A truly charming espresso bar! Honest smoothies and friendly staff! I had a wonderful time working here today. I'll definitely be back.

Exceptionally tasty decaf cappuccino!

This is literally the perfect small neighbourhood café! Very good quality coffee and a great menu variety. If you visit in the morning the entire café smells like the best freshly baked croissants. I love the entire warm inviting atmosphere here. In the morning it's also the perfect quiet place to read a book or do some work. The peanut butter-bowl here is my favorite! It's with amazing creamy yogurt, some sweetness from the banana and honey and crunchy flavorfull granola. It's a hidden gem locate right outside the city centre of Haarlem. Definitely worth a visit (or more ;) )

Great place in the neightbourhood to have a saturday breakfast. Greek yoghurt with granola made with love and coffee is really nice, good choice of beans and properly made.

This is a cozy restaurant. I was impressed by the delicious food and pleasant ambiance. Service was a bit slow, but this was because there was ONLY ONE excellent waiter who took care of EVERYTHING. I recommend this restaurant for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I just hope they find at least one other person to help.

Excellent neighborhood cafe. Great for lunch (toast, salads, etc.), breakfast, or just a coffee. The manager is very friendly, cheerful, and attentive. If you're in a hurry, don't hesitate to call ahead and specify your order so it's ready upon your arrival. For summer or sunny days, tables are available outside. Some people also come here to work (workplace).

This is another exceptionally attractive, cozy coffee shop where you will always receive a warm welcome from Ties, drink delicious coffee and have a fairly extensive menu for breakfast or lunch. One of our favorite places in Haarlem!!

We found this little cafe on the way to St. Bavo Cathedral. I have to say that I ate the best Italian-style focaccia here on my tour of Holland. The freshly prepared iced tea with mint is also excellent.

Delicious coffee! We live around the corner, so we regularly drop by for a coffee to go. The sandwiches also look delicious, so we will try those soon.

We have come to Haarlem on a Vacation and this Cafe has been our main spot for Breakfast and Lunch. The service is amazing and the food is delicious! We have tried multiple things on the menu and all have been amazing!

Local cafe, small and very quiet. As tourists, we liked being in a place where there were only locals. The coffee is good, as are the pastas and the cheese sandwich.

A hidden gem just outside centrum of Haarlem. The owner was super nice. The latte and cinnamon bun were Lekker.

Super leuke EspressoBar. De eigenaar is echt super vriendelijk en gastvrij. Alles wat je besteld wordt vers bereid! Aanwinst voor de buurt en zeker een must om eens langs te gaan!

Leuke espressobar verborgen in een wijkje. Kwam deze tijdens een wandeling tegen. Helaas geen ijskoffie op de kaart, echt een gemis in de zomer. Cappucino was behoorlijk prijzig (€3,10) voor een standaard meeneem kopje, niets speciaals. Geen koekje of glimlach, dat was jammer.

Hele fijne tent, met een super enthousiaste eigenaar! Wonen zelf om de hoek en komen hier heel graag. En bovenal ook heerlijk eten! Niks is te gek en maakt altijd wat op maat als je dat wenst. Zo run je je Espresso bar!

I and the other locals LOVE Gast. It's in my top 2 recommendations and the only thing preventing it from #1 is also part of its charm: it's a bit out of the way from downtown. For locals and commuters running through here it's a tucked away gem! The owners are friendly and helpful, the food and drink they serve are top notch and there's a real community vibe here which is so nice and so rare in a cafe.

A sweet spot. Great koffie, super tasty fresh sandwiches and baked goods. Very friendly service. Lots of natural light and tasteful interior make this place a great hangout to catch up with friends or to treat yourself to a quality break.
