Wow, what a pleasant surprise! This isn't "just" a snack bar where you can grab something to eat; there's also a cafeteria area. The menu is more extensive than you'd expect, and the food is simply delicious and certainly not overpriced. The service is friendly, fast, and accurate. The owner himself is super friendly. After a previous good experience, I returned and once again had a wonderful meal and the team working there was great. Fantastic, highly recommended.

The food was good, but the price was ridiculous. You order a burger for about €5, fries with mayo for less than €3, and a coke, and then they brought me a bill for €16, but they couldn't give me a real reason. This was the first and last time for me. A shame, because the food itself was good.

You have a snack bar and you have the Family in Nieuw-vennep. You come in and you feel welcome, the food is very good and you notice that better when you go there to eat from their menu. I also find the friendly service and the hygiene important that they certainly offer!

Friendly people and delicious food. It might be a cafeteria, but the burgers could easily be from a restaurant. They're always made right in front of you. The kitchen is spotless. It was my birthday, and they gave each of us a free milkshake and a few lollipops.

We regularly go to this family cafeteria in Nieuw-Vennep when there is an opportunity. Sometimes we eat in the restaurant section, sometimes we take the order with us. The staff is nice and helpful, even if there are children in the group, they are child friendly. There are also toilets for visitors. Parking is free in the area.

Bad service. ! And stubborn owner. When 5 of us came in to eat a snack in the takeaway section, we were asked to take a seat in the section where the staff serves the food. This was against our wishes. Because you pay more. Staff (except the owner) was friendly. But we were not served the way we wanted. A frikandel mayo was served that had already been cut open before it went into the fryer. As a result, more than half of the frikandel was hard and unappetizing. When we indicated to the owner of this business that we are not used to this being served in this way, he said that we should have reported it. And he also gave us the impression that we should have known. (We were certainly not from NieuwVennep) and he said. According to him this was completely normal. " My colleagues also serve it that way." We showed that we were not satisfied and politely asked for a new normal 😬 frikandel. "No" was the answer. "We don't give away for free." Not empathetic towards my son at all. This place didn't get a tip from us. Which we normally give 99 times out of 100. Customer is not king here 🤪

Met koningsdag topdrukte. Wij met z'n vieren friet hete kip besteld. Plekje bemachtigd in de snackbar. Het restaurant gedeelte zat ook stampers vol. Allemaal in oranje gekleed. Er stond veel personeel en hoe druk ze het ook hadden ze bleven vriendelijk. Het was gekkenhuis rond 19.00 uur. We hebben braaf 45 min gewacht. Maar alles was compleet, gaar en super lekker. Onze coplimenten.

vanavond lekker gegeten samen met mijn vrouw ,mooie schone zaak vriendelijk personeel en hardwerkende chinese eigenaar erg aardige mensen, ik ben hier al voor de derde keer geweest en zal nog veel vaker komen als ik weer naar Nederland komt.

Super vriendelijke eigenaars,zeer schoon restaurant,en goede kwaliteit eten. Hier moet je zijn!

Pittige kip met patat besteld. De kip was prima, maar niet echt pittig. De patat had veel harde stukjes. Dat was een tegenvaller. De saus zat keurig in een apart bakje. Personeel was vriendelijk.

Zeer aardig personeel, neemt de tijd voor alle klanten als ze binnen komen en bereiden het eten met liefde, ik beveel deze snackbar zeker aan aan mijn kennissen omdat het eten gewoon super lekker is
