Ordered Too Good To Go and when I arrived there was no package for me. Instead of making a package anyway, they really wouldn't lose any money on it since the purchase is of course zero, my order was cancelled. They don't know customer service, these money wolves. Only tricks to get you to the tent and still want to charge the full price.

Food is fine, as expected for a febo however the server was rude and rolled her eyes.

Too salty and overcooked, today 14/6/2024 I order some fries and kroketten, when I ask from bold headed man , he rudely tell me to go outside of the shop , I won't come here anymore . This person is not okk !!! Be aware toxic !!

If you don't eat peanut sauce, you'll notice that it's really rubbish. also the noodles are of poor quality. fries were overcooked.

Very rude staff , i work for uber eats , and i got order from them , and on my way to pickup the order i got emergency where i needed to use the toilet, and i asked them if i can use their toilet and they refused with very rude way without telling why they refused , i took it easy and kept smiling, and wished them a great day after i picked up the order , and they even didn't reply , believe me you will be in similar situation sooner or later , and when this happen to you remember this review.

Compared to say 25 years ago I found the shop clean, staff present and very friendly, but the snacks bland.

The prices of febo are so high that it is becoming unaffordable, mc and bk are cheaper, this was always the other way around and should be that way, ridiculous

Great for snacks. But to the owner: there is someone there who always cooks the fries too short. Again on 19-11-2022 in the evening. Can this please be passed on, because this is nothing.

Febo's croquettes are of course always excellent, but they have become incredibly expensive.

I had a hamburger, very thin small bun with a paper thin hamburger in between, little taste, the first and the last time I order a hamburger there

HORRIBLE!!!! I ordered here on October 1, 2022. Only after more than 1 hour do I receive a message that the delivery person is on his way. Then it turned out that the delivery person had another stopover. Then the delivery man didn't want to come to my house and started laughing at me. He said he would leave my food 4 blocks away if I didn't come to him. In the end he laughed at me again, insulted me, canceled the order and probably ate it himself. I will never come here again....

What a nice staff and the familiar Febo face, a small downside to the chain. The prices are literally on the pricey side. Understand that everything was different in the past

Febo is always good, but it's a shame that it's only by debit card. That will cost them a lot of business. They'll know.

2 weeks back I have ordered a chicken fried wings and thighs,the taste was rather bland and quite flavourless. Today I have ordered a chicken burger and a plate of fries, the chicken burger was very good,and the salt in the fries are a little bland. But still never got this much satisfied after a meal.

We ate here for the first time on July 27th, 2022. Since we don't speak Dutch, we were a bit overwhelmed at first with the order, but luckily the very nice employee was able to help us in German. It's a very clean shop. Next time we're in the area, we'll definitely eat here again. We can only recommend this Febo.

We ordered chicken burgers from FEBO through Thuisbezorgd.nl on Friday, March 18, 2022 and while eating the burger, I found cellotape among the chopped lettice. It was already in my mouth before realised what I was chewing on.

After my experience today I actually only wanted to give 1 star. If you eat here on site it is fine. But don't order here!!!! Fries way, way too salty. Extremely overly salty even. And it was just cold. Hogweed was fried too long so the edges were burnt. 1 fries was half full, 1 fries only had a quarter of what the other had. And they dare to ask more than 30 euros for that. I will never order from here again. 30 euros in the wheelie bin would have been worth more.

Indicate that delivery via Thuisbezorgd will be delivered within 25-35 minutes. Order only leaves the FEBO after 70 minutes, worthless, 8 minutes of cycling and the order is lukewarm. Better order from McDonalds! Then you have a hot snack within 20 minutes.

Literally placed 2 orders and asked for mustard. And twice we didn't get mustard. Order extra for extra onion, literally no extra onion.

The grilled burger sandwiches were tasty, but the fries were dry, perhaps too early at 11:30 am.

Admittedly I am a Febo addict in the last 30 years or more. I have been to and tasted numerous Febo snacks but let me assure you this Febo at Stadshart Amstelveen is the very best there is. The kroket (croquet) and kipkorn (deep-fried minced chicken) were crispy and not greasy. The owners were super friendly and greet clients as we enter and when we leave. A pleasure to indulge there!!!

If you want to eat quickly and deliciously for little money then you've come to the right place. There are ready-made products (warm) that you can immediately pull out of the drawer by inserting money or you can have it freshly prepared. Shop owners and employees are really friendly and give it their all, the shop is well attended and popular.

Empty hatches, huge disappointment

Well, a "snack bar". Without being condescending, what do you write? The veal croquette!!! OMG... order a fresh one, not from the wall: at the counter. And then nibble it straight from the fryer, crispy hot, without mustard, how delicious it is. Perfect bite, creamy filling pieces of meat. Slightly spicy aftertaste. Mmmmmm

I think the food there is quite expensive. Because now a croquette costs 2.00. And it used to cost around 1.00. But it's worth it. I give it a 4.0 out of 5.0.
