Closed before closing time. Door already locked. Lights out, and staff quickly hide when you try to go there. Bad Febo

Great FEBO, especially since it's open until late…

The fries aren't fried properly, there's barely any salt on them, and my order isn't taken properly because they barely speak Dutch. With the fries with satay and onions, I get three pathetic onions, and they even throw in mayo that I didn't even ask for. This is way below par. I won't be coming back; please improve the quality and service, because this is simply unacceptable.

Was already closed 15-20 min before supposed closing time

The food is nothing exceptional and remains very expensive for what it is. The server was extremely rude, didn't speak a word of English, and tried to overcharge me for what I ordered. If you want to eat fast food, head to an international chain you know.

Polite workers and quick service. The burger and fries I had were completely okay, to be expected of a fast food place. The person who served me was also very generous with the amount of fries. My biggest takeaway is that the biscoff milkshake was fantastic. Definitely recommend.

Coming there was the worst decision of the day, ordered fries with sauce and a grill burger. The guy was very rude. When the order was ready I have asked him which sauce was there, and in a rude way, he replied mayo of course, as if I was asking smth out of the ordinary. It is not the first time, I’m encountering him, and he is always rude. Hate this FEBO location, and hate that this is the one next to my house. But I’ll never ever go here, I’ll better bike to the center if I want fries from FEBO, that was the last straw tbh.

The food is nice and tasty, nothing to really complain about.

I have rarely seen such a rude waiter who is incapable of making a good burger and refuses to clean his tables despite our request.

I asked for no sauce on my burger but they stiml gave me one with sauce. And instead of giving me a new one they just removed it with some paper. There was still sauce on the other side!

El propósito original de este edificio era una casa de baños. Abierto durante la segunda guerra mundial y se podía ir allí a tomar una ducha por 10 o 15 centavos, así que leí. Se puede ver claramente su origen por las características que todavía hay en el edificio, para mí fue un placer visitarlo, disfrutando del edificio, la comida y la gente que pasa. Nos sentamos con amigos y tuvimos nuestro almuerzo. Personal amable y tuvimos una excelente comida. Hay asientos dentro y fuera, en primavera y verano la terraza debe estar muy llena en un lugar tan agradable. Dentro de una barra llena y muchos asientos.

Worst fries I've ever eaten. No taste at all.

Got satay today, very disrespectful man, speaks Dutch poorly and barely understands it, satay took quite a long time, when I got home the satay was inedible, tough and grilled for too long, very little satay sauce, that for 7 euros, for me the last time bah bah bah

Why doesn't the parent company teach franchisees how to fry fries: lukewarm, limp, lovelessly made fries. Everything with an air of “it is your own choice that you come and eat here, but we are not going to make it tasty”. Dirty tables as icing on the cake. Yikes.

As a former employee and febo fan, this is a febo that is too sad for words. The place itself cold, empty and unkempt. The staff barely speaks Dutch and immediately translates it into a foreign language in the kitchen. No friendliness outside of ordering and payment. Mr. Borst would turn around in his urn on the spot, seeing his febos in such a state of disrepair, not to mention the prices...just bizarre. Febo used to be familiar, tasty and for the normal man, there were always people inside... now the walls are empty and the business is there...

12/14/2024 After a shitty day, I bought something from this Febo. The atmosphere in the shop is not that good, but the man who worked there that evening was very friendly and had produced a nice full bowl of fries for me in record time and a delicious snack. Sir, you are a hero and thank you again. The quality of the food was good, of course for a Febo, but you know what you come for when you order from a Febo. The price is also very favorable, especially compared to the other quick and easy options available. I don't know how bad the experiences of the others in these reviews were, but I think they are just a bit sour and have nothing better to do than whine on the internet. In any case, I'm satisfied.

great food for when you‘re on your way home after a long night - even sober it’s amazing

The food is quite tasty, but we were harassed by three scoundrels, who out of nowhere spoke to us, insulted us and made animal noises for attention. We passed this on to the employee who then did nothing with it. When we picked up our food we sat somewhere else and these guys approached us again. The employee did nothing about it, lucky for everyone this didn't lead to a fight.

What do you mean you give someone a broken container?

Fries are just fine, Service is inherent to the atmosphere, when you stand behind your counter and everything, body language, communication and appearance shows that you don't really feel like it anymore, then just go home and hand in your franchise permit to someone who want to make something of it. You would only have attached your good name to it...

Closed early, they should be open at 00:00 but closed at 23:30 on a Saturday. I don't understand.

Employees are not customer friendly and small portions you get...

Tonight I was deeply disappointed by this Febo. I'm a big Febo fan, but the portion I received tonight was downright sad. the medium fries (photo attached below) consisted of more sauce than fries and, like the cheese soufflé, were cold. Since I was very hungry, this sight was a slap in the face.

Kind of outrageous they charge you €1 for a side of ketchup. The food is mid as a usual FEBO. Not particularly friendly service here. Better off going to Kwalitaria down the street, or spending even less money down Javastraat for fresher and more quality quick bite to eat.

I have never had such a dreary meal. Burger had carrot sauce and was finished within 2 bites. The fries were a kind of puree on the inside. My appetite has never gone away so quickly. I could cry

I have never seen my appetite disappear so quickly. The food was nothing to look at. First off, my meatball sandwich looked more like a bad falafel ball and it didn't taste much better either. The fries looked like mashed potatoes on the inside and were inedible. The only positive thing about the food was the milkshake. Before I was told or could read what the seasonal make was, I had to ask again 4 times. I regret eating here and certainly don't recommend it. I would rather not eat than order this again

For the umpteenth time my order is incomplete. You always miss something from your order or something different is put in the bag than what you actually ordered. I have been experiencing this for more than a year and would advise everyone to check your order carefully.

Super friendly, efficient and if you have a couple minutes; you can always request a fresh snack out the well. Make sure to pay first at the cash register if you pay with card and you should be set. Try the speciaaltje it’s amazing!

Fries nothing special, snacks very tasty. Sober design of the business itself. An excellent location. Service could be better.

Febo is a Febo as we are used to it. The fries were wonderfully fresh and hot and not too salty and the mayonnaise is always unsurpassedly delicious. There is no atmosphere or experience and the furniture on your terrace is very sparse and not always clean. Prices, on the other hand, have risen sharply and fries become very expensive if you have to pay €0.70 extra for the mayonnaise.

Burgers are a joke and fries are mediocre at best. Polite staff though.

Hele aardige werknemers. Iedereen is welkom en Febo blijft natuurlijk een top tent voor een snelle snack of na het uitgaan.

Eten is goed, behalve de patat slape hap. Voor de rest prima.

Altijd Fan van Febo geweest, maar 4 euro neerleggen voor een (enkele) "grillige" grillburger is wel een beetje heel ver gezocht, het is schandalig. Personeel is okay, wel vriendelijk maar het is niet de prijs waard, jammer. Hier niet eten tenzij je veelste veel wilt betalen voor je snacks

If you wanna try something nice from, KFC, McD and Burga, Try FEBO. You will love it. Their style and taste are totally different

Beetje vreemde manier van milkshakes maken, room erin siroop apart en dan roeren met een rietje.. had 1 slok siroop en was het direct zat!

Ja, geen 3 sterren restaurant maar wel lekker en aardige medewerkers.

Vriendelijk personeel. Wat kleine zaak maar wel voldoende zit gelegenheid, redelijk schone tafeltjes, de horeca medewerkers hebben tijd voor een praatje en hebben begrip voor dieet wensen, (een frietje zonder zout is mogelijk.)

Like the store here much better than the ones in the inner city. You have to wait a little longer but the fries are much better and the owner is also very nice. The prices are fair and it tastes better than the usual fast food chains. Clear recommendation.

Personeel kijkt je met een zure kop aan. Neemt je bestelling lamlendig alsof je zn tijd verspild. Eten was... prima, Febo is Febo.

Zal mooi zij als het personeel iets vriendelijker zou zijn. Wachttijd was kort en frietjes lekker.

Ah. This is one of my favourite places to grab a bite. Febo has so many stores that it's amazing to find one just few metres away. 😛 The food is amazing for the price they serve it in. 😊✨ It's sad to see that there's no dine-in yet, but hopefully when things improve we can have dine-in as well. Can't wait to try something else from there again. 🤭🤭
