Placed an order and never showed up, even though the order had been accepted. Also called a few times but didn't answer. It did say online that they were open. Very unprofessional…

No delivery, no response after multiple calls. I did confirm the order. Don't order from here!

Ordered a dorum döner. It took ages, and when I asked about it, he said it wasn't even that long ago. When I asked for two chicken strips as compensation, he said he didn't give anything away for free. After that, I waited another 15 minutes. I wouldn't recommend it during Carnival!

Placed an order with Uber Eats at 6:30. The food never arrived. They didn't pick it up. What a truly awful restaurant.

Ordered a few times already, no complaints, always had a friendly delivery person so far.

Very bad business, they don't show up and when you call them they say they were already closed while their own website says they are open. When you call them they say call Thuisbezorgd to get your money back.

Do not take answers and the food takes a long time and do not get any response as to how much longer it will take

I asked for food through uber eats and they never delivered even though in the app showed that the food was in the way to my house. They did not answer the inquires through uber eats app and did not answer the phone. They got my money and I am still waiting for them to contact me to explain what happened.

I don't understand the feedback about the waiting times. If you pick it up yourself, it will be ready when you get there. They forgot the chicken nuggets, we called and they made new ones right away. A colleague who simply cancels your order and doesn't tell you anything can take an example from this. Thanks to Ferry, we at least had something to eat tonight and I can't help but condone you forgetting the chicken nuggets. Everything was packaged so well that the food was still warm when we got back with the chicken nuggets. Thanks! :-)

Absolutely great! Ordered a chicken schaslick dish on a busy Sunday. Food arrived quickly and hot. Received a call that my fries had been forgotten, they were delivered super quickly. Chicken was delicious and tender. Fries were cooked perfectly. Golden brown and warm. Absolutely recommended!

Ordered an hour ago, paid and then you suddenly receive a message that your order has been canceled. You call them a few times and no one picks up...you sit there waiting and the food just doesn't come. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Not neat!

We ordered food online. The food never arrived. We tried to call many times and no one answered. Sometimes the phone would simply hang up. We never got our food. Luckily we got our money back from Uber Eats!

Ordered kapsalon, which was “ok”. However, I placed this order via UberEats at 22:00. The expected delivery was said to be between 22:35 and 22:55, but they delivered it at 23:20. I tried to call the business in the mean time, but the phone number listed on both UberEats and Google is not working. I also did not receive a response via Google Chat at all.

In my opinion one of the better places to get a hair salon.

5 stars from us! Ordered via home delivery and received a call from Ferry that delivery would take a little longer due to extreme crowds, which I think is very nice. The delivery person, a very friendly boy, also apologized at the door, all in all it may have taken about 15 minutes longer...and the food.... VERY VERY TASTY, well seasoned and warm. !! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Nice hair salon and fast delivery. One of the only ones in Sittard who prepares it including red cabbage, as it should be. Definitely order again.

What a terrible experience at Ferrys in Sittard! I placed my order at 7:00 PM via Uber Eats and had to wait longer than 3 hours for an order that never arrived. And if that wasn't bad enough, it was impossible to contact them. When I finally went to the store to ask for my money back, they were closed! This is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly discourage anyone from eating here. Don't waste your time and money on this place! Scammers!!!!!!!!! 0 stars if possible!

DO NOT ORDER! I haven't even received the food yet, ordered via Uber eats, been waiting for my food for 2 and a half hours!!!!? Called the restaurant at least 20 times and no answer! So I can't even cancel my order! If I could give it zero stars I would!

Received something completely different than ordered, as often happens, only to be told that they don't have time to pick it up again or bring the right thing. And outside of that, this is not a good presentation, if you are busy then make sure you stop taking orders instead of letting people throw away their money

Waited more than 2 hours to order 1 pizza, a 5-minute drive. Had to call 11 times to get someone on the line, only to be told that the pizza would only be made after a 2-hour wait. No apology, nothing heard. Bad service.

I placed a small order via Ubereats at 11:45 PM and I see that it will be delivered between 00:20 and 00:40, which is fine with me, I'll just wait a while. Now it is now 01.08, 8 minutes after closing time and still no news about my order, I have tried to call several times but I am simply not answered.

After a whole discussion on the phone with the owner, I was branded as a liar and the delivery person who then came again asked me if I was sure that I had not received it. What a filthy ball tent this is! Wait 2 hours for your order which is not complete. Cold undercooked fries, hair in the food, yellow, limp salad. Indicated without tomato due to allergy, but they don't care. Just tomatoes in between. I think they can close!

Very tasty and ordered very often, but also very often that the order is delivered very late. So it neatly indicated that it was no longer necessary to wait long enough. It gets to your head, you don't have to call anymore, we don't have to call customers like you!! Nice and rude that's not how you treat customers, of course it can be busy but every time we order we wait an hour and a half while they sit 5 minutes away from us

Been to this business several times. Case looks neat and clean. Always cheerful and pleasant people and the food also tastes good! Highly recommended!

Terribly bad! Waited 1.5 hours for 1 pita shawarma without vegetables and pasta, but good when it's busy. Once arrived, Mrs. that they forgot to leave the greetings out of the shawarma, if it were my business I would really have made a new sandwich out of decency to the customer if you find out about this before delivery. You might just be allergic to something. Another 3/4 bites and the shawarma was gone, only vegetables left. Finally ate the pita separately. €20 was paid for this, but it was worth €5 at most. Never again!

I had indicated at 7:00 PM that I wanted to receive the order at 9:00 PM, it is now 10:15 PM and I have still not received anything. I called the restaurant and they said that we have 1 delivery person and that is why it takes longer, as compensation they offer you a can. People, if you are in a hurry and don't want to die, don't order here!

Genuinely the nicest staff I have encountered late one evening is a snack bar/pizzeria.

Doner buns were slightly burnt on the top and the bottom was soft. Furthermore, we didn't think it had much taste. Not recommended for us.
