Family purmerend in Wijk 06 Purmer-Zuid

The hamburger is great! The fries are great! But if I order oorlog sauce and only get satay sauce, I'm quickly done with it. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time. Also, the frikandel special was upside down, so the sauce was in the bag. This is incredibly disappointing.

I used to come here a lot when we lived nearby. I think it was called Snackbar Zuid, and it was a really great place! I went back on a Sunday afternoon, and it wasn't bad, but not great either. The quality of the fries isn't good; they don't have a good bite, and there are lots of small, hard pieces, so they're not nice, long fries. Two fries, two snacks, and one milkshake for 18 euros are apparently the current prices, but you can definitely find something to say about that. The service was very friendly, the chairs were comfortable, and it's more than just a snack bar; they also have full menus. Everything is brought to your table, which is neat! The croquette was delicious, but I won't be back for the fries. The place looked neat and clean, and there are also areas outside for smokers.

The fries were too cold and tasted old. Otherwise, it was an okay place to sit. Unfortunately, the food was poor quality, or rather, inedible. I would have liked a refund, but that wasn't possible. And yes, I was there, and I didn't like it. Sorry, my opinion about the food. So why are you trying to manipulate my opinion with your comment? Not very professional. Make good fries like the ones on Dam Square... you know.

It's a shame the fries get cold and soggy quickly. Melty after a few minutes. Just not tasty. Too bad. The meat was overcooked and there was a hair in it.

I wanted to eat something, but there's a lot of smoking on their patio. I asked if they could stop it, and they couldn't. So I'm not going to eat there either.

The fries and burgers are really good at this place. The Caprese burger is especially recommended. It's deliciously crispy and fresh. The staff (lady) is very friendly and enthusiastic. Great place!

Excellent choice. So far, I have not seen a cafeteria in the Netherlands that comes close in terms of food, service and atmosphere. Offer an incredibly wide range of snacks, where the variety of burgers is particularly striking. Living in France for years now, I have not yet eaten a hamburger there that comes close to the quality of the Premium Cheeseburger that I ate at Family in Purmerend. Thanks! The cafeteria has a warm, cozy atmosphere. The hostess and the staff made me and my family feel more than welcome. Even when the crowds increased, they remained very friendly and the waiting times remained short. The Family team is a close-knit family that does everything to ensure that you, the customer, are and remain satisfied. A day later we had food delivered to our home. The delivery person was 1 minute earlier (!) than the agreed 6:00 PM :). The food was hot, the quality was excellent and the delivery person was very friendly. Great experience. Considering the level of the food (and the atmosphere & location), the price-quality ratio is unprecedentedly high. We will definitely come back on our next visit.

Super cozy there, beautifully decorated and delicious food!!! Highly recommended. Super friendly employees. Fries cooked perfectly and the burgers and snacks are great!! And certainly affordable. And nice and close for me.

An average of 1 euro for the sauce is ridiculous since there are 2 supermarkets opposite that sell a tube of sauce for 1 euro, no price list on the menu if you look in the snack bar as if it is a secret

Ate here during our holiday. Nice tent with friendly staff. Everything appears neat and clean, even the toilet. Then the food. This is of very good quality. Previously great with the old owner, now the fries were not tasty. I ordered a grilled burger, which was a dirty, fat hamburger. The food ordered was also delivered 1 hour late and the food was cold. So no, this snack bar is not for us anymore.

Always really always!! Do they forget my onion, how difficult is it to put onion on my fries and it is becoming more and more expensive and less and less and you get less and less sauce

Ordered 2 fries, 2 croquettes and 1 frikandel. Received 2 frikandellen instead of 2 croquettes. The fries were lukewarm and there were spongy fries in between. It wasn't like that before.

Ordered various snacks and fries tonight, but received a Croquette instead of a Pikanto. Tried calling for half an hour but no one answered. Very unfortunate Family and also that a Pikanto costs more than a Kroket.

A nice experience because of the Asian cheerful lady behind the counter, pleasant entrance, this lady looks at you, greets and laughs, is very civilized super friendly, a really sincere nice experience. We don't experience that that often anymore.

Used to be a nice chip shop. I hadn't been for a while, but what a CHAOS since they also offer online and home delivery. Then sit in an industrial area and only do it online. Even the food, if you pick it up yourself, is lukewarm within 5 minutes.

Had a delicious meal with six people, all of us had our food on the table at the same time.👍 Enough choice on the menu, various menus with salad and fries for a reasonable price. Friendly service, highly recommended.

Everything is fine at the Family.

Just ordered Kapsalon twice, it cost almost 9 euros. Now I'm not a big eater, but I wasn't full. Can look for food again. Very little meat, not even 50 grams of meat was in it. Way too many fries. It was a small round container, quickly back to the large containers you had before.

Well... let's post something anyway. I have ordered many times, but unfortunately things often go wrong. The orders arrive incomplete. You call immediately, they apologize and you are asked if you want a voucher. I accepted it once (€10) and was also offered to deliver later due to crowds,...no. but after that things didn't go well more often than not. Now ordered again, including Sundea special rocky road ice cream,….a bowl of soft ice cream with chocolate sauce and small marshmallows €3.85. Where were the nuts?? This is really the last straw while the snacks themselves were fine! This time we ordered €27.55 for two people!

Previously our standard snack bar to pick up. Since it has become a family, it has been pure drama with orders that are incomplete and when calling they are only told "we might be able to deliver it" is the least that could happen, I think... I understand that something can go wrong, but it seems standard procedure to forget something

Been there many times, the lady who takes orders is not customer friendly and very arrogant, today I went to get sundae and there was a hair in it, it was very neatly explained that it was there, I received a rude answer and I didn't believe it. Ultimately, with some effort and intervention from the boss, we got a new ice cream. Never go back there again

Recently got fries but not as crispy as before but limp and seemed raw on the inside. The snack was delicious but a bit lacking in peanut sauce. We never eat fries that often, but no, I won't order fries here anymore. The milkshakes also deteriorated in quality, weak, watery and tasteless too. It's a shame the rum and pistachio were so tasty there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I won't be delivering there anytime soon, because I forgot something twice, but it was delivered quickly afterwards. Then again, no, no more shakes or fries there, unfortunately, but their snack is alright. for a drink... .

Order placed for delivery. After waiting for over an hour, I called. Order still had to be prepared. Delivered quickly after calling, but lukewarm and fries were clearly old. This was not the first time, but it will be the last time I order there.

Ordered today. I live really close by, but couldn't make it myself. I thought I'd have it delivered. Unfortunately everything was quite cold, especially the fries. Strange/unfortunate considering the distance. Won't be ordering again anytime soon...

Recently ordered and had a delicious meal, ordered today and was missing a product and all the sauce was everywhere in the bags... Called and the product was delivered quickly...including a drink as an apology...neat! Unfortunately, the ordered hot dog also turned over 4 times, I suspect, and that is not nice for a hot dog. Oh well, that could happen, I thought....but if he is soaking wet and not a good fan at all, the stars go down. Hopefully better next time.
