Nice place, clean, good food, friendly staff

I’m absolutely furious about this. I ordered through Thuisbezorgd and selected vegan cheese. There is no option on Thuisbezorgd or Uber Eats to separately remove the mozzarella, so I also left a very clear comment on the order: “I hope that I selected the correct option, but I’d like only vegan cheese on it. No mozzarella, only vegan cheese please.” The pizza arrived and I ate about half of it before I started wondering whether it actually contained dairy. I called the restaurant, and the person I spoke to told me that he had mixed mozzarella with the vegan cheese because “it didn’t say no mozzarella.” But it literally did. It says, word for word: “No mozzarella, only vegan cheese please.” And even aside from the comment, I honestly don’t understand the logic here. If a customer selects vegan cheese on a pizza that normally comes with mozzarella, surely the obvious assumption is that the vegan cheese is meant to replace the normal cheese, not be mixed together with it. Otherwise, what is even the point of offering vegan cheese as an option? But in this case there wasn’t even room for interpretation, because I specifically wrote that I wanted no mozzarella and only vegan cheese. I’m lactose intolerant, so this is not just an annoying topping mistake. I ended up eating half of a pizza containing dairy because my order instructions were ignored. Please take dietary requests seriously and actually read the notes customers leave on their orders. This was incredibly careless and completely avoidable.

Two of us shared two extra-large pizzas and several drinks, sitting in a tiny space where the pizza boxes were so big we couldn't even open them. They were delicious. The only truly unpleasant thing was that after we'd finished eating, we asked for a glass of water, and the young man who served us there in Rotterdam's old town told us he didn't give out glasses of water to anyone because he was working and couldn't waste time. We were speechless, because he was also incredibly rude. We would understand if we hadn't eaten there, but between the two of us, we'd eaten a lot. He told us not to waste his time, turned away, and left my friend, who wanted the water, talking to himself. Disappointing.

Ordered via Uber Pizzas were tasty Delivery driver was late and therefore gave a free drink, very friendly.

I have never eaten such a bad pizza! I ordered two pizzas, one of which was baked so poorly that it was one big ball of dough. The pizza dough ball was not rolled out sufficiently to form a proper base, leaving it too thick and very small. I had asked for the pizza to be cut, as we had to eat it on the way. The pizza looked cut, but not properly and not completely. So the pizza had to be torn, with all the consequences that entailed, causing the pizza ingredients to fly in all directions... What should have been a delicious pizza turned into a complete disaster...

Nice place, good pizzas. But unfortunately, the delivery drivers were extremely rude. Too bad I don't have a doorbell camera; tonight's delivery would have done well on Dumpert. No more Domino's for me, unfortunately.

I ordered food an hour and a half ago and paid almost €30. My order never arrived, and no one was available. How can I do that?

I wanted to have a pizza delivered to an outside location, but that was all difficult and had to be done through the website because paying by card or cash...that's obviously no longer possible in 2026...

Ordering in at this Domino's is a perfect way to do intermittent fasting. Yet another set (according to the other reviews) of pizza's that is arriving 2+ hours later.. Please think twice before you order here.

Poor service, waited two hours for pizzas, called several times, food was constantly on its way, but after calling four times, the wrong (cold) order was delivered. Don't order on Friday anyway; it's not worth it.

Check your receipt carefully when picking up your pizza. I sent my daughter to pick up her pizza. They overcharged her. I called once and went by. They said they'd refund her. And after two weeks, I still haven't seen anything.

The pizza I ordered looked awful! I think the delivery person fell, see the photo, and I thought I'd call, but this guy was just glad to be rid of it!!! Not my problem.

I contacted them several times, and they always said I would get my money back (AFTER AN ERROR ON THEIR PART WHICH MEANT THAT I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PIZZAS), and yet I still haven't received my money back and haven't even had a pizza in my hand? This is absolute madness.

Well we like domino’s pizza but for some reason they don’t deliver in our place which is literally 5 min by bike . This is unacceptable

Food came 2:30hrs after ordering. The “kickin chicken” 13 piece had 3 pieces of odd looking chicken and 10 obviously incorrect pieces of chicken THAT DO NOT EVEN APPEAR ON THE MENU. Unsure what goes on in that kitchen but cooking and baking is certainly not one of them. I would recommend eating sawdust or perhaps drinking lead paint than ordering from here.

Ordered food last Saturday. It never arrived. Domino's blamed Uber, who claimed to have delivered it. It's an unreliable service that apparently gives food to random people. I didn't receive any food or refund. Sorry, Domino's, but you share the blame for this.

We will never order from here again via the Domino's app. Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes and called 5 times and they didn't answer.

Ordered 2 pizzas at the bar to pick up. Waiting times board counts down from 25 minutes and slows down and stops at 7 minutes after 30 minutes. After sitting for 45 minutes, they only started making the pizzas. A total of an hour wasted waiting in the dominoes…

Very slow staff.... Pizzas would take 25 minutes (at a quarter past 9 in the evening, so not a peak time at all) and only after 45 minutes of asking where the order was were the pizzas even made. Ended up waiting an hour for 2 pizzas, worthless...

Quick and easy pizza, from meat, fish and vegetarian/vegan. For everyone there is something. Prepared exactly on your ordered time so you can quickly continue home.

As we waited for our pizza, our hunger did grow, But the minutes passed by, ever so slow. We couldn't wait longer, our stomachs in pain, So we made our own food, and cancelled our claim. But lo and behold, a knock at the door, Our pizza arrived, two hours after we swore. Too little, too late, our order was through, We sent it away, not knowing what to do. Two star for this service, so slow and so poor, Our patience was tested, our hunger ignored."

It took almost 15 minutes before someone approached me to ask if I wanted to pick up my order... I got eye contact every time, but they continued their work quietly. I was the only customer in the store…

There's something eternal about this case!! The delivery time doesn't work at all! If you order pizzas with a later delivery time, if you want food for a later time, you assume that the topping (ingredients) has already been reserved for your pizzas. It is scandalous that you are called at the delivery time, and are told that your pizza topping has run out!! you are then forced to order another pizza because your planning is completely confused in terms of the number of pizzas. Your delivery time will then be 30 minutes later, you will receive the pizzas, but the adjustment you made is incorrect! Everything is made as standard as they want, not how we passed it on. What is the point of working with the later delivery time if you are not guaranteed your order! "My" experience is bad at this location!!

Always late. I live 10 mins walk from the place but still they get it more then 30 minutes late from the delivery time.

Ordered pizzas for the boat yesterday. Called and received a friendly response and then ordered online. It arrived exactly at 7pm, the agreed time and the delivery person was very friendly! Pizza tasted good, so all in all a good experience!

I think the service has been so bad for years... every time there's a problem... the pizzas aren't too bad, but I think a lot can be done about the staff.

You order pizza from these idiots worth 35 to 40 euros, it is marked as delivered within seconds, but you don't get anything delivered, you then call these crazy people 1000 times and they just refer you to another branch 🤦🏽‍♀️ shame on you! NEVER AGAIN DOMINO NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NOTHING

This has to be the worst food ordering experience in my life. Ordered a Pizza Perfect Pepperoni (€ 12.48) at 7:50 PM and it was delivered cold at 10:10 PM and not really tasty. Of course the delivery person, to whom I still tipped, told me that they were very busy, but this is not a good enough excuse. The people who work at these types of places need to know that when someone places an order, they will wait a reasonable amount of time for it. In situations like this it means that the customer is essentially stuck somewhere waiting for their order, without really knowing when it will arrive (tracking is not a problem). It means that the customer's evening is completely killed. I will never order from Domino@s again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. After having had problems before. This time I did not receive my order at all. And this from a company like Domino's? Ridiculous. Branch inaccessible, pizza tracker disappeared after it was said to be 'in the oven'. Lost money and no food. Ridiculous.

Order placed via home delivery. After being 20 minutes late, he had to call 3 times before someone answered. The final score is that the pizza is almost an hour late with the wrong drink and I received zero compensation. Not solution-oriented at all and extremely antisocial.

I ordered half-half pizza (Margaritha and Chiken)... but only one third was Chiken and the bigger part was Margaritha. It didn't have enough sauce and cheese and didn't taste like a pizza. Send them my feedback and they gave me a 50% discount on my next purchase which will never happen again!

I placed an order online for collection at 6:30 PM, it was for my kids. Because there was no tram, they arrived at the later side around 6.40 pm, then they had to wait another 5 to 10 minutes for 2 pizzas and a sandwich. When ordering a sandwich, please do not clearly state BBQ sauce. Upon arrival back home, lots of BBQ sauce on my son's sandwich, called immediately, they would make new ones for him (45 minutes back) He was there at 8.25 pm, final score had to wait another 40 minutes because of what they said due to crowds, while I had neatly paid and ordered before 6:30 PM. and called immediately afterwards. So the final score was only received the correct sandwich 3 hours later!! Just ridiculous, busy or not, it was "your fault" and I'll just ignore the postponement and extra costs for double travel... His sandwich was already neatly ready, okay, but having to wait even longer is bizarre! Like last time... that's not how you treat customers!

Om half 7, 2 pizza's en een thick shake bestelt. Na 2,5 uur pas bezorgt, meerdere malen geprobeerd te bellen maar tevergeefs geen gehoor. Het enige wat ik ze meegeef is dat de pizza's warm waren.

De kip was heel zacht en bbq saus net zo vloeibaar als water en de thick was helemaal gesmolten hou t maar beter bij pizza.

Een sfeerloze pizzeria die totaal geen idee heeft in wat voor buurt is gevestigd. Delfshaven is zeer levendig buurt waar van alles gebeurt en mensen zijn druk in de weer. Vreemde openingstijd voor zo'n buurt, elke andere eetmogelijkheid gaat vanaf 12:00 uur of 14:00 open. Deze pas 17:00 uur. Eventjes snel stuk pizza halen voor lunch is niet mogelijk. Straalt niks uit, er is nog meer sfeer op de kerkhof. Doe iets aan de sfeer en ga vroeger open, het is drukke buurt, volop bezigheid en cultuur. Pizza's zijn vaak redelijk goed te doen
