Clean and very well kept place the quality of the food is good, And very tasty.

I tried the mix grill Zeytin, Iskander kebab, and also had the buffet breakfast. I truly enjoyed all of them. The grilled dish was especially delicious and juicy, and the Iskander was lovely. The breakfast offered a nice variety of good-quality food. It was a wonderful experience that I appreciated.

ordered here in the past went to the restaurant aswell and it sure changed the lachmachun used to be home made now their store boughtthe kebab used to be on fresh piece of big pide now its on the basic doner buns quality dropped this way order on both occations that i recently ordered arrived 20 mins cold and soggy late, i cant recommend this place anymore sadly it used to be great

Eaten at the restaurant, been here often. Like coming back here for the delicious flavors. Meat and fish also cooked well. I also read other reviews; the negative ones are more about the delivery. Just enjoy eating in the restaurant! Fresh from the grill is always the best.

This is our fourth time on Sunday evening and we are still enthusiastic. The atmosphere is nice and casual, with a living room feel. The service is great and, in my opinion, always ready for a smile. The food tastes pure and you can feel free to discuss your preferences regarding sauces, meat, etc. Great portions; I can barely move after eating, you see. And that combined with the affordability... for us, that is worth 5 stars.

Hello Friends, Today, my wife and I decided to go to Zeytin for breakfast after a year. We hadn't been there for a year because the woman who managed the place had argued with us; the meat was raw and there was very little on the plate for that price. Anyway, the woman argued with us back then, you don't argue with customers like that, it's shameful. After a year, we said let's go for breakfast. I called her the day before and she said okay, come on over, I don't remember the argument. We were very happy, we said good, we're coming Sunday morning. My wife and I were really surprised by what happened. We were the first customers, we said good morning. That woman came and the first thing she said was... why did she get her name wrong? "YOU'RE SAYING IT," HE SAID. I WAS SHOCKED. I SAID, "THAT'S MY NAME." SO, IS THAT HOW YOU GREET A CUSTOMER AFTER A YEAR??? HE STARTED ARGUING WITH US IN FRONT OF THE DOOR. I SWEAR I WAS SHOCKED. HE DIDN'T ACCEPT HIS MISTAKE. A YEAR HAD PASSED, AND HE CAME WITH HIS WIFE. SHAME ON HIM. THAT'S NOT HOW A RESTAURANT OWNER SHOULD BE. WE KNOW THAT THE CUSTOMER IS OUR BENEFACTOR. SHAME ON HIM. IT'S VERY SHAMEFUL. THEY LITERALLY KICKED US OUT THE DOOR. I WISH THERE HAD BEEN CUSTOMERS INSIDE TO HEAR THIS, BUT THE OWNER OF THAT PLACE WAS THE ONE WHO TOOK ADVANTAGE OF IT. WE TRAVELED ALL THAT WAY, WE WERE JUST GOING TO HAVE BREAKFAST AND LEAVE, BUT I DIDN'T EXPECT SUCH BEHAVIOR, ESPECIALLY FROM A CUSTOMER. IT SEEMS SHE'S WELL-GROOMED AND HIGH-WEIGHT. BUT OF COURSE, GOD SEES EVERYTHING. REALLY, SHOCK SHOCK SHOCK!!! DON'T COMPLAIN ABOUT THE FOOD, NO MATTER WHAT, THAT WOMAN WILL NEVER ADMIT HER FAULTS. Delicious food, fast service, smiling stuff

Well past the delivery time and still nothing received. After waiting 1:30, I called. It would arrive within 10 minutes. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes. It was delivered cold. The employee made an excuse about the traffic being busy, even though he had come by bike.

The meat was simply inedible, extremely poor quality. We had to throw it all away! People, be careful what you eat, this meat was of very poor quality. And besides, it looked like a playground. The staff were also unqualified! This was the last time.

I ordered iskender, but unfortunately, it was inedible. The tomato sauce was bland, the bread was too hard, the doner wasn't fresh, and it didn't taste like doner at all. They also didn't offer meze or salad while we waited. The service was a shame. Very disappointing.

The food isn't bad, but it's not super tasty either. Delivery takes too long lately and I get it cold when I receive it. You guys used to have the best pizzas, but unfortunately, everything comes to an end eventually.

Truly the worst place for ordering. I've had problems with my order twice in the last few visits. They show zero understanding and handle it poorly. It's a great place to eat on-site, but ordering? Don't bother (anymore). I've definitely lost my loyal customer.

I love ordering food here. The dishes are fantastic, and the price-quality ratio is excellent. Compared to other places in Enschede where you can order dishes, you get a lot of delicious meat for the price. The pastas are also good. Our favorite!

This young man clearly wasn't interested... my husband got a "Would you like a drink?" I got a "And what do you want?" I thought it was unusual for a restaurant, but it was fine... Then I received a very dirty glass; the lips of the previous user were still on it, along with greasy fingerprints... I'm not a picky eater, but this is taking it a bit too far, so I immediately pointed out that the glass was still dirty when he handed it to me. The young man looked at the glass in a very exaggerated way, but "saw nothing." Also unusual... Rolling his eyes, he took my glass away and brought me a "new one." It was slightly cleaner, so I think he wiped it with a cloth, but it was fine, it looked clean. I had ordered extra rice for the table with my meal. I think for 4 euros I got a small saucer with some rice on it... literally 3 servings of rice for 4 euros! No other orders were taken in between, for example, to refill drinks. Finally, after eating, I went to the cash register because no one came to clear the table or take another order, even though it wasn't busy and the three servers were chatting and laughing about something on their phones. A real shame for this restaurant, because it's really delicious. But they certainly won't be seeing me again.

I had dinner there during April. Food was delicious, halal, and very big-portioned. Servers were kind and the environment was very nice. As a Turkish person, I felt super welcomed and like back at home 😊 Highly recommend.

It was the worst meal I have ever eaten in my life.. A bone was coming out of the kebab and the owner got up and said it was minced meat and said they were proud. We were scolded by the owner, who I cannot call a lady, for asking what we should do. It is a disgraceful place in itself. I do not recommend it to anyone!!!

I ordered on December 31, 2024 at 3:45 PM and had waited more than an hour and a half. Then I tried to contact them and there was no answer, so I checked the website and guess what? They were suddenly closed after my order. So I tried to call again, but was not answered again, so I tried again the next day, but it turned out that they were closed for three days and did not contact me back. I then received the money back for the order, but not the money for the transaction costs, and I still did not receive a call back after trying to reach them several times. Finally on Friday January 3, I managed to reach them only to get an arrogant woman on the phone without any difference in empathy or service who apologized in a hypocritical way that clearly came across as sarcastic. After I seemed angry, the lady suggested what a solution could be to apologize on behalf of the business. I suggested that I still get the meal since the mistake was theirs and I have not heard anything back 3 days after my order. What is the lady's reaction next: "HAHAHAHAHA", well what a service. No order received, no contact, no apologies offered and then being laughed at. Ridiculous service! And an arrogant woman on the line.

Dit is mijn nieuwe favoriete Turkse restaurant in Enschede! De keuze is reuze en waar dat normaal geen goed teken is mbt kwaliteit is dat hier geen probleem! Ik ben hier nu al vaker geweest en geniet elke keer weer! (Meerdere soorten mix grills) heerlijke voorgerechten en ik ga hier nog heel vaak genieten! Dat er veel Turkse mensen zitten te eten zegt genoeg! De bediening is ook erg goed, de dames werken hard en zijn vriendelijk

I don't think Zeytin is a Turkish restaurant, first of all they are not hospitable and the food, what can I say, is not tasty. Definitely don't recommend.

I have now been here 3 times at the request of friends and I think this is really one of the best Turkish restaurants in Enschede! The food is delicious, the service is quick and it is affordable!

Altijd ontzettend tevreden over dit restaurant, ik en mijn man komen hier graag en nemen graag onze vrienden, familie of kinderen mee naar toe. Het eten is altijd lekker, je krijgt een goede portie en het is betaalbaar. Een fijn avondje uit eten dus en ook zeker altijd voor herhaling vatbaar. Ze zijn ook altijd erg vriendelijk en denken mee. We waren er ook eens tijdens de ramadan en toen werd de ezan afgespeeld, er stond een dadel en een glas water klaar voor diegene die het vasten moest verbreken, erg respectvol! Dat maakte het restaurant zeer waardig in mijn ogen.

The food is nice and delicious but I didn't like the behavior of the employees. The old woman broke our hearts. Most likely, we will not go again, but it's not certain. Who knows, maybe our decision may change. Additionally, the interior theme of the restaurant is entirely brown. The tables and chairs should be more modern. Also, there are no pictures on the menu and no details are stated.

Hands down one of the best restaurants in Enschede. Really generous amount of food and good prices. The drinks are a bit expensive and they serve 200ml portions. I would suggest to serve 330ml portions and lower the drink prices a bit.

We got doner with tomato sauce here, which was supposed to represent iskendir. The doner smelled like wet dog and is not suitable for human consumption. It smelled like rotten meat. The older woman behind the Bali with short blond hair is aggressive and rude to customers. I put the food in the freezer and am now working on the food and safety inspection to send it to them. Be very careful when you eat here. It could be your last meal.

Despite there being hardly any guests, the service was completely overwhelmed. Dirty glasses arrived, dirty cutlery, etc. Food came very late and wasn't a highlight (okay, edible, but that certain something was missing). Since parking spaces here are pretty rare other than the parking garage, it is not recommended, even if it is one of the few Turkish restos nearby.

Very good food. It tastes very good. We went during Ramadan, and they had the athan and gave us water and dates. Something you only find back home in the Middle East. Also they offer free tea at the end and a mezza at the start which is also something found in middle Eastern hospitality so good job. Food portions are not the largest, so If you like to eat a lot I recommend the pizzas or else maybe beyti kofta, which I feel like is an ok portion in my opinion. Prices are on the expensive side, however you will receive tasty food and a good service in return. Also if you look into the online menu you can clearly see there are some cheap options that you can pick and others that are way more expensive. Don't forget to reserve a place as it can get busy depending on the time and date.

Very nice people, with a heart for their company and their customers, food is always delicious, staff always friendly even though they are sometimes extremely busy. We were able to eat our iftar with them during Ramadan and there was neat water and a date ready, and the ezan was also played. It was treated very nicely and respectfully, including by Dutch customers. We have been coming to you for years and this will continue to be the case insallah. Thank you!

At first we were surprised at what a beautiful atmosphere this location has, but that was about it. Then it started: Lahmacun was like microwaved food, rice was ok, potatoes were overspiced and the chicken was old and inedible. When I looked at the table next door the plates were still full, no one wants to eat this food because it is just bad. There was a piece of plastic from the packaging in the salad. When I politely sent the meat back, the waitress was annoyed and at the checkout I mentioned that the meat was no longer good, if I actually had to pay for it the waitress, who was probably the boss, said that of course I had to pay for it. (I only bit into it once and of course didn't eat the rest because that would be harmful to my health) I think this restaurant is really not good. The operators are not capable of running a restaurant and should either make drastic changes or take up another job. no go
