Friendly staff, but ultimately it’s all about the pizza. I used to be a regular customer, but unfortunately, the quality of the pizzas has deteriorated significantly lately (maybe the owners have changed?). The pizzas are very sparsely topped. The tuna pizza contains hardly any tuna anymore. Several slices consist only of cheese; it’s more of a margherita than a tuna pizza. At first, I thought it was a one-off, but this is now the fourth time. It’s a real shame. Hopefully, the old quality will return.

Had to wait more than an hour for my order... ordered well in advance, but way too many orders were accepted. Service is zero.

I ordered 2 pizzas and tomato sauce. Only one pizza was delivered. There wasn't even any tomato sauce. I called them, explained the situation, they said a pizza would be delivered and then hung up. The second pizza never arrived, but they did take my money. I called again, but they didn't answer. God's punishment. I will never order anything again.

Don't eat! Ordered online on Monday. Spoke to Wesley on the phone; the delivery person was Erasmo. Ordered 3 pizzas; 2 were completely black and burnt. The delivery person came to pick them up; after an hour I was called by Wesley, who doubted if that was the case, so the delivery person saw it and confirmed it as well. It all took a long time; the owner was supposed to call to refund the money. Wesley did not have that authority. This would never have happened on Monday; now it is Saturday night, worthless and bad. It is not about the money for me, but the principle. Looks like they need it, especially the owner. Good luck, tramp!

Like the one below (on occasion), I've also experienced this problem. Seriously, there's no place to sit; it's like pooping without toilet paper! Please provide seating; stools are also fine, or mats are also an option, which is also original.

Hi, Let me start with the wait time. There was no wait for me when I picked up my order! I walked 10 minutes, and when I arrived, everything was ready. I grabbed the pizzas while they were still hot and went home. I had two pizzas, both vegan. It's great that that option is available. When I got home, after eating my first pizza (which tasted excellent, by the way), I realized there had been a small mistake. I had two identical pizzas instead of two different ones. I called Domino's Zuidplein, and they resolved it. Glad it works out that way. Happy egg here. Keep up the good work, Domino's Zuidplein!

I had to wait two hours for my order, and I was yelled at very rudely, and the food was cold. I will never order from this branch again.

Tl;dr they were two hours late and took a slice of pizza out of the box. When ordering, I forgot to add the address. I think I entered it, but anyway. The delivery driver came here and drove back because the address wasn't there. They could have only been to three houses. Anyway, I can understand it; it's busy. I called the store, and they said they'd be back my way. After 40 minutes, still nothing. I called again and was told we'd be back as soon as possible. This was an hour and a half after ordering. Two hours after ordering, and an hour and twenty minutes after the first call, still no food or drinks. I called again. First, they said they didn't know where the order was. Then suddenly it was on its way because there's nothing left. Then he said we're not allowed to deliver much due to slippery roads, so today won't be possible, so we're canceling. They couldn't tell me whether I'd receive a confirmation email or not. They used to want a store credit, and I said no, my money back. I never received an email. A while later, a delivery driver finally showed up, but the pizza had already been eaten!! See the photo of how it was delivered. I'm even now doubting whether I received a smaller one. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has gone wrong. Last time, I had to wait over an hour for a cold pizza. The garlic sauce is often forgotten, so I don't order it anymore. I just want my money back.

I always ordered it and it was always very good, and now? It's a disaster, falling apart, stuck to the box... impossible to eat. I specifically ordered a pizza an hour late, and the pizza arrived as if it had been made an hour ago... a disaster...

Come on, it's Domino's, not a Neapolitan pizza place. Don't expect pizza messiah. However, for the price (half price on Wednesdays and Sundays), it's an absolutely excellent meal. Plus, the staff are polite and friendly, which is rare these days. For a cheap and quick takeaway pizza, this location is top-notch.

Food is good, but man the delivery service and how they speak is very bad , and lately the delivery service from start to finish outrageous. I don`t understand how hard can it be to deliver from point A to point B properly and in a reasonable amount of time as you advertise. If you want to organize something and expect to be in time I would not recommend at all this store

Ordered at 17:40, at 19:30 still no order received... Called at 18:45 yes your order has yet to be made incredibly bad, slow, and way too expensive... See photo there you pay €8.50 for a few cold fries with burnt junk on them how can you call that food ??? never again in any case.

Really not normal, I have never seen this kind of employees, food ordered at 5:40 PM, at 6:50 PM the food arrived completely cold and they forgot the milkshake that costs 5 euros (delivery man said he will go back to get it, which is didn't come anymore), I called them, they promised to bring me a milkshake, then called again at 8:00 PM and the employee said yes, yes, it's coming soon, it's busy, in the end it's already half past nine NOW after 4 hours after placing the order I I still haven't received a milkshake or my money back, and I certainly won't get one either! Waiting 3 hours for your pizza and dessert (live 2 km away). I would have been better off taking the plane to Milan, which takes 1.5 hours. Then I eat it fresh there and fly back... this is really not possible!!! The language used is also really unacceptable. Very bad thing. In the end everything got cold and limp. Such a shame.

Very little tomato sauce, and I miss extra affordable ingredients. Pizza is delivered after 1.5 hours, really cold and just not tasty and old. This is because the employees who work there cannot prepare a good pizza.

Pizzas are made like it's a crisis, can't find any tuna, just have a margherita here, and then you already pay extra costs with the deal, you get this nonsense, way too much sauce too.

I went to Ahoy and then to domino's, I ordered at a quarter to 5 and got my pizza at 6 o'clock, very bad service, I had to wait a very long time, pizza tasted very good

If you are lucky, the pizzas are sometimes tasty and fresh, but usually that is not the case. The dough was dry and tasted like it had been sitting there for a few hours. The cheese was not melted. I ordered a Lava Cake just for fun, so I will never do that again. See photo.. This is what it looked like when I opened the box. The cake itself is completely dissolved in the chocolate sauce into a pulp. It was more like a chocolate porridge than a cake… Edit: they offered me a free pizza, lava cake and a drink as compensation. I think that's neat.

Don't go here. The person behind the counter was rude and unfriendly. The people in the kitchen were screaming / shouting at each other. Couldn't wait to leave. And, the pizza wasn't that great.

Bizarrely bad company, it took an incredibly long time before I finally got my food and when I called the staff didn't seem to care. In the end I had my order, but it turned out that they had given me completely different things. I will never order from here again.

Ik heb om 19.22 een pizza besteld het is nu 22.29 en de pizza is er nog steeds niet, ik heb al 3 keer gebeld en laatste keer zeiden ze dat het 20 min zou duren om 21.40. Ik vind dit niet normaal. Ik woon 5 min met fiets van de winkel vandaan dus snap niet wat er zo moeilijk is.Ik begrijp dat het druk kan zijn maar het is beter om de pizza zelf temaken dan hier tehalen.

Stonden ruim binnen een half uur voor de deur, netjes! Rond 1800-1830u bestellen duurt bezorgen vaak langer. Helaas viel de loaded fries wel tegen. Alsof die al een uur op een klant had staan wachten. Pizzas waren praktisch zoals op de foto, goed warm en smaak was top! Bezorger was geen tienerjongen maar een vlotte jonge meid, wat ook zeker een groot pluspunt is. Meestal zijn het ongemotiveerde, sloeberige jonge gasten met oordoppen in. Blij met de frisse uitstraling van deze bezorger! 4 sterren omdat de loaded fries tegenvielen en de site bleef hangen en bevestiging per mail of SMS uitbleef. Verder snelheid en pizzas: boven verwachting!

Pizza bodem vrij droog. Koeriers op stap sturen met een leeg pinapparaat. Bezorgers uiterst vriendelijk. Wachtijd redelijk kort.

Gewoon een goed eetbare pizza. Niet super, ook niet slecht. Wel zelf afhalen, want ook al woon ik dichtbij, ze doen er best lang over. Als ik het alleen maar zou laten brengen zou de service laag uitvallen.

Ik zou het niet weten. Ze staan open maar toch ook niet dus heb mn pizza nooit gekregen. Jammer dat ze zo snel dichtgaan ook.

The online ordering function is faulty. I have always wanted to add extra ingredients to my pizza but it doesn't allow me to. End up with the default pizza every time. Besides, if you don't select the pay right away online option they might miss your order.

Cześć!, Naprawdę bardzo polecam to miejsce, przyjazna atmosfera,super obsługa - naprawdę daje radę. Wystarczająca ilość dostępnych 🍕 w menu oraz na plus lokalizacja zaraz obok hotelu pracowniczego! Gdy by dawali zniżki dla stałych klientów było by idealnie !

LET OP als je erheen gaat om daar te bestellen moet je zelf vragen of je pizza al klaar is. Deze mensen zijn ZO druk, dat ze zelfs geen tijd hebben om te zeggen dat ze het te druk hebben om om te roepen dat je pizza klaar is. Pizza was wel lekker, maar inmiddels lauw. Daarom 2 sterren

Snelle service, betere pizza's dan de gemiddelde Domino's vestiging.

De werknemer had mij per ongeluk de verkeerde bestelling gegeven. Toen ik thuis kwam gelijk gebeld toen ik het zag. Ze hebben gelijk goed gemaakt door nieuwe pizza te geven en mocht de verkeerde ook houden. Dus 2 gratis pizza's

Pizza's zijn lekker, ondanks dat ik op tijd was om op te halen, moest ik nog steeds 15min wachten. Dat was minder leuk.

Bestel hier vaak. Domino's blijft toch gewoon de lekkerste pizza. 👍🏻

Wat valt er te vertellen over een afhaal-pizzeria?! Behalve wanneer het barslecht zou zijn, dan was het dat. Maar, de pizza's zijn over het algemeen prima. En dat voor zulk jong personeel. De zaak zelf is kaal, zonder zitmogelijkheden en dergelijke. Het is dan ook écht alleen maar afhalen geblazen... én ze bezorgen natuurlijk óók! Een keer geen zin om te koken, geen trek in chinees, kapsalon of friet? Dan kan men gerust naar Domino's Pizza nabij het politiebureau op Zuid!(nabij wc. Zuidplein.

Altijd goed. Alleen de openingstijden mogen wel weer naar de tijden van vóór corona gaan....

Lekker betaalbare pizza's. Niet heel bijzonder maar vrij snel klaar

Family Pizza Tonno afgehaald. Goede smaak alleen de rand was niet belegd. Was wel precies op tijd klaargezet.
