We waited two hours for our order??? Bizarre.

I placed an order through Thuisbezorgd, but I haven't received the ice cream I ordered. The order is probably deliberately not closed on Thuisbezorgd so I can't get my money back. Thieves.

Come to the hotel didn’t ask reception our number , spoke to them said they would redeliver left my 12 year old son hungry and didn’t turn up , awful service don’t use

I came here for dinner today with some friends, and I'll say right away: eat here if you like a stomach ache. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, and I can tell you it had absolutely NO flavor. And then comes the worst part: all three of us got stomach aches IMMEDIATELY, and not just a few. So if you're thinking, "I want a flavorless pizza and a stomach ache!", then you've come to the right place!

Always order online and pick up at the store. Never had any issues, pizza is always good

Despite the fact that orders came in until late, you worked hard until closing time (and maybe even after) like real fighters.👏🏼💯 I saw that a young lady had actually finished her shift, but still stayed to support her team. Apologize when you forget to prepare an order. It doesnt take much effort.

This was the last time I will ever order from here. I always order at least an hour in advance for a specific time, not even ASAP, and every time they are way too late. The point of ordering at a specific time is that you get it at that time. Every time I have to cancel or I get a voucher for a free pizza, which then arrives too late. I even put in the note, *if it's more than 10 minutes late I have to cancel*, are these things just not read or something? This time it was 5 minutes before the delivery time when I called, the girl on the phone said, "yes, sorry, that's the next one." So it would have taken at least another half hour. Just read the delivery time or the note attached to it or just don't work with it at all.

Food is disgusting and they hang up the phone as soon as I wanted to order a peperoni pizza! Such a bad service that they have!! 0 stars if I could give that

Order on just est very bad service .. received our order 2hours later! They say they called but never received a call .. at the end we wait for them outside and they totally ignore us and nearly avoid us when we intercept them ..(order at 21h and received it at 22h45 )

Cancer tiefus pizza tastes like dog food

Every now and then I ordered a classic for the trek with pick-up. It is exactly what is shown and hot from the oven. So for a Dominos pizza it's pretty tasty.

Pizza didn't look like it was dropped. To be sure, I didn't eat it either. The frikandel pizza had no sauce. Tried calling the business twice but no one answers. Providing feedback about the order via the website also does not seem to work. The last few times there has been something every time, but this one was really bad.

they cannot speak Dutch and forget your order while a screen is displayed when it is ready, but that is not 100% and it is often turned off way too much sauce on pizza or none at all I go to New York pizza across the street, it's better and never again at Dominos

I order a 4 cheese pizza with extra mushrooms, I get a normal pizza without mushrooms. I call, it is being remade and we are now an hour further from the first ordering moment and of course my partner has already finished his pizza. I open that new pizza and what is it? Another basic normal cheese pizza. I call again and am told that this is the 4 cheeses they have now. It's literally a normal cheese pizza. A 4 cheese selection always has a gorgonzola or something like a blue cheese. Just don't sell it if you're not going to make it the way it's supposed to be made. So I am cheerfully told that it has 3 tasteless cheeses and emmental? Okay, that's not 4 cheeses. It is said that yes (the list it gave) there are 4 types of cheese. I hung up with a 'sorry not sorry'. Because someone doesn't call for nothing, if you also act smart. Will I be called back for what? It's already been an hour and fifteen minutes and I still haven't eaten anything because you change things to something incorrect and then start being smart about it. Like I said on the phone, I don't want to hear it. Luckily I ordered through Uber Eats because then I can at least get my money back. And you'll think: it's just a pizza. I'm really hungry okay. Wt d f man

The prices for the pizza are really good. I think it’s one of the cheapest pizza in Rotterdam and the quality is also good. It’s a good place to take away. You can also eat inside, but the atmosphere is not the best. Overall, I like it.

Waited 2 hours for my food and when it got delivered was the wrong order. Called to complain they said they would send me my order ASAP. Waited another hour and a half for it. So 3.5 hours to deliver the food. Do not recommend

Goed filiaal !! Enthousiaste medewerkers en lekker pizza's. Er zit een groot verschil tussen de verschillende Domino's filialen. Mariniersweg te Rotterdam is wat mij betreft één van de beste.

Friendly stuff but dubious taste

Goede pizza, lekker zitten, goed personeel. Op 5 juni na een dag hard werken wilde ik lekker rustig zitten en niet lang wachten op goede pizza die niet duur is. Missie geslaagd. De medewerker die rond 21.00 uur aan het werk was verdient een pluim: was was snel, netjes en vriendelijk.

Het was onder de maat voor wat ik van Domino’s gewend ben, helaas was de pizza en kip koud aangekomen en de smaak was slecht. Zelfs het Ben&Jerry’s ijsje had een soort verijsde waterlaag op de bodem, wat duidt op een erg oud of ontdooid en opnieuw bevroren ijsje. Erg jammer voor het geld.

Personnel pas assez professionnel. Les pizzas étaient bonnes

Lekkere domino's alleen worden de prijzen wel een beetje moeilijk weg gedraaid.

We'd originally planned on sitting in to eat but despite there being tables and seats, they had no customer bathroom to wash our hands or use the toilet etc so we decided to take the food back to our apartment instead. The food was fine, standard Domino's pizza. The service was quick.

Really good pizza gets pricey but if you hungry it's worth the money!

Zeer vriendelijk medewerkers van en lekkere eten

Complimenten voor deze zaak, met een jetlag en verkeerde tijdstip op telefoon bestelde ik een pizza. Kreeg later pas door dat dit voor tienen was en ze eigenlijk al dicht gingen. Na een belletje met medewerker Ari en duizend excuses van mijn kant komt er net een ovenverse pizza voor mijn deur. Dank jullie wel!

Zeer goed geholpen door een meneer met een hele lange baard! Pizzas waren helemaal top! Heerlijke dipjes!

Prima pizza en broodjes tijdens de actiedagen, anders toch te duur. Ik haal altijd af bij de mariniersweg. Één keer laten bezorgen. Blijkbaar niet van daar. Toen ging het mis. Uren gewacht tot we konden eten. Klacht uiteindelijk goed afgehandeld. Maar we laten nooit meer bezorgen.

Toen mn vriendin een keer perongeluk geen vegan kipstukjes aan haar pizza had toegevoegd, belden ze haar op om te bevestigen dat ze geen vegan kipstukjes wou "want dat besteld u altijd", en voegden ze gratis alsnog de kipstukjes toe. 10/10, beste pizzabezorgers van Rotterdam

Goede pizza, geen klachten over het eten. Er was een actie, tweede pizza gratis. Echter was dit niet bekend bij de medewerker achter de kassa, uiteindelijk kwam zijn collega helpen en is er wel een korting verrekend. Uiteindelijk heb ik iets meer betaald dan 1 pizza, dat is wel jammer.

Vegan pizza was ok. Therefor the extra star. But why less three is cause they make every pixza with fheir gloves, same time taking orders on the phone with same gloves, helping a guy with the pin machine with the same gloves, continuing with my pizza and other pizzas with the same gloves, that have touched other several places which has been touchend by hundreds or thousands other persons. So whats the point? Especially now with this corona. Thnks guys.
