The food was ice cold, the service was bad because they didn't care about anything, and when I said they hadn't brought my order to me, it took another 3 hours. For me, this was not a good place.

I have truly never experienced anything like this; I’ve been waiting for my pizza for almost two hours. And every time I call, I get someone on the phone who says, "Yeah, I’m not coming." I really don't know who you ordered from, even though I ordered on their website, and then I get, "Sorry, of course. We are going to send it to you now." It’s two o’clock now, and I’ve never experienced such rude staff.

The whole shop is falling into disrepair, what a shame.

First, the pizza stone was cold, and second, there was a delicious red hair baked into one of the pizza slices. It was awful. But I called, and a new pizza arrived, which was still warm, so it was resolved well, except for the red hair. 🤮

Took an hour, and according to the tracker, it sat there too long. Freezing cold, super thin base. Poorly topped. Waste of money.

Waited an hour and fifteen minutes for lukewarm pizza and a bland meal. Paid 36 euros. Terrible, terrible.

I've always been a big fan of Domino's, but I don't know what they're doing lately. Products are forgotten, delivery takes 1 to 2 hours. The food is cold.

They always make mistakes. They're slow to resolve problems. The wrong pizzas were delivered today. It's been an hour since they promised to make a new pizza immediately and deliver it as soon as possible. They're now unreachable by phone. This location is a real disgrace to Domino's. They're also always stingy with toppings. Where other locations normally top their pizzas, Zevenkamp tries to put as little topping as possible on them.

It was a good company until they delivered my pizzas to my neighbors. I'm still owed two free pizzas, which I'll use up, and then Domino's will be crossed off my list. Worthless company.

SO BAD!!!!!!!! I'm not eating raw pizza!!! You can't do your job properly, and you can't even give us a refund?? WHAT NONSENSE!!! Either give us new pizzas or give us our money back. I don't care if the oven is already cooked through; this is unacceptable. Such terrible service, and the prices for a pizza are outrageous; they're so small!!

An urgent order for 30 pizzas for a meeting with hungry doctors was handled and delivered very quickly and with great consideration.

My daughter and I always have pizza between dance and swimming lessons. Always good. Tip from Flip: girls get their hair put in a ponytail. Otherwise, it's a great place, easy and fast, and the staff is friendly.

The customer was friendly, but we got potato wedges instead of oven fries just before closing time. I tried calling but couldn't reach anyone. Too bad. Otherwise, it was fine! Edit: Cinnastix instead of cheesy bread in a pizza box, unbelievable...

Ordered €150 worth of pizzas. They didn't deliver at the specified time. They didn't answer the phone. After calling for the umpteenth time, I drove to the store. It turns out the phone had been deliberately taken off the hook. They were busy. The manager was unavailable. I'll never order from them again. Terribly poor service.

Always good, food always arrives hot and usually within 35 minutes. This time the order (pepperoni pizza) was delivered within fifteen minutes, really great! Tip: order through the website for free points; you get 10 per order, and with 60 points you can choose a free pizza 😉

We ordered 4 pizzas and some chicken fingers. 2 pizzas with shawarma, and now, 2 hours later, we're still looking for the shawarma. Also, the tuna on the pizzas was "tonno," even though I think it had swum away. Unbelievable, they've inflated the prices and delivered nothing. NEVER AGAIN!! It was a last resort, because our own pizzeria was closed on Mondays. But NOT recommended!!!!!!!

Got a thickshake yesterday and suddenly felt nauseous and dizzy. I threw up a lot and apparently had food poisoning. I'm never going back and am actually suing for damages.

I've ordered from here many times, and they're always good. Last night, however, we had a complaint about the condition of the pizzas when they arrived. I contacted Domino's, and they handled the complaint very well and sent us new pizzas.

The food here is great. I find the service here very disappointing. Always pay attention when you pay here. Every time they forget to take the discount off. And that every time again. Or they indicate that it is not profitable and that it is not at their location. There are always excuses.

I give 1 star but even this is too much, the food is so bad that both me and my girlfriend got sick from it. I would recommend New York pizza ten times more. What a horrible place and what bad food do you make when people get sick from it, BAH

Missed some things with my order, the delivery guy even said nicely that he forgot and would pick it up because he had more orders to go, but I never saw him again after that. What a way of doing business.

Sorry, never again. I have ordered from here a few times, but usually my pizzas have less ingredients than I ordered and paid for. Tonight after 13:45 I got my order and it turned out that there were too few ingredients for one of the pizzas. I called six times, but no one answered. It drives me crazy. I just pay what I adjusted for a pizza and don't get it. Too bad for the manager of this department, and too bad for Domino's with such staff.

If it is busy and you have few staff, say so. But don't promise that the pizza will be there within 40 minutes, while it takes an hour and a half and the pizzas were cold. And expensive too. I'm so angry!

So fed up with this establishment. They literally never make the pizza as ordered, nothing is ever right. Received two completely different pizzas again tonight. They look drunk there. If you have the option, go to another location.

I ordered a pizza at 5:30 PM for delivery at 7:00 PM. The pizza arrives 45 minutes later than requested. Cold The answer on the phone is “it's busy” if you can't plan an hour and a half in advance when a pizza should be ready, there is something logistically wrong in your tent.

Just received a chicken pizza with minced beef on it! Very bad because we don't eat beef. Received the wrong pizza, no apologies, nothing on the phone either. Even though I clearly said my name on the receipt. Apparently this is too difficult for the people at Domino's. Because the Domino's system works perfectly, but it is the employees who make those stupid mistakes. 2 stars because it was resolved well by means of a voucher over the telephone.

I have been a satisfied customer for years. In recent months the pizzas have either been soggy or have been left for too long that they are tough. What I find retarded are the extra delivery costs. Pity.

Last time I ordered pizza here, super soft pizza, way too much cheese, making it as greasy as a fryer and falling apart... nothing not crispy...

Ordered 4 pizzas to take away, 2 of which were shawarma pizzas. When I got home I saw that there was no sauce on the shawarma pizzas. Of course I'll call... yes, we'll bring the sauce right away... 20 minutes later the sauce arrived and you guessed it... pizzas are cold... normally never really any problems... so this time it's a mess.

Pizza besteld in de winkel, 10 minuten was die klaar zeiden ze, vervolgens 35 minuten gewacht. Persoon die mijn bestelling opgenomen had stond er ook gewoon nog en er waren maar 2 klanten binnen. Na 35 minuten toch maar gevraagd of die al klaar was. En jahoor daar lag ie in het rekje, maar aan de pizza te zien lag die er al minimaal 15 minuten. Twee verschillende pizzas die haast niet van elkaar te onderscheiden waren. Smaak goed, maar nogal eenheidssmaak (kaas/tomaat).

Afgelopen week voor het eerst gegeten in dit filiaal van Domino's. Had weer een lekkere sandwich tonijn met een thickshake erbij besteld. Heerlijk van genoten. Mocht ik weer later in de buur zijn dan kom ik zeker weer langs. Mvg AH bezorger.

Pizza was helemaal dik met die blom en teveel zout kwaliteit van het eten was echt slecht ik ging tijdens sluit waardoor ze misschien snel hadden gemaakt die pizza maar wel slecht snel gemaakt ik denk niet dat ik weer hier gaan bestellen.

Zoals altijd chaos met enkel jongeren waarvan een paar hun best doen er iets van te maken maar de rest vooral interesse in hun telefoon heeft een niet in klanten. Maar verhouding lang wachten dus op een pizza die al lang klaar lag.
