I placed an order through Thuisbezorgd, but only received part of it. So I called Family, and I was on hold for over half an hour. What great service 😡😡😡😡. Last time I order from them.

Terrible service. An exploded shawarma roll was simply served. Sometimes, you simply weren't helped with the ice cream after staring at the ceiling for five minutes while they stood there doing nothing, and then they left. I tried again a few times, but I'll never come back here again.

I tried calling twice because my order hadn't been delivered in full. I was put on hold for half an hour once, and fifteen minutes once. They simply wouldn't answer. I sent an email afterward, but I didn't get a response. This was the last time we ordered anything from them.

Sauce is missing several times (for which you pay extra), and even snacks are missing. When you call, you're put on hold for half an hour, and they simply don't answer. Terrible.

Our company has been a regular customer at Family in Heemskerk for years. For years, we've been ordering a large number of croquettes every Friday afternoon for delivery at 4:00 PM. Since the new owner took over, the service has been extremely poor. Deliveries are often blocked because no one is available to deliver. We live just around the corner and always have a standing order. After a phone call, during which the employee yelled at me, we'll never be back. Such terrible service, especially for a regular customer.

One star is still too much. I didn't even eat here because the staff was so awful. So rude and unwelcoming. The atmosphere was strange. I got some delicious potato chips from Family Beverwijk.

Yesterday I ordered a double trouble burger, unfortunately I couldn't eat it because it contained small pieces of aluminum foil, shame on you, it's a waste of €9.95, I would like a refund. Because this is not possible, if I hadn't seen it, I would now be in the hospital.

I used to like it here, but what happened to the staff? Cosy is different, you don't feel welcome. Or was there a hidden camera?

My child get sick from the ice cream today,she gets serious stomach pain, diarree and red skin ,red face and spots,second time this happens but the first time i thought its my imagination but today i confirmed, btw the person who made us ice cream hygiene was speechless, his hands was like he just cleaned the WC

Normally always ordered here, but I just threw my order in the trash. Two chicken burgers at €8 each and the sandwich is not even half filled with chicken and half of the chicken is still raw-slimy or impossible to get through. And unfortunately this is not the first time. Very unfortunate..! A lot of money for little and something that can make you sick.

Very satisfied. Ordered food via home delivery. The food was delivered to your home 14 minutes after paying! Nicely salty fries, good burger and a fresh salad. I will definitely order here again.

What an incredibly bad tent. If you eat with three people, your food will be delivered in different stages. Even with a snack. Bear snack with peanut sauce was cold, so it was simply heated up in the microwave. Staff also discuss that this is not true. So a new snack in 1.5 minutes??? They even forget the milkshake on a children's menu. A little cheerfulness cannot be lost in that store, arrogance oozes from it. It's a pity that you have to enter a star, because it is actually -5. So bad, the food took an hour to be ready plus another 30 min delivery is excessively long. A few milkshakes had overflowed in the bag so the fries were covered in the milkshake and we had still tipped so that was crazy and stupid

Wij hebben Bij Brafour heerlijk gegeten. Goede bediening en voor een goede prijs. Een gezellige tent. Wij waren er met een mevrouw van 96 jaar. Toegang goed zeker voor een rolstoel en of rollator. Ik geef jullie een dikke voldoende.

Had dinner tonight. Food was relatively expensive for a snack bar, but tasty. We were very annoyed with the lady who served us. Grumpy not too frugal. Threw the plates on the table as well as the glasses and cutlery. I burst out laughing because it was just absurd. When my husband asked for mayo this lady replied with angry looks. What adolescent behavior. Away with that girl! No advertising for your business.

This is really not good they are so racist and the service is so bad. Well look me and my family came there and we each got a plate with only 10 fries or something and we are not from the Netherlands, so next to us there was another family who had exactly the same plate and they got fries on which it looked like it was almost fell off. It was that much and I asked for an ice cream, but my family and I didn't get a quarter of the container, and someone in front of us got ice cream almost bigger than her head. This is really not possible, I will never go there again. I can just say more things about this bad restaurant but I'm not going to waste my time on that. Really stingy.

De katsu sando besteld. Helaas zit hier een kip krokant schnitzel in die je gewoon in de supermarkt koopt… erg jammer en niet lekker.

the menu does not list any allergens nor list the ingredients, just the bare minimum you assume is on the plate. When you talk to the staff you are told to tell them how to do their job. meaning you have to assume the menu is incorrect just to get the meal you want! if you are allergic to something you might as well eat at another establishment with a detailed menu.

Voor de eerste keer thuis laten bezorgen. Haassate en cheeseburger menu. Verrassend lekker. Patat is ook heel lekker. De cheeseburger is echt een aanrader. Goed voor herhaling. 😋 (Op de foto’s komt het niet echt tot z’n recht)

De plateau Visque was zeer zeer teleurstellend taaie calamares. verbrande gambakroketjes waren koud van binnen. butterfly garnalen taai en pil pil gamba’s geen vleugje knoflook te bekennen. tonijn. zalm waren ook niet om over naar huis te schrijven en makreelmayonaise en garnalensalade waterig. Tosti zeer vettig, de rijst van de pokebowl hard en nog nooit zo'n slechte Katsu gegeten een japanner zou zich 3x omdraaien in zijn graf als hij zulke slechte Katsu zou serveren. Personeel luister niet naar klachten en is totaal niet toon geen interesse. Waardeloos nog geen 1 ster waard wat een ballentent.

Titel: Teleurstellende ervaring bij Restaurant Brafour Heemskerk Helaas moeten we concluderen dat ons recente bezoek aan Restaurant Brafour in Heemskerk allesbehalve bevredigend was. Vanaf het begin tot het einde was het een aaneenschakeling van teleurstellingen, en het lijkt erop dat de verwachtingen niet werden waargemaakt. De Goulashsoep, een gerecht dat doorgaans bekend staat om zijn rijke smaak en kruidige aroma's, was een grote teleurstelling. Het ontbrak volledig aan karakter en smaakte eerder naar een vage bouillon dan naar de hartige lekkernij die we hadden gehoopt. De Spare Ribs, een gerecht waarvan we hadden verwacht dat het sappig en vol smaak zou zijn, lieten veel te wensen over. Ze waren opmerkelijk droog en misten de heerlijke malsheid die dit gerecht kenmerkt wanneer het goed is bereid. Mijn vrouw en ik besloten om de proefschotel met kleine hapjes van de kaart te bestellen, in de hoop op een verscheidenheid aan smaken. Helaas was ook hier de teleurstelling groot. De zalm was droog en miste de sappigheid die je zou verwachten, en dezelfde kritiek gold voor de gamba's. Het leek alsof de gerechten hun essentiële kwaliteiten hadden verloren in de bereiding. De kinderen bestelden de Tomahawk-vlees met been, maar ook dit gerecht voldeed niet aan de verwachtingen. De kwaliteit van het vlees was gewoon niet goed, wat de algehele eetervaring aanzienlijk verminderde. Al met al is het jammer dat ons bezoek aan Restaurant Brafour in Heemskerk niet aan de verwachtingen voldeed. Het eten miste smaak, textuur en algehele kwaliteit. Hopelijk kan het restaurant deze tekortkomingen aanpakken, zodat toekomstige gasten een meer bevredigende culinaire ervaring kunnen hebben.

Goed restaurant goed om binnen en buiten te zitten vriendelijke werknemers het eten is erg goed voor een goede prijs binnen heeft het ook een goede uitstraling top plek zeker aan te raden

Meestal goed en lekker. Sommige medewerkers mogen wat meer lachen. Verder top! Alleen de ijs bekers, zijn wel erg prijzig.

Prima plek! Goed eten en zeker buiten zitten is prima. Binnen is het wel echt een snackbar.

Vroeger was het Schram nu heet het Family. Leuk ingericht alleen 1 kinderstoel uit het jaar kruik beschikbaar die niet helemaal veilig is. De grond is niet schoon. Daar kwam ik achter omdat mijn dochter wat had gekliederd met haar drinken dus ik maakte het schoon met een babydoekjes die was gewoon zwart...

Prima plek voor een lekkere snack of koffie/thee met appelgebak. Vriendelijk personeel en prettige prijzen.

Goede bediening alleen de prijsverhouding broodje frikandel speciaal op 15 cent na 5 euro belachelijk losse frikandel 240 ok maar 260 euro voor alleen een zacht bolletje met saus schaam je huzarenslaatje waar vlees in zit is geen huzaar
