Domino's Pizza Rotterdam Ijsselmonde in IJsselmonde

I ordered a pizza on regular dough yesterday, but I received a pizza on a tortilla. When it arrived, it was rock hard and dry. If I had wanted a tortilla pizza, I would have made one myself at home. This is very disappointing and not what I ordered.

Domino’s Pizza Rotterdam IJsselmonde is exceptionally good in terms of service, with the most overwhelmingly helpful staff.

I ordered via the app, it was edible but really tasteless and I didnt understand why. If you are hungry and there is no other place to order, you can give a go, otherwise, this is not same pizza you might expect from regular pizzerias Delivery was sharply on time by the way

Wait time is ridiculous, teenager on the phone is rude and incompetent. Order from any other pizza place, probably would taste better anyway.

I order regularly from Domino’s Pizza IJsselmonde, but last Monday was a disappointing experience for the umpteenth time. I had ordered and paid for two dipping sauces with my order. Unfortunately, these were not included again. Because this is not the first time this has happened, I contacted the branch immediately. The employee on the phone indicated that the sauces would be delivered later. That is, of course, the minimum you should expect when something you paid for is missing. The problem, however, is that the sauces were only delivered about fifteen minutes later. By that time, my pizza was already largely cold. The dipping sauces are meant to be eaten with the pizza, not when the meal is actually over. I am not going to let my food cool down because of a mistake by the staff. What also bothered me enormously was the attitude on the phone. No apology was offered, and it seemed as if this was a perfectly normal situation. That comes across as particularly customer-unfriendly. Even with the subsequent delivery, only the sauce was handed over, without any form of compensation or gesture to make amends for the mistake. Mistakes can happen, but when the same mistake occurs multiple times and there is subsequently hardly any understanding or customer focus shown, it leaves a bad impression. Unfortunately, the service at this branch is far below par. Unfortunately, the service is not worth a single star!

I saw that the employees here work very hard.

You only come here to pick up pizza and not to eat it here, so I am giving this review based on that. The staff is often busy with themselves or colleagues instead of the customer, but otherwise I have always received good pizzas.

It took a long wait; the delivery person who brought it accidentally dropped a box of pizza, but luckily we got a new one! Unfortunately, the manager was acting unprofessionally by yelling at him in front of the customer... it happens. Left a tip for the inconvenience.

I asked the employee to make sure the pizza was cut all the way through, because I still had a 2-hour drive ahead of me. In that case, it's handy if it's simply cut all the way through. He said it was cut through properly, but that turned out not to be the case... Otherwise, the pizza was really top quality again, nice and hot and deliciously fresh. Compliments on that.

The food is delicious and the service is friendly, but the atmosphere is very empty.

Ordered two pizzas, got the second one free, and what do you know, I got a margarita at home for 19 euros? Blonde couldn't understand why I missed out on a second pizza. Worthless. I'm not used to that. And what do you know, the margarita was as salty as the Red Sea.

Terrible service and the staff is not customer-oriented and provides no service. They forgot an item and just said there is nothing I can do about it now, and they are not coming to bring it either.

Lousy pizzas. Two pizzas for €36 and they weren't even tasty. Never again.

Always delicious when I pick up

I ordered near closing time, but I picked up the pizzas myself. I couldn't wait. They stayed open until I got there!!! Great service!!

A waste of money. Bad experience with a late order. Yesterday at 9:58 PM, I was hungry and decided to order a pizza from Domino's, hoping for the usual quality. Unfortunately, it was a real disappointment. I ordered a Four Cheese and a Spicy Chicken Meatlover. Both were inedible. The Meatlover was far too thin and rock hard, and the Four Cheese was extremely greasy; you could literally see the grease floating on the pizza. I really regretted ordering so late. It felt like I wasn't getting a fresh or carefully prepared pizza as the last person to order. When customers spend money, you expect the food to be good, even right before closing time. This was a real waste of money. I won't be ordering this late again, and I'm not sure I'll be back anytime soon.

If you can't put the food in the oven until after 70 minutes, so after an hour, perhaps the restaurant should have implemented a hold on orders. At the very least, inform your customer. The food arrived after an hour and forty-five minutes.

I ordered four pizzas online, paid extra for a faster delivery, and still had to wait over 50 minutes. Then, upon delivery, I only received three pizzas because the delivery driver had delivered the fourth to the customer before me, so they delivered it second, even though I paid extra (but perhaps another customer did too). I then called, and after I mentioned my name, the person already knew what I was talking about, but they weren't even ready to remake the pizza. All I was told was, "They're busy. They don't bother trying to keep customers happy; they just try to fob you off over the phone." This wasn't the first time, but you give them the benefit of the doubt, but after today, I'll never order from this branch again. I hope the head office does something about this.

Food is great, customers just complain, stupid people

NEVER order a pizza here again, Crusts still raw on the inside, branch pulls its hands off. Says they can't do anything because the rest of the pizza is good. Also the person on the phone is not customer friendly at all, acts very bitchy on the line, People don't order here for the large amount you pay for your pizza, you can better go to a random shawarma shop and order a pizza there, at least they have decency if something is not right.

Waited 2 hours for our food. Everytime we called we got a different story. Wheres in the app we saw the bike parked at the same location for awhile. Until we had no choice to go get it ourselves Do better dominos TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY!!!

What a disgrace! Ordered food and still received nothing after more than 4 hours. The money? Of course not returned. When I was finally contacted by phone, it was as if I was speaking to a secret organization. Spoke to three different people who all claimed to be the manager. Serious? Are there no regular employees here? And then again, 2 of the 3 "managers" couldn't even speak decent Dutch. It is truly baffling that such a bad business operates under the Domino's banner. This is a low point for the entire franchise. If you're reading this, save yourself the misery and order somewhere else!

As always, 3 times nothing! I don't know how often to give a chance anymore. Only small children work there and they are brutal too! 2 pizzas but ordered for pickup and the time was clearly indicated. They have more than an hour to prepare my order on time. (And no, it wasn't busy! Because 3 delivery people were chatting with employees inside all the time) When I'm there I don't see anything on the screen. Another person came in and ordered 1 pizza while I was waiting there. And that person got his pizza before me, probably because they spoke the same language!! When I ask an employee about it, I get the answer: it still has to be made! I ask another employee and clearly indicate that I placed an order at 5:15 PM for collection at 6:30 PM and still see nothing on the screen. In response I am told that it was not yet 6:30 PM at that time (but it was 6:28 PM) Only then did she start taking my order I finally received my order at 6:45 PM. Again no sauce was added even though it was on receipt. Cheeky children! No customer friendliness! No service! You pay more than you get! Quality only deteriorates at this location!!!

Please look, my pizza is hard as stone and burnt, you can break your teeth the service is very rude and says the pizza is good I DO NOT RECOMMEND They wouldn't give the money back or make a new pizza because they said the pizza was good

Just ordered a pizza from Domino IJsselmonde and it was delivered quickly and hot! We are happy with our choice!

The pizzas at Domino are so delicious

Very poorly organised! I had to wait 1.5 hours for my pizza even though it said it would be delivered within 40 minutes. I called 3 times and 3 times they said your pizza is on its way and will be delivered within 5 minutes. However, after 35 minutes of calling, my pizza was still not there. The staff also made no effort to talk to you. I will never order from here again!

Not really well organized here. Things can always go wrong, but the way you solve them shows whether you take your work seriously. Placed order at 6:00 PM (pizzas & milkshakes and canned drinks) 6:30 PM pizzas delivered (drinks were not included) immediately indicated to the delivery person; he would ensure that the drinks were delivered again. Called at 7:10 PM to see if they were still arriving?? They are on their way it was said…. 7:50 PM at the door; with 1 shake instead of 2 and a can of drink. So not good again. Once again it was promised that the last shake would be delivered afterwards. It is now 9:00 PM; haven't seen anyone yet. It's all a shame; no more dominoes IJsselmonde for us. P.S. Pizzas themselves were good and hot.

They participate in the to good to go and offer two pizzas in size large for a great price and you can choose what you want on it. This means you have to wait a while because it is freshly prepared.

Tonight we received 5 free pizzas at the Maasstad hospital. We really appreciate the service. The pizzas were very tasty. Not unimportant: they were also warm upon arrival.

Ordered at 6:00 PM, called at 7:00 PM to find out where my order was, was told that it was busy and that they did not know when it would be delivered, so I went there myself at 9:00 PM (Feyenoord was playing) to cancel and ask for my money back. So 3 hours later!!! They understood, and I would get my money back within 7 days, I'm curious.

We have been waiting for our food for 2 hours and there is no answer when we try to call. What incredibly bad service!

This review comes after 20+ orders, so I know that they just flip a pizza, but the service, compensation and accuracy is very disappointing. Don't take count, don't solve or compensate for your problems, let a manager come on the line and then hang up. If you order here, go pick it up and wave them goodbye, you'll have a great dinner otherwise good luck (y)

Very bad, ordered a pizza, received nothing after 2 hours, contact was not possible, we were only talking. Then I contacted Thuisbezorgd and ordered through them. They went after it, Domino's continued to insist that the delivery person was on his way. After 3 hours I still haven't received anything, I called again for home delivery, followed up with them again, at Domino's they just plainly say that the order has been delivered, while I have been waiting for the food for 3 hours. It was not delivered again, because they continue to insist that they delivered it. Completely done with this, too ridiculous for words, bunch of scammers!!!

Toffe zaak, lekkere pizza's, en regelmatig stuntweek!

Gisteren pizza laten bezorgen bij goede vriend, 3 pizza's die lauw arriveerden. Slecht gesneden. Een pizza was een pizza Four Cheese, besteld met tomatensaus en ansjovis maar de tomatensaus zat er niet bij en geen ansjovis. Hier heeft iemand goed zitten slapen. Geen interesse om te bellen en de pizza te komen ophalen. Een wereld van verschil met de Domino Pizza van Vlaardingen (Westhavenkade). Die is geweldig.

Ik had een slechte review geplaatst, maar sinds kort heeft dit restaurant een nieuwe eigenaar. Ik hoop dat ze beter zijn nu. Nog niet geprobeerd.
