Pick up at a closed door. No one seems to care.

Arrogant, snarky staff. They only delivered half my order because something was out of stock. No apology, just a reproach for not answering my phone after two rings. According to the employee, they could have found a solution for me. Now, it was my fault that they couldn't offer a solution, so I should have answered the phone. He also stated that I wouldn't get a refund. I was only entitled to a replacement, but according to him, I was too late for that now. The employee said that's just how it works and hung up.

Received 4 pizzas after 1.5 hours. Nothing was done to correct the mistake.

Eating and drinking behind the counter is antisocial, while customers look at you with pierced eyes.

I can't comment on the food, because even after ordering for an hour and a half, nothing has been delivered. Calling is pointless because they don't answer, and when they do, they hang up immediately. I could have spent my money elsewhere.

Always on time and the pizzas are nice and hot when delivered.

Very disappointed with my last order. The service was absolutely terrible – the staff seemed completely disinterested in preparing the order. As if they didn't care. When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold. No apology, no effort. And the taste? As usual: average, nothing special. But with such poor service, it tastes even worse. This was truly the last time for me.

Still waiting for my order and called 20 times, no response. Checked the reviews and i see everyone mentioned DO not order , too late for me but hope you check here before ordering

Very dry Pizza seems like prepare yesterday.I had ordered veg pizza from Dominos even before this but this experience really was the worst one, probably will avoid Dominos in future

For the price you pay (outrageous) there's very little meat on it, and the size is the same as a sponge cake. For a few euros more, you'd be eating in a restaurant.

Ordered via home delivery and the pizza was wrong and very cold

Fast delivery, but the pizza is relatively cold, not even cut, and the hotdog is tossed around in the box so much that all the sauce is everywhere except for on the bun and the hotdog is even upside down… main letdown was the pizza…

Order picked up, when I got home the icing of two portions of cinnastix was forgotten. When we called they offered to deliver this and when the delivery person was at the door we turned out to receive two completely new, still nice and warm portions! Top arrangement from Domino's on the Lage Land. 🥰

Ordered for pick up and it went well. It took 20min from ordering my medium pizza Perfect Pepperoni to it being ready. I also made use of the everyday promotion that they have, so the pizza was only €5.99. Pizza tasted good (typical domino's), cripsy bottom and pepperoni (not spicy). Overall, a good experience, the staff was friendly. Just know that there is very limited seating (only counter seating), so it is primarily for delivery and pick-up.

If you would like your food within 2 hours, you don't have to order here. Calling 20 times will also not be answered. Please do not order here, food also cold and chewy

Ordered here last time, waited an hour and a half and no one answered the phone. Eventually I was able to get on the phone at another branch and then was told that the branch had closed because there were too few people..., in the end no pizza and payment had been made. And haven't heard anything about how it will be resolved. Never again!

Delivery took more than one hour and half while our location is very close to domino! This delivery time to fast food is not acceptable! If you crave for pizza, better not order from here. Unfortunately no more orders from us…

Thin and crispy. Rather dry, tasteless and cold.

My order was without the extra topings and sauce that I paid for. The lava cake was completley smashed. And customer service take on the situation was "we will forward the information to the location".... Highly disappointing experience.

The fact that a fast food pizza is already more expensive than at a real pizza place is strange, but getting bad service on top of that is just bad. I ordered a pizza for 18.99 and one piece was eaten by the staff. (And then stick it back so it doesn't stand out). I called the company for this and at first I was blamed for it, but then I was promised compensation. Never seen or heard of it again. 1 star is already too much. Furthermore, they are often late, things are forgotten and the food is therefore usually cold. When it wasn't too expensive, this was forgivable. Not anymore. I would like to order from a real pizzaria. I only lost 15 euros and had genuinely good food that was delivered hot and on time, you are also helping local businesses 🙃

Food was terribly bad!!! Raw dough. Way too much cheese! My girlfriend got sick and started sweating and vomiting so food poisoning! What are you doing there? Making spoiled food???? Then you call and they come with a coupon. Well, of course we will never order from here again! You can keep that coupon for yourself!!!

Always a hassle! Pizza took a very long time, staff clearly cannot handle crowds. Pizza is still half tough and cold, taken out of the oven too quickly! Next time to another branch

Sweet young lady who helped us with the order. But if you say something to the arrogant young lady with the tattoo, blond hair and glasses who dropped her glove on the floor and simply puts it back on to prepare the pizza you ordered, the devil will come out of the box. There is no longer a bag for the 4 pizzas I purchased, which happened to be empty while her colleague was about to grab 1 from under the counter. And when you stand at the door, people clearly talk about you because you are not suddenly looked at by the staff. And when you step inside, this is of course denied and you are asked with an arrogant tone to leave the business. So never come to this dirty, smelly place again

Just DO NOT order here, always problems. Then they don't have it in stock again and they forget to deliver your drinks again. Placed an order, then it is delivered and I do not receive my drink. The delivery person wants to walk away and I indicate that I have not received any drinks and his response was: pfff, don't be serious. Order was delivered around 9:30 PM and at 10:00 PM they close and guess what... no drinks, no money back and nothing more. And then I haven't even mentioned the fact that you pay 4 euros and then get 12 pathetic fries. SCANDALOUS.

Ordered a pizza, apparently something went wrong, I clicked on delivery, but that didn't go well, I was called at what time I was coming to pick up my pizza, and I was completely surprised. It was also closing time. Solution laundry can be delivered but costs extra 8.50 euros, so never mind, pizza was already made and then you pay extra. I called Pizza New York, they delivered right away even though it was later and I had an extra Jerry, that's service.

Een pluim voor de medewerkers in de winkel op zondagavond 24 juli. Er is duidelijk onderbezetting maar ze werken ongelooflijk hard om alles op tijd af te krijgen! Chapeau!

Zojuist twee pizza’s besteld, anderhalf uur bezorging en ze zijn koud, taai en droog. Alsof ze twee maal de oven in zijn gegaan. Helaas is het niet mogelijk om telefonisch feedback te geven, er wordt niet opgenomen. Dus hierbij online feedback.

Tijd lang gewerkt, geen problemen ondervonden. De pizza's zijn lekker en het personeel is goed gezind. Levertijd is snel en pizza's zijn altijd warm

Service is snel personeel is vriendelijk en de bezorging is ook goed pizza's komen goed warm aan bij de klant en bezorging is ook echt snel.

Service super snel ik heb me pizza binnen 10 min in huis gekregen, alleen de pizza was te vettig en de topping gleed er gewoon af.

Bezorger excuseerde zich dat hij te laat was. Hij was er binnen 40 min. Dit vind ik niet te laat maar aardig snel, en dat nog in een tuinhuizencomplex.

Super goed en vriendelijk geholpen door Bo! De pizza en de shake zijn goed bevallen. Snelle service ook!

Bijgewerkt: kreeg binnen een dag tekst, uitleg en verontschuldiging over de reden van de tegenvallende service en daarom hierbij de review bijgewerkt. Oude review: "2 pizza's met spek en ui besteld om vervolgens 5 stukjes spek te krijgen op de ene pizza met 6 slices en 6 stukjes spek op de andere pizza. Per slice ook slechts 2 stukjes ui. Veels te weinig voor wat je er voor betaald. Bij 3 keer bellen naar de winkel wordt er niet opgenomen. Zeer teleurstellend."

Het lijkt erop dat dit Domino's filiaal iets rijkelijker belegt en met net iets meer toppings aan de pizza's toevoegt dan andere filialen in de omgeving. Eens in de zoveel weken haal ik een stapel pizza's voor mijn collega's en onze voorkeur is nu echt dit filiaal gebleken. Onlangs waren ze plots gesloten (vanwege uitzonderlijke tot extreme hitte in Nederland), daarna was iets met de betaling blijven hangen maar dit werd dik gecompenseerd in pizza tegoed! De dag zelf zijn we in Capelle aan den IJssel pizza gaan halen om dat we op het werk onze Pizza Friday hadden, echter bleek na een paar weken nogsteeds de betaling te blijven hangen. In ons voordeel hadden we een met het tegoed eens een gratis Pizza Friday kunnen vieren! En wederom gewoon met lekkere belegde pizza's, goede toppings en niets bespaard omdat het 'om gratis pizza's' zou gaan. Het personeel is ook erg vriendelijk in dit Domino's filiaal, dat is in andere filialen soms ook echt anders. Daarom met dit alles mijn 5 sterren beoordeling!

Pizza's konden binnen 10 minuten afgehaald worden. Top!

Goede Pizza Hawai afgehaald. Snel klaar en goed geholpen.

Er was al super Italiaan 6 meter verderop, dus eigenlijk alleen maar overlast v d snelrijdende elektrische fietsen. Wel veel beter dan scooters die als wegpiraten racen, maar die hoort men wel aankomen. Na opening jaar geleden pizza genomen, veel te zout en vulling was erg minimaal. Kan er ook alleen cashloos afrekenen. Zie er wel veel mensen dozen pizza ophalen, maar die hadden beter 6 meter verder binnen kunnen lopen.
