Eethuis Has Bereket in Elzenhagen

This place has gone downhill since the takeover. I ordered food for pickup at 12:00. Upon arrival, they were under the impression that it was supposed to be a delivery. The confirmation email clearly states PICKUP (as I have done before). On top of that, I did not receive any extra shawarma, even though I had ordered it. I tried calling them, but unfortunately, the phone didn't ring.

Always delicious. It's just a shame you don't deliver to Broek in Waterland! It's only a 5-minute drive, and a lot more people would order from you there. Until then, I'll just take the bus for a Turkish cheese pizza.

Ordered a large kapsalon, and there were no fries at all with it, 0.

It is a really bad cafeteria; the staff are rude, the frying oil is old, the fries were soggy, and the croquette fell apart. I asked for a large bowl of satay sauce, got a small one that was open and all the sauce was in the leak. Then I went back, asked for a large bowl again, got a small one again, and the satay sauce was mega cold, seemed like it came out of the freezer.

Reasonable price. Respectful staff behavior and delicious fast food. I don't regret eating it. I tried most of the snacks and they were of acceptable quality.

Hair just came out of my food and they didn't apologize to me and this is no longer the bereket of the past, the Turkish bereket was much better since the Turks left it has become dirtier

Great food, very reasonable prices, nice staff and homely atmosphere. The food was amazing, and considering I only paid 20 euros for two drinks and two kebab wraps, which left me full, it’s a very good price. Location is also very good considering it’s right outside the station noord of the metro. The only thing I would say they could improve, is if they didn’t have the bikes inside so close to the tables.

Terrible package pick up service, absolutely unintelligible system. On the interent you find no info about their supposed “opening times” for packages (which vary every time according to the person who is there, smart right?), I cycled here to pick up a package at 9.00 and I am told to come back at 15 (I literally see my package laying there), meanwhile I see a sign in the shop saying to come at 11 for packages. Do yourself a favore and don’t ship your packages here!!

Far too expensive for a tasteless bite, 9 euros for a bowl of weak fries with a little meat. Only iceberg lettuce as a topping. Very tasteless, just salty.

Didn't receive any sauce, after I called the sauce arrived 20 minutes later. There was not even an apology on the phone and they hung up in my ear.

I am there regularly for packages. Even though the restaurant is a priority. I am immediately offered help by an employee if I have to send something. For example, there was recently a disruption at DPD and I am fully supported in the process. The gentleman helped me contact DPD customer service. I really appreciate it very much. Other service points may take an example. They are very easily accessible by telephone. Bye

According to Google and website they are open. After walking back and forth for 55 minutes with a heavy package, it turns out they are closed because they are having a party. From now on, also think about your customers. This is antisocial

The food was fine. I was helped well. It was a bit of a shame that I was inside for 10 minutes and heard the word CANCER 15+ times through the staff's mutual conversations.

Unfriendly staff (not all). Upon entering, the first thing I was told was: we are closed. After asking another staff member further, it became clear that the parcel point closes half an hour before closing time. Furthermore, the package I came to pick up (because I was on time) is not present. It turns out: the package was returned by this parcel point the day after arrival.
