New York Pizza in Charlois

On Sunday, September 28th, around 7:06 PM, I called New York Pizza. I was helped by a young man who completely ignored my requests, didn't let me finish speaking, and was also very rude and impolite. I find this behavior unacceptable. Furthermore, the delivery didn't go smoothly. The order was delivered to the wrong door, and I was missing a Fanta. Only after I pointed this out did the delivery driver have to go back to get my Fanta. What made the situation even worse was that I asked the delivery driver who I'd spoken to on the phone. He laughed at me and refused to give me the employee's name. I find this very disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand that it can be busy, but that's no excuse for treating customers this way or for delivering an incorrect or incomplete order. I kindly but urgently request that you take appropriate action to ensure this doesn't happen again.

I've been ordering from NYP for quite some time now. But the one time I had issues (pizza delivered at the incorrect address), their customer service did nothing to help me. They never gave me my money back nor offered something in return. They have good pizza, but horrendous customer service. It's a shame.

You need to update the open hours. It say "Open 12am" But now they are closin.

1 star is already too much for this branch. The lady in charge was scratching her ear and then went to make pizza, she was so smart, yuck! And another lady was actually on the phone where she also makes pizzas! You take that count with you after going to the toilet and you sit on it while making pizza omg! Threw away the food! That young guy was doing just fine. But hygiene and those nasty girls ensure that I never come here

We order once in a while via thuisbezorgd and it’s always quite fast and the crust is really good. I think it’s not a cheap pizza but as for the type of mainstream fast food it’s tasty

Ordered and paid via the website, the food was ready exactly at the pick-up time I selected. I came in and less than a minute later I was back in the car with the food.

I didn't like that pizza very much, the edge tasted quite salty and cheese/gorgonzola was minimal. In the photo it is richly filled with gorgonzola, so I feel cheated. I said there will be just as much, he laughed a bit scornfully and said no! So! I tried it out first, but I... never need it again. Better go to the Italian. A lot better in taste!

The girl behind the counter doesn't even let you talk normally when you want to place your order. Then you have to wait a very long time (more than half an hour). While she says that it will be ready 'in a moment'. Then half of your order will also be forgotten. Pizza is also missing half of the toppings. Definitely not worth repeating.

Kennelijk is de sfeer goed daar ik zou het niet weten omdat ik er nooit geweest ben , maar aan de pizza,s en bezorgers herken ik dit wel ik bestel al een tijdje bij hun , en altijd goed , warm en vriendelijke bezorgers die hun best doen , zie mijn beorrdelen elders , ik geef niet zomaar 1 van de beste zaken van Rotterdam zuid
