They're now bankrupt! The building is still there, but it's completely empty 🤔!

The service and quality kept getting worse, and delivery times kept getting longer. They're no longer listed on websites like Thuiszorgd. You can still order from their own website, but only for pickup. Don't do it! The place has been closed for a while now, and they've removed their name. Ordering is a waste of money. It doesn't look like they'll be back anytime soon. Too bad, it used to be my favorite pizzeria. Edit: It's for sale and empty, so it definitely won't reopen.

Ordered and paid for food. When I arrived, the store was closed. Unreachable by phone and no other way to contact them... money gone.

They did take money through the bank, but didn't deliver anything. At first it was on its way, then called again after an hour and a half, suddenly there was no receipt and according to you, never received it, even though I do have it including a statement. The third time I called, I was ignored. This is fraud/theft!!!

Ordered two pizzas here, one with extra salami. The extra salami wasn't available. As compensation, we received two cans of soda and a bag of fries. Not what we asked for, but they do everything they can to keep the customer happy. Excellent service! But above all, the two pizzas were truly delicious, definitely worth 5 stars!

The business has been looking very dilapidated for the past month or two, as if it's closed permanently. However, people are still placing orders. It would be helpful to know if the business is temporarily or permanently closed.

I've been waiting an hour and a half for two Turkish pizzas. They're not answering their phone, so I'm going to have a chocolate sprinkles sandwich instead.

I was terribly ripped off. Ordered at 4:33 PM for 5:45 PM. The delivery driver arrived at 7:49 PM! The food was lukewarm and below-average quality. I once got a call from someone at 6:10 PM saying it would take another 20 minutes; then they were unreachable! Too bad; it used to be a nice little restaurant.

I ordered at 21:09. Called at 22:00 to ask when I could expect it, number no longer reachable. It was not delivered until 22:45 (I was already in bed). Delivery refused and indicated that I wanted my money back. Informing them about the long waiting time would have been polite. I have to file a complaint against them, but they cannot be reached by phone. It is becoming difficult this way. I have always ordered a lot from them, but this was really no service.

I don't know about the shoarma, but the pizza is really bad. Ordered Margherita, the base was way too thin and had been in the oven for too long. Baked completely hard, looked like a cracker with some tomato sauce. Almost no cheese on it. Use a bit more dough, a bit more cheese please and not too long in the oven when the base is 1mm thick. I felt sorry for my children.

Really got the worst food that exists. I had to wait an hour and a half for 2 pizzas and when they were delivered by thuisbezorgd the boxes were soaked wet because it was raining and those pizzas were just cold and wet from the rain. It just cost 24.30 and I threw it away! Very badly arranged there and they don't earn a euro from me anymore.

Mi order never arrived and the owner says he called me 10 times, but havent recieved any calls and on app it says it's delivered and can't recover my money.

Always been a regular customer, don't know if they have changed owners, but nowadays I have already received the wrong order 3 times in a row. Too bad because the food is fine, but apparently they don't bother reading orders properly.

I think the delivery people are very asso, they drive over the sidewalk and on the sidewalk here in Vreewijk and in terms of speed they are not normally fast. Every now and then you are almost run over by them.

I always order the same pasta formaggi. You can click on extras per piece. Delicious taste, hot, delivered within 30 minutes. And friendly delivery person. Plus you can order until late at night. Great ones!

I used to live closer to home when I ordered food here for the first time. Now I live a lot further away and I still sometimes travel specifically to get some food here. Love the food

The pizza tasted very good, the employees were very helpful and had a nice chat with us. They are open late which is ideal for a late night snack. All in all a good place.

Very nice place, just after a late Feyenoord match they take the time for you and have a nice chat with you. Wide range of different pizzas and döner dishes for a good price. Highly recommended, especially if you have a strong appetite at night. Very nice that they are still open so late. Top tent!

Ordered via home delivery for collection. This can be done after just 15 minutes. I was a bit early so I stayed in the car for a while. I soon received a call that the order was almost ready to pick up. So I said that's perfect, because I'm already at the door. Upon entering I received a smile and the explanation that it is very common for people to order to pick up, but this is an error when ordering. They expect it to be delivered, but then you have to pay attention to that when ordering... just like me 😁 Friendly people who show that they appreciate that you pay attention. It's nice that they call you to see if you will actually pick up the food. It also tasted good!

It's really not normal to have to wait an hour and a half for my pizza, but I said that no more is necessary, this is really not normal and when you call to ask, the person on the phone is still antisocial, as if it were my fault.

Pizza is tasty, sometimes dry, missing some herbs such as oregano and garlic. But otherwise okay. Not the tastiest pizza but okay. When you order pizza you always get garlic sauce, but if you order extra garlic sauce you only get 1. A bit strange. That's why we don't order there that often.

I ordered a kapsalon with chicken, I got two cartilages in it, ehh, the girl ordered a pizza with salami... and they should call it pizza with salt, you can't eat it

Ordered food for the 2nd time and once again did not receive what I asked for! and paid!!! Pizza salami with little cheese and well done. Just ordered again, as always, ETNA is number 1 in our home!!!! Great service!! The food is delicious, especially the hot wings and fries, which are a favorite of the children…. Opening hours are really ideal if you are hungry for good food late in the evening or at night!!!

Mijn complimenten aan Pizzeria Etna. Ik zou eigenlijk voor de veilige optie gaan, en dat is een Pizza Magharita. Pizza Shoarma is mijn favoriet, maar dat is tegenwoordig een grote teleurstelling bij de meeste Pizzeria's. Gelukkig heb ik me laten overhalen, want de Shoarma pizza was heerlijk en vol van smaak. Als ik weer in Rotterdam beland, dan weet ik in ieder geval waar ik moet wezen! Ook zijn het erg klantgerichte en vriendelijke jonge gasten! Ga zo door mannen! 👊🏾

Een lekker warme smakelijke pizza salami met extra kaas. Ben nooit anders gewend bij Etna. Jammer alleen dat er nu bezorgkosten berekend worden; alsook ontving ik geen gratis frisdrankje....

We have been here now twice to grab a pizza to go and eat it in the close by huge park. The staff has been friendly and very quick in preparing our pizzas. Extra wishes have been granted and the xtra garlic dip provided. But most importantly: the pizza tasted very delicious

De pizza's zijn altijd lekker. Het bezorgen op afgesproken tijd gaat vaak mis. Ze zijn of veelste vroeg (meer dan 25 minuten) of 15-25 minuten later dan de afgesproken tijd.

Ik ben kind aan huis bij deze zaak en altijd tevreden. De pizza's , Turkse pizza's en stokbroodjes die ik vaak afneem zijn top. Er wordt niet bezuinigd op ingredienten en de prijzen zijn goed. Hele vriendelijke en beleefde lui!

Voor de verjaardag van mijn zoon 8 pizza's besteld. Netjes op tijd en prima kwaliteit. In het verleden andere ervaring gehad, maar Etna heeft zich verbeterd. Genoten van mijn quattro formaggi mét extra champignons, olijven en uien (ik had artishok willen kiezen, maar die optie was er niet).
