New York Pizza in Charlois

Scammers. According to both their own website and Thuisbezorgd, we were supposed to receive a bottle of Ranch per pizza. Initially, we received nothing; after a phone call, we managed to get one bottle with difficulty. (They initially didn't even want to give it to us), but according to the promotion, we are entitled to two. When we called again, they came up with a strange story that it hadn't been updated on the Thuisbezorgd website yet and that you only get one per order, but it isn't on their own website either. A strange story and just not professional.

I ordered here at 10:15 PM, then at midnight the food still hadn't arrived. I got a somewhat younger girl on the phone who indicated, without asking for my address, that the order would be there in 3 minutes? I confronted her about this; after she asked for my address, she said it would take 10 minutes. I waited an extra 45 minutes for it to be delivered. A cold pizza and they had forgotten the drinks. Worst place ever. Never order here, strongly discouraged!

Two bickering teenagers behind the counter and no manager to speak to them about it. The woman standing inside with her electric scooter also blocked my access. Furthermore, that woman was not spoken to about her loud phone conversation. The lasagna I ordered was way too salty.🤮

Well and tastefully prepared! Much better than the one from Carnisselande!

Made an order on uber eats, order never arrived. Called and they told me they did not receive the order, uber eats told me they wouldnt refund even though i didnt receive anything. Wasted 20 euros and from reviews i can tell this has happened to multiple people. Please avoid and do not use.

New York Pizza is a flop in Urk, but we decided to give it a try in Rotterdam this time, and boy, was it fantastic! Great toppings and fast delivery. Highly recommended, as can be seen from the number of orders at this branch ❤️❤️❤️

I ordered a pizza that came without cheese, even though three types of cheese were mentioned in the recipe. The delivery was fast, the guy who delivered was friendly and I'm sorry I didn't have cash for tips, but the price of 17 euros is too high for a dry pizza, without cheese and without salami.

On Sunday, September 28, around 19:06, I contacted New York Pizza by phone. He laughed at me and refused to give the employee's name. I find this very disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand that it can be busy, but that is no excuse to treat customers in this way or to deliver an incorrect and incomplete order. I kindly, but urgently, request that you take appropriate measures and ensure that this does not happen again in the future.

You need to update the open hours. It say "Open 12am" But now they are closin.

I've been ordering from NYP for quite some time now. But the one time I had issues (pizza delivered at the incorrect address), their customer service did nothing to help me. They never gave me my money back nor offered something in return. They have good pizza, but horrendous customer service. It's a shame.

1 star is already too much for this branch. The lady in charge was scratching her ear and then went to make pizza, she was so smart, yuck! And another lady was actually on the phone where she also makes pizzas! You take that count with you after going to the toilet and you sit on it while making pizza omg! Threw away the food! That young guy was doing just fine. But hygiene and those nasty girls ensure that I never come here

We order once in a while via thuisbezorgd and it’s always quite fast and the crust is really good. I think it’s not a cheap pizza but as for the type of mainstream fast food it’s tasty

Ordered and paid via the website, the food was ready exactly at the pick-up time I selected. I came in and less than a minute later I was back in the car with the food.

I didn't like that pizza very much, the edge tasted quite salty and cheese/gorgonzola was minimal. In the photo it is richly filled with gorgonzola, so I feel cheated. I said there will be just as much, he laughed a bit scornfully and said no! So! I tried it out first, but I... never need it again. Better go to the Italian. A lot better in taste!

The girl behind the counter doesn't even let you talk normally when you want to place your order. Then you have to wait a very long time (more than half an hour). Kennelijk is de sfeer goed daar ik zou het niet weten omdat ik er nooit geweest ben , maar aan de pizza,s en bezorgers herken ik dit wel ik bestel al een tijdje bij hun , en altijd goed , warm en vriendelijke bezorgers die hun best doen , zie mijn beorrdelen elders , ik geef niet zomaar 1 van de beste zaken van Rotterdam zuid
