Family Zoetermeer in Centrum

I had a fantastic meal at Family Zoetermeer. Fast service, friendly staff, and delicious food. I chose the Smashburger Deluxe menu for dinner. After dinner, I had a latte, which was also delicious. Definitely not expensive. Highly recommended!

Sat there before. Ordered an iced coffee. It was delicious. Sat there today. I had to go inside and politely ask for a menu. It was busy, so I figured I'd grab it myself. We sat outside. Ordered two iced coffees. One with Baileys and whipped cream. The other just plain. What we got looked more like a milkshake. I mentioned that, and a young woman said, "I'll check." She came back with four ice cubes in a glass. I said, "That's not really the solution, because with two ice cubes, my iced coffee doesn't get cold." She said, "Sorry." Would you like something to eat? So she said, "No, and definitely not after this iced coffee." Shortly after, another woman came and said, "I made them myself, and I always make them this way, and they have ice in them. Can I help you with anything else?" She said, "Yes, certainly, but I don't want to be charged for this." "Okay," she said. We gave both back, even though we'd only taken one sip. 7 euros for a warm iced coffee is a bit steep. And she took it with her. We walked across the street so we could get another drink. Half an hour later, the owner came to ask why you left. Uh, we discussed it properly and then left. It would suit you, as the owner, to first ask your own staff for an explanation instead of portraying us as non-paying customers! And like I said, even if the owner were king, I wouldn't let myself be portrayed as a non-paying customer. An apology would definitely have been appropriate. 👎 A very nasty aftertaste, especially how he came to ask for an explanation. And how the staff twisted the story. Keep in mind, it's about two iced coffees. If we had secretly "left," we wouldn't be sitting at a place across the street! So, first inquire properly, and especially when you approach us with a different tone of voice as the owner. 👌

All very nice, but the mozzarella sandwich was really subpar. Unpleasantly thick slices and coarse bread. I did see other dishes that looked nice. Too bad.

Easily accessible from the RandstadRail stop Stadhuis. The food was very tasty, and it is very child-friendly. The menu varies from fries with meat to delicious sandwiches. They also have delicious ice creams, such as the Cookie Monster. The only downside is the toilet, it is really very small

Fries were half cooked and very salty, I think they had a pack of salt on them. All in all not recommended

I got a vegetarian burger with coleslaw. It was alright! After having ordered drinks, another waiter came back to ask what the person I was eating with ordered for a drink. Also, when ordering a burger menu, you get one sauce free but when you ask for two sauces you need to pay for one! We didn't know this, it could've been more clear but it's not the end of the world. :) The atmosphere and location was good. If you sit in the covered terrace, you have a good view over the lively city centre of Zoetermeer.

It was warm and cozy. Due to the large group it took a long time for the food to arrive, but I didn't mind that. Service is very young and can pay more attention to various things such as cleaning the table and collecting empty glasses in between. The children had a good time.

Nice food, but the milkshake is not recommended. The syrup that is put in the milkshake was not mixed, which makes it very sweet at the bottom and the rest of the milkshake does not taste the taste. So I'll get that at McDonald's next time.

Top tent, friendly staff and good food. Large portions. Ordered a chicken club sandwich, richly filled and tasty. The coffee is also good. Beautiful in the center of Zoetermeer.

The kitchen is clearly not in order at all. With an average turnout, we had to wait more than an hour for our lunch. The atmosphere was therefore not bearable inside :')

We enjoyed the Christmas menu on Boxing Day. Super cozy in a homely atmosphere. The staff certainly went out of their way for this day. Nothing was too much. Thanks to all the staff for a super enjoyable evening. Definitely worth repeating.

Food and atmosphere deserve more than the current 4.0. Service will have to be a little faster. Maybe put less on the packed menu. Otherwise fine!

The food was delicious, full of flavor and beautifully presented. The service was excellent; we were helped quickly and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys good food and also appreciates fast, friendly service!

Had lunch today and it was very tasty. The atmosphere is very nice in the closed conservatory, service very friendly and of course the food. The flatbreads are super tasty with different toppings such as beef, spicy chicken, brie or healthy. The bread is large and freshly baked. Highly recommended!!

Had a very nice evening with my son. The chef keeps a nice overview and the food was delicious. Towards the end of our visit it was difficult to get the attention of the wait staff. The decaf was lukewarm due to the long processing time. Providing this at the company's expense would have been charming, because I did say something about it. Nevertheless, 5 stars. 👌🏻

A good and very friendly and helpful staff. Extensive menu, something for everyone. We have had a perfect meal there several times.

It's good, just a bit expensive (think a mistake with the vegetables. Just kidding). Anyways, really delicious food (both the fries menus and regular lunch dishes), delicious ice creams, the only thing I didn't like was the lemonade, but it wasn't bad either. A really great business!

Rarely a place with such a nice atmosphere. Especially in the city center, there is no place where such attention is paid to the customer. The prices are also attractive and it looks nice. We really enjoy coming here.

Normally my regular snack bar, but it was so busy on Liberation Day that there was no time for takeaway. I understand it, but I was looking forward to it.

Delicious food and cozy atmosphere, but I think charging 1.80 for a small bowl of truffle mayonnaise and 1.10 for mayonnaise detracts somewhat from the hospitality. I won't stay away for it😊

The neon lights suggest you are entering a snackbar like Febo but then inside you get surprised by good food, a nice atmosphere and kind waiters.

Beef croquette sandwiches were tasty, but the sandwiches were very small. Old cheese sandwiches were also small and the 'old' cheese was not good.

Good quality for the price, certainly surprising prices, a hamburger for ~9 euros! Children's menu was given to us in a bag, a bit strange. Salad not quite fresh, but okay. Carpaccio not the top quality, but okay

Als je geen haast hebt, is het een prima zaak met lekker eten maar je geduld wordt wel flink op de proef gesteld...

Personeel is altijd netjes en vriendelijk. Zaak ziet er netjes uit en t eten was top. Een aanrader. Neem de choco Malibu milkshake. Die is daar echt heeeeeerlijk. Bedankt en tot de volgende keer.

We had some food here tonight . Friendly staff and nice setting . Reasonable prices. I had ordered some salads and some fries and a gyros flatbread. All good. But was very disappointed with the gyros flatbread as the few pieces chicken were used as decoration not to provide a meal. The staff did come and ask if everything was ok . As I was there with my family I did not make any comments as what was I supposed to say ? I did consider ordering something else but as the first order took very long to arrive. I skipped and left hungry. It’s a shame as it would not have taken much to make me happy.
