I'm so happy!! The food was incredibly delicious. I ordered a chicken döner sandwich.

What a bummer!!! Not enough fries again, for €3. The price of fries has long since dropped again... a handful of fries is really not enough to call a portion, so we don't do that anymore...

We always order here and we were always satisfied. The last family order, the doner, was unfortunately inedible. Very dry.

The worst restaurant you can imagine in terms of service, delivery and most importantly attitude of their staff. Their delivery person was yelling at me loud in building’s entrance causing trouble for me and neighbors just because I called them to follow up on missing order item which they didn’t sent it twice one after another promise and follow up. I eventually received them with this drama the day after. I think that tells everything.

I ordered a kapsalon without cheese, but got one with a whole dollop of cheese on top. 😐😐. The container was only half full, and the fries were old, tough, and cold. I ordered it through their own website because I thought I'd save the delivery costs for the business 🥱. Last time I'll order from this place.

The food was delicious! The fries were hot and the Adana burger was delicious, highly recommended! The delivery driver was also excellent and arrived quickly.

This was the last time I'll order from here, unfortunately! The fries are always very tough, and this time they were completely cold. Only the meat was still slightly warm. It was supposed to take 25 minutes, but the wait was over an hour, even though it's just around the corner and I pay 15 euros for one kapsalon. The extra cheese, which you pay extra for, was nowhere to be found. It seems like they left out the usual amount of cheese and put one slice in the middle. It was even less cheese than usual! It's also not very convenient to put the salad on top of the kapsalon, so it gets really hot, and then add the sauce on top. Of course, you can do it the other way around, then you don't have that problem!

I ordered a kapsalon yesterday, but it arrived an hour and a half late. I also woke up with a stomach ache. I will contact the appropriate authorities to file a complaint. This store should be closed because the food is unfit for human consumption.

I ordered takeout, but the hygiene in the restaurant was terrible. The staff was arrogant and the food was far from fresh. Next time, I'll go to the trusted Tempel!

Order placed on a Wednesday at 7 pm, received at 8:35 pm!It was just 4 plain rolls, 3 sauces, and some fries! And to top it all off, I literally live less than a 10-minute walk away. I've placed hundreds of orders, but this has definitely been the worst.

Ordered again today. I'm usually used to better food, but today was a bit off. Two kapsalons, including a free stomach ache from the half-liter of fat in the containers. Oh well, better luck next time!! Bad days are just part of life.

I order thinner and get chicken not a good thing

We ordered takeout from here. The food was relatively warm, but the quality was extremely poor. Absolutely all the meat smelled of smoke and wasn't fresh. The only good thing was the bread, which had just been warmed up. But I feel like the meat was very old and tasted awful. Please don't give customers this kind of food, because we pay for it. If you're going to charge, deliver fresh food. I rarely give bad reviews, but I'm extremely disappointed with this place.

Super nice people and delicious Turkish pizza!

Ordered kapsalon twice. Only received shawarma fries and falafel fries, along with separate sambal and garlic sauce. No lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, nothing at all. Very meager! The container was barely full. This was definitely not a kapsalon. Easy money this way! Next time, I'll just go back to Agora, Marsmanplein. It's cheaper here, well-stocked, great value, and includes extras like onion sauce or extra cheese.

I've ordered from here many times, and the food was often very good. Unfortunately, I ordered a Turkish pizza once, and it was half cold and extremely dry, even with the sauce. Last time, I ordered a pizza with the sauce on the side, and when it was delivered, the whole box was covered in garlic sauce, including the bag. I also felt extremely nauseous and ill shortly after eating. I'm hoping for improvement, as the food was initially very good.

Terrible place. When you arrive, they refuse to help you. When they finally do, they charge €2 more per sandwich than the price on the plates. If you bring it up, you're suddenly forced to pay the price of the plate, clearly against their wishes. Then they ignore you again. First, they tried Thuisbezorgd, but they didn't show up and you had to call them. After two hours of eating, it was cold, and they were abusing you on the phone. In short, a terrible place, bad food, and even worse staff. There are so many better options in Haarlem, especially in Noord. Let's please ignore this place as much as possible (they're good at it themselves), then they'll be gone in no time.

Last time at Helal. Worst shoarma place in Haarlem. The staff is extremely rude, if you don’t pay attention they charge higher prices than on the menu. If you point that out they start swearing at you!! They don’t deserve the business the way they treat their customers…

The food took a little longer. We received discount coupons for the next time as compensation. And that will definitely happen. The food was nice and warm, the taste was great. What a wonderful meal we had. The delivery person Meli was super customer friendly. Keep up the good work!

Tonight I picked up another Turkish pizza as I always order from this address. But this Turkish pizza was honestly not a Turkish pizza. It was a soft, soggy, dirty mess. I really think this is a shame for the place I have been going to for years. A big zero if I could give it. Top guys, but you can't sell me this junk anymore.

Waiting far too long for food, they have little to no structure, someone who just comes in has their food earlier while others wait for 20 minutes. And food is bad, not tasty.

Unfortunately, after waiting 1.5 hours, I received a calzone doner without tomato sauce and a small slice of cheese on top of the pizza. Should have ordered a pita doner. It is also cheaper for you.

This is a diner that gets it. The food is well prepared and delicious, they are almost always on time, but if they are late they are disappointed and give an excuse as it should be. What a ridiculous restaurant. Stale bread used for doner. Bread literally crumbles. Doner was tasteless just like eating plastic. Too bad I had to pay 9 euros for a “large doner sandwich”.

The edges of the Turkish pizza were even harder than a brick, it looked like it had been there for more than 1 week. Ordered Turkish pizza with döner but received it without sauce and sambal. And paid 10 euros for an Adana hamburger, but it was so dry and hard. Fries also tasted old. I usually leave comments when it's really bad, so here it is.

Eethuis Halal is my go-to place after a long day of work, especially when I don't feel like cooking. The food is delicious, although sometimes a little less salt could be used. The service is really great: the staff is friendly and everything is served super quickly. I really appreciate that! In an area where there are not many good eateries, Eethuis Halal is a real solution. Recommended!

We had food delivered yesterday and it was delicious! We ordered two Turkish pizzas with shawarma and an Adanaburger with fries. We upgraded the Turkish pizza with extra cheese and extra meat, delicious! With the Turkish pizza we got a bowl of delicious garlic sauce and we got ketchup to go with the fries. Because we were above a certain amount, we received a free can of coke as a gift. The very friendly delivery person was right on time.

I read a lot of bad experiences. I had it delivered myself (hair salon) and the food was delivered within 20-30 minutes, the food was still nice and warm and I quite liked it. The only thing is that the salad bowl is very small. Too bad that other people had a negative experience, but everything went well for me :)

Fast and delicious. Update: suddenly the chicken shawarma tastes and looks completely different. Onion sauce suddenly has to be paid for. Garlic sauce is and tastes different. Seems like there is a new owner. Don't think it's positive.

We have now grown a beard from waiting for our food, the food was terrible, my throat has become a desert because the food was inhumanly dry. I'm looking for a compliment to give, but I honestly can't find anything. In short, definitely not recommended, only get your food here if you want to be even hungrier than you were before ordering.

Food was good, atmosphere is not special. But just as easy if your own Turkish pizza seller has closed earlier and just when you return from holiday.

We ordered early (before 7:00 PM) with the request that the order be delivered at 8:00 PM. It is now 8:35 PM and we are still waiting. We called, they said 'it's busy'. This is our first order here, so no judgment on the food, but because of this poor service it will be our last order!

I understand that everything is becoming more expensive, but I find it really ridiculous that I now have to pay 8 euros for a shawarma sandwich that contains much less meat, and then also have to pay an extra euro for the red onion sauce. 9 euros for a shawarma sandwich.

Passing through Haarlem, we went because it was late. The cuisine, I would say without more, it "nourished" us, the service for 2 burgers and a kebab was very long, and we were surprised by the prices quite high compared to others. Couldn't do better 😉✌️

Waited 3.5 hours for our food! Arrived cold and the bag was torn. Everything was mixed up. Called immediately to say that they could pick it up again, but that was not necessary (according to the employee) I could get a credit or a refund. We opted for the refund. I was supposed to be called back (the next day) as the boss was on vacation and the manager was not allowed to make the refund himself.. After not hearing anything from the manager for 3 days, we called again. Bottom line, they do not give a refund and will not correct their mistake and simply leave you out in the cold. This is because we have posted a review on Thuisbezorgd. Seems logical to me... Incredibly bad experience. Very rude manager who speaks to customers indecently. Tip: everyone makes mistakes, but solve them properly! You made a commitment but are now going back on it. Really, really bad! Treat your customers well...

Had food delivered.. got fries instead of rice. I called for this and received rice that was not okay to eat... because it was still hard... when I called for this I got a man on the phone who laughed when I gave feedback... in addition, the meat from the mix grill was xxl hard, dry and burns.. I was a regular customer.. never spend my money here again anyway.. delivery takes 1 hour even though they are 400 m away from my house. RIDICULOUS

I gave this restaurant more than one chance and I mentioned few times please add fresh French fries but that's not gonna happen I will let the pictures talk.

Ik schrijf niet snel een slechte review. Maar dit eethuis is helaas in een paar maanden tijd snel achteruit gegaan. Je betaald 11 euro voor een kapsalon waar veel slappe patat inzit en een klein beetje vlees. Bakjes met klein beetje saus en te late bezorgingen ect. Voor ons de laatste bestelling bij dit eethuis!

Eten is er 🔝🔝🔝 heerlijke sambal! Met overwerken eten we hier.
