that the parcel point closes half an hour before closing time. Furthermore, the package I came to pick up (because I was on time) is not present. It turns out: the package was returned by this parcel point the day after arrival.
