I haven't eaten anything disgusting that often, but unfortunately it happened now. Turkish pizza, and it was really gross.

You should listen to your customers a bit better and provide better service.. I'm never coming here again.. worthless business!

We ordered food for our company. 5 x Kapsalon plus 1 vegetarian pizza. Upon delivery, they forgot the pizza and sambal. It was delivered later, politely, with apologies. However, upon the subsequent delivery, it turned out we had received a salami pizza. So, our vegetarian colleague had nothing to eat. A bit of a shame, really.

Very bad experience. Hadn't eaten anything all day and was craving a Turkish pizza. I asked the staff for no salad, garlic sauce, and a SMALL amount of sambal. I can't handle too much spiciness. Staff named “Denis” did everything except the most important thing. He intentionally topped my pizza with sambal and gave me a very bad experience eating my Turkish pizza. Definitely not recommended.

Nooooo!!! (his emotions flared even more)... The guy kept rambling on, so I said: "Sir, I'm glad you're showing us how you work. And like the customer is king with you." And he kept rambling on. In the end, I had to calmly ask him five times to just hang up... I would have loved to give you 5 stars, but then I'd be lying. And now that I read your reviews, I understand where that comes from. Some communication training would definitely be a good thing... I wish you all the best!

Ordered here for the first time, and the pasta carbonara was delicious, just as good, if not better, than at an Italian restaurant. The delivery driver was very friendly and arrived within 20 minutes. I will definitely order again; in a word, fantastic!

My favorite place for pizza and kapsalon

Delicious food, super tasty kapsalon and margherita! The meat is very tasty, super nice atmosphere, friendly staff. The person behind the counter was a sweet, friendly, and helpful woman who helped me well and calmly. I'm very satisfied with this place and will definitely order from here again!

A very bad experience. I called to place an order, but they immediately hung up after asking. The second time I called, another employee answered the phone: I took the order, took all the details, and even the address, and then hung up without saying a word. The third time, they answered aggressively, yelling at me to order elsewhere and only online. Unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I will never order from them again. I picked up four kapsalons, and apparently, you can only get sambal in a container. So I politely asked for four containers of sambal. Then you have to pay €4 for each. Once home, it turns out there's very little sambal in the container itself. This is normal for a kapsalon, without me being forced to buy a container of sambal. Invest in a bottle to make sambal instead of forcing customers who want sambal to pay €1 per container that contains almost nothing. The uncertain person behind the counter even said, "Yeah, that's none of my business," when I pointed this out.

I ordered food from this restaurant for €25 via Uber Eats. The order was marked as ‘delivered’, but I literally received nothing. No doorbell, no phone call, nothing. In the order note I had even clearly stated that they should call upon arrival, but afterwards it turned out that the restaurant deliberately does not pay attention to customer notes. They literally stated that they “never look at them anyway”. When I tried to call to resolve it, I got zero cooperation. No apologies, no solution, no compensation. As if it was all my problem that I was empty-handed. In the end: no food, €25 lost, and a restaurant that clearly does not value service or responsibility. Absolutely not recommended. Bad service, unreliable and customer unfriendly. Do not order here if you take your money and time seriously.

I ordered a pizza and a hair salon. The pizza was fine, but the hair salon was dramatically bad. I ordered (and paid for) extra meat, but what I got was about 50 grams of meat on 250 grams of fries. When I called to discuss this, I was told that “extra meat had been added”. The hair salon should therefore have more meat than fries, it was said if you ordered extra meat. This was clearly not the case and then I was told to make it more clear in the comments next time. If I order extra meat for a €16 hair salon, it should contain extra meat without any additional explanation. The fact that I, as a customer, have to explain how you should do your work makes no sense. Please come up with a decent solution next time and just do your job….

Monday and Tuesday: pizza and pasta day! Visit El Aviv. Make sure you park in the right place and do not cause any nuisance, yes, that is always necessary. But here you are in the middle of a trailer park, so be warned. The business has recently undergone some renovations, and the prices have of course been adjusted accordingly. That doesn't mean the taste is compromised, just as delicious as usual. A pasta is served with a warm baguette and some herb butter. A wonderful end to an average working day. I'd say try it out and order your pasta and/or pizza here on discount days! El Aviv: worth it.

Wij bestellen nu 4 jaar heel bij El aviv de spareribs zijn geweldig! Als er een keer iets vergeten is komen ze het meteen na brengen. Pastas en kapsalon zijn ook heerlijk!

Eten is goed, maar heb nog niet een keer de juiste bestelling binnen gehad. Pita's zijn te weinig, of extra bestelde ingrediënten op de pizza worden niet toegevoegd.

Heerlijk gegeten, personeel is ook erg vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader om eens langs te gaan!

Kapsalon van 11 euro redelijk duur voor wat je ervoor krijgt. Geen ui of tomaat alleen sla. Vlees daar in tegen smaakte wel erg lekker !

Het is een goede sfeervolle eetzaak. Het eten is lekker en de prijzen vallen reuze mee vergeleken met de andere eetzaken in Rotterdam. Heb je zin in pasta of andere lekkere eten zou ik je Elaviv Overschie zeker aanraden!!! Al jaren vaste klant nooit spijt gehad!

Een heerlijke en goede kapsalon gehad, krokante frietjes, malse doner en goede knoflooksaus. Snelle bediening en vriendelijk….

Voor het eerst sinds jaren weer pizza's besteld hier.. Was vroeger 1 van onze favorieten, in de tijd dat er nog die pizza actie was (3 voor 20) maar na een paar verkeerde bestellingen zijn we gestopt toen(pizza rauw, sauzen vergeten etc). Nu na lange tijd weer geprobeerd en ze waren weer de sauzen vergeten, er waren blijkbaar geen bezorgers om het alsnog te kunnen brengen en een terugbetaling is ook niet voorgesteld. Dus weer niet een geslaagde bestelling helaas. Wij bestellen altijd extra knoflooksaus bij alle pizzeria's waar we eten, zonder dat is het gewoon minder voor ons. Stukje gewenning. Eten zelf is goed, alleen jammer dat qua klantenservice het niet helemaal in orde is. Bij veel andere goede pizzeria's denken ze echt met je mee om het probleem op te lossen en krijg je zelfs een extraatje erbij, en hier wordt je een beetje afgescheept. Als de klantenservice goed was en er minder vergeten werd, was deze zaak nog een stuk populairder geweest maar het gaat gewoon vaak mis. Het beste is een paar vaste tenten te hebben waar je op kan vertrouwen. Winkels die begrijpen wat goed ondernemerschap betekend. Uiteindelijk verdienen die zaken daar meer mee, als ze meedenken met de klant, want je raakt niemand kwijt en mensen gaan vaker bestellen en ook groter, omdat ze je vertrouwen. Wie weet proberen we het nog een laatste keer, en zal dan een 5 ster review geven als het dan wel goed is. Bedankt voor het lezen van mijn levensverhaal.

Prima kapsalon en ander snel eten. Helaas wel prijzen aardig wat geïnflateerd laatste tijd en vroeger was bezorgen en ideal gratis én was er korting in de eigen app buiten thuisbezorgd om.

Ongezellige sfeer men kan er binnen absoluut niet eten . Afhalen bestellen en thuisbezorg. Geen idee hoe snel ze zijn met de bestelling thuis te bezorgen. De Kapsalon was oké bij afhalen dan . De zaak is wel wat duur.
