When you wanna buy a burger meal, which includes a burger, fries with one sauce, and a drink it cost €10,95 per person. The man working there asked if we would like a dubble burger and yes, you expect to pay a little more, but instead of paying €22, we ended up paying almost €30. He charged everything separately, not telling you that the deal suddenly doesn't exists anymore. Very expensive for a burger with a small chips and a small drink. You might as well go to a real restaurant, where you get proper food for this price. The person behind the counter isn't an honest person and also not very friendly. He will rip you off. Don't go to Febo, you might as well walk a bit further to go to MacDonald. Febo has always been in the shadow of other burger places anyway and a real snackbar is also much better than Febo.

Warning – very bad experience at FEBO Daniël We ordered a Burger Menu that, according to the offer, was supposed to cost €10.99. Ultimately, €29.85 was charged. Additionally, I had to pay an extra €0.85 for mayonnaise, even though I assumed this was included in the ordered menu. When I wanted an explanation about this, a normal conversation with the employee behind the counter was unfortunately not possible. He reacted angrily and unfriendly, which only made the situation worse. We absolutely do not consider this a correct way to treat customers. Therefore, always carefully check your order and the amount you have to pay. We will report this matter to the relevant authorities and the municipality so that it can be investigated whether this involves incorrect pricing information or other irregularities. Our advice: check your bill carefully before you leave. Or better yet, don't visit this place at all. Menu without prices? Inspection is on its way!!!!

Very bad, closes before closing time, not very tidy

The food is tasty, but the man behind the counter is incredibly unfriendly and pushy.

The last time I was there, I ordered a shawarma burger without lettuce. To my great surprise, there was a piece of bone (quite large) in the meat, which caused my tooth to break. I sent multiple emails to Febo, then called and left a message. To date, I have received no feedback to resolve this problem.

5 euros for a small napkin of fries of short lengths, but with plenty of mayo.

Super high prices. Okay, you think, never mind. But then I also get half a container of leftover fries. Never again.

The food was what was to be expected, but saying a good evening and a pleasant evening is the minimum we can expect, I think.

The menu is only in Dutch. There wasn't much choice at the vending machines, so I had to order at the counter. The price is great and the food is quite tasty. It was busy, so there was a bit of a wait. The atmosphere isn't very inviting, more like fast food, and the floor was slippery and greasy.

I cannot rate the food did not but nothing to drink , because of the heat (weather) I went for something to drink but LORD! People in the netherland should ASAP start working how to treat customers, the one attending had 0 enegie, like for real. FEBO Amsterdam – hidden gem with top ice cream 🍦🔥 We come here often but we actually want to keep it a secret 🤫 because this FEBO is really next level. Today we went for dessert after a good dinner and wow what a surprise! The ice cream was deliciously creamy and really exceeded expectations even better than at some ice cream parlors. The caramel sauce was perfect not too sweet and melted beautifully together with the ice cream that surprisingly remained firm for a long time. Normally we go wild here with burgers fries croquettes and milkshakes but this ice cream deserved all the attention. 10/10 for taste and quality. Ordered a veal croquette from this Febo yesterday. When I got back to the hotel with my food I saw that the croquette had cracked open. Still, I ate the croquette, but I really regretted it later. I hung over the toilet all night and the only thing that came out of my throat was oil. Thank you Febo, I don't wish you a nice day because I don't have one now either!

Raw fries have no taste in the products

The door says 'open', but the door is locked. The employee sees me standing in the rain, but makes no move to let me in. Instead, he fills the bins with frozen meat. One more look at the dreary interior and I'm gone. Then just McDonald's on the corner. What a shame at FEBO.

It seemed undercooked, with visible blood in the meat. I’m completely disappointed.

For fries or a snack, this is the place!

Very little for the prices they charge. 4.80 euros for this meager bowl of fries. Ridiculous.

Super nice staff. Customization to your Clubburger is endless. Eating inside is also a good idea: 555 clean toilet before you continue with the car and park right in front of the door. Caution: maximum 30 minutes. Parking management is located next to the FEBO!!!

Unpretentious fast food, not bad but not special either. It's not expensive that said.

Altijd vrolijke en vriendelijke alleen zijn alle febo's dieven plastic moet je voor betalen en hun hebben karton is een heel groot verschil maar ik zal zelf bakjes mee nemen de volgende x dan betaal ik nixs extra's

Famous fast food "cafetaria" chain in amsterdam to obtain quickly a small bite. Went here to order frites, and I was not disappointed. The frying of my portion was started when I ordered, and I got a fresh and crispy portion of fries to eat.

The shop was really busy and their prices have sky rocketed. I don't earn enough to spend €20 in a snackbar regular food which you would buy for €10 at any other snackbar. Anyhow I'm not going near Febo anymore.

Blijft een heerlijk concept. Een van mij favorieten.

Het eten bij Febo smaakt overal het zelfde maar de ontbrekende uitstraling van klantvriendelijkheid maakt het toch minder lekker. Prive gesprekken bij het frituur zijn belangrijker dan de klant die binnen komt....die wacht wel even😬

De FEBO heeft lekkere kroketten..De friet is er vrij standaard.

Vrijdag avond heb ik eten hier gehaald en 3 kwartier later zat ik op de wc. 2 uur later had ik last van koorts wat dus hoogstwaarschijnlijk voedselvergiftiging was. Ik kwam hier regelmatig maar dat doe ik nu niet meer.

Goede snelle hap! 21/09 Vandaag wederom een goede ervaring. 2 Patatjes met mayo/uitjes en 2 kipburgers lekker vers en met liefde geserveerd.

Duurde wat lang. Iemand anders werd sneller geholpen, daar zal we een logische reden voor zijn. Ondanks dat smaakte het eten prima. De grillburger is heerlijk en de kroket is ongeëvenaard.

Een vette bek wanneer je de professionele groothandel uitloopt. Top!
