Tasty food, but personally I don't like the fact that you have no contact with the employees: everything is done via QR, even paying.

Every time I come to Ekmekci, I always receive friendly help from the staff. They are very nice and ensure that you are helped quickly, without long waiting times. The service is always fast and efficient, making it the perfect lunch address. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is always pleasant. Definitely recommended for those who love good service and good food!

I had dinner here yesterday, together with my children. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly! We will definitely come back!

I ordered here some time ago via Uber eats, but there were plastic threads through the gozlemes! Ordered 3 pieces and all 3 were plastic, seemed to be from a brush. Of course we didn't eat it, took pictures and submitted it to Uber eats. To my surprise, the restaurant never came back, they never explained why their food contained plastic. Very worrying and reason to never order from here again.

I come here regularly. Tasty food of good quality. Hot patato is my favorite!

The restaurant is located very close to the metro station. Finding this place is very easy. There is a beautiful park nearby for walks. We ordered breakfast, homemade lemonade and kumpir. We waited a little long for the order, but at that moment the cafe was almost full. The food is delicious. The check was 35 euros for two.

Very friendly staff and fast service!

Normally I am always satisfied with the food at Ekmeci. However, I am not happy with the employees of Ekmeci. Especially about the ladies who work there. Something went wrong with my order because of them. They spoke to me rudely. They did not want to offer a solution and in addition I was hung up on in my face when I was supposed to be transferred to the owner. In addition, the female employees are incredibly slow in the restaurant itself. They are more concerned with entertaining each other than with putting food on the table

According to Eckmekci's website, they open at 10 a.m. and you can order for pickup via the website from this time. Order placed and paid via the website. Just close the case when you pick it up. Around 10:30 someone showed up at the business, but he said he couldn't make the food until after 11 a.m. because they don't open until 11 a.m. No excuses nothing. I'll never come here again.

Great spot for a quick bite between trains! You do have the exit the station, but getting back in was no problem with an all-day ticket. Very nice staff.

I always eat at Alexandrium mall, today I went to order guzleme and I asked extra sujuk and no eggs. I’m allergic to eggs. I paid total 18€ and when I opened at home it was with eggs and also almost no sujuk. I guess I’ll just need to to Alexandrium every time. 👎

I went to eat here and it was really disappointing. The food was cold, tasteless and did not seem fresh. The presentation was sloppy and the portions were small for the price they charge. In addition, the service was slow and disinterested. Definitely not recommended, I will never come back here.

1. The ambiance of the restaurant feels fresh with a lot of sunlight and a literal tree in it. 2. The food there is pretty decent. We ordered their salad, a wrap and a drink. It was all vegetarian but the food was very good. 3. Their salad was fresh and rich. We ordered the green Roma and their falafel wrap. 4. It's right outside the central station and the service is quick so if you're in a hurry this is a perfect place to grab a quick bite. Overall a good place. If you're in a hurry I would recommend this place.

Delicious food and lovely staff!

Had only a short amount of time between two trains, though still chanced getting a gözleme and ayran for a train dinner on the way home. The staff were super helpful, made sure I got my food in time to still catch the train without having to run. And on top, it was very tasty, so five stars well deserved.

Great that they are also located at the central station. We were able to have a quiet lunch and it was very tasty again!

Absolutely lovely place. Amazing food. I ordered only one item on the custom breakfast menu and the staff directly came up and suggested himself that only potato would be super dry and I actually should pick a second item which I payed for but did not order. Really good tip and super friendly. Also top veggie options

I order from here regularly and have always been satisfied. Recently there was a small problem where something was forgotten in my order, but the manager, or I think even the owner, was extremely understanding and friendly. She took the problem seriously and resolved it promptly. As compensation I even got a free baklava. Great service and customer focus! Thank you!

I am very sorry that I walked in on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at 7:36 PM and was immediately told off by the lady present that she would no longer be making orders because she was already cleaning. The business is open until 8 p.m. You cannot then refuse to accept another order more than 20 minutes before closing time. We have been coming to Ekmekci since it opened on Zuidplein and have also been regular customers in the Markthal since the opening. But thanks to this lady yesterday, Ekmekci will no longer see us at this location. Ekmekci is very sporty in responding, so I have adjusted the review to 3* instead of 1* (the food deserves 5* in my opinion). I will now only avoid this location, but will definitely continue to visit the rest! Two thumbs up Ekmekci this is good service.

Had an all-in breakfast together with my boyfriend. It looks nice and cozy. Easy ordering via QR. Unfortunately we didn't quite get what we ordered. The chosen ingredients of the gosleme and the egg were mixed up, and for the wrong person. A bit of a shame, but the quality was good.

Personally a fan of their gözleme Mexican with Piri Piri Chicken! Fast service, tasty food, good Turkish tea and very easily accessible by public transport, less by car. Inside it is spacious and pleasant to sit in.

Gozleme was tasty. The hair salon tasted less. Meat was a bit bland in taste and the fries had a strange sour aftertaste. Think fried in oil in which other products are also made?

We ordered kumpir with piri piri chicken in it, the chicken on it was very little and looked like minced chicken, no taste at all and was dry. Everything has changed since it was taken over. The potato was also very dry.

Tasty gözleme, very bad baklava

I had the extensive breakfast. Was very little 2 tiny pieces of cheese dried out olives and very little and dry bread.

Service sucks. They have hired some of Rotterdams' most miserable women, working up in here. Seems like most of them are on their PMT. Smile ffs. It's a job. They made a mess of my order, NO Jalapeños! . And along comes a Golzeme with Jalapeños and the dough on the raw side.

Unfortunately the food was not that good, but there were 2 pieces of sucuk in the egg. Tea was not fresh. Gozleme was very white (so too much flour used) Shame.

I don't know how you clean your chicken, but the gozleme chicken Piri piri was full of gristle. It really made me vomit🤢

There are enough options to eat here and take food away. A shop where you can buy delicious chocolates, a flower shop and so on. Everything is well arranged.

Niet zo een handige manier van bestellingen opnemen. Je moet bestellen bij de kassa maar er is geen duidelijke menu kaart en ook staan er geen bordjes met naam en prijs van de producten in de vitrine. Hoe weet je als klant dan wat je moet aangegeven bij de kassa???? Tip: zeg gewoon bordjes met het product en de prijs en en duidelijke menu kaart ook voor take away. Dan is dat minder onhandig en onduidelijk voor klanten. Broodje was ook nog koud te kort opgewarmt denk ik en een beetje hard helaas. Terwijl ik gevraagd had om het op te warmen. Denk dat er te weinig personeel is voor het werk dat gedaan moet worden.

Restaurant sympas, la cuisine est bonne mais attention certains plats sont épicés donc choisissez bien ;) Et spécial dédicace à leurs falafels chaud ou froid, c'est un délice.

Because of that, I cannot give a 5-star. However, the service was so kind an nice, apologizing for the inconvenience and being polite to us, that they don't deserve a low score. Nice decoration and emvironment.

Leuk restaurantje, zeer tevreden!

Dat is een leuke plek om te gaan eten, vriendelijke personneel, zeker een aanrader. Maar wat er echt opvallend en niet aangenaam was toen ik maar 1 persoon zag werken in de keuken terwijl de restaurant echt druk was. Daardoor moest ik lang wachten op mijn bestelling. Wat op zich niet de schuld van de persoon in de keuken was, want zij was echt hard aan 't werken. Ik denk dat het best zou zijn als jullie meer personnel hebben vooral 's avonds want het is dan meestal druk en ik hoop dat ik of iemand anders niet zo lang moet wachten op zijn bestelling volgende keer.

Prima eten en service, nergens over te klagen. Bestellen gaat gemakkelijk en plekken erg fijn.

Heerlijk gegeten voor een redelijke prijs, prima sfeer.

Erg vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk eten! Je gaat met een goed gevulde buik weg (als je alles al op krijgt). Ook de kinderen hebben gesmuld. Ik ga hier zeker vaker langs!!

De eigenaresse is vriendelijk, heeft het goed onder controle - altijd goede kwaliteit en natuurlijk geweldig lekker.

Wat een leuke sfeer hier, en wat een aardig personeel. Vriendelijke dames met een glimlach die graag uitleg geven. Het eten is heerlijk, en er is genoeg keuze aan vegetarisch en vegan! Zelfs de jasmijnthee was erg goed. Wij komen zeker terug.
