My family and I visited the cafe in the morning, I recommend the breakfast bagels to everyone, they are incredibly tasty and juicy. My heart was won over by the pastries, the cinnamon bun that I ate! If you have a long day ahead, I definitely recommend you visit, the bagel is quite filling, we didn't even think about food until lunch. And the girls' cute smiles lift your spirits.

I had a great time here. The barista and staff are so friendly, I had a chicken avo bagel and it tasted great, I love the atmosphere here and I felt very welcome coming in. There was a very sweet lady in the kitchen and working behind the counter as well, with black hair and a purple scrunchie, she had the best smile and was incredibly kind and welcoming, special thank you to her ❤️ The food can get a little messy so just make sure to take some extra napkins but the sauce is very good :)) I didn't try any of the sweet things but they all looked so so good and I'll be coming back to try them sometime soon. And this is peripheral but I loved the music here, added a lot to the atmosphere for me.

My absolute favorite spot for fresh, delicious bagels —and since I literally live right above it, it couldn’t be more convenient (dangerously convenient, I might add 😉). Erdi is hands down one of the sweetest and most hardworking people I’ve met. Seriously, if there were an Employee of the Century award, he’d win it. The owner should keep him forever—people like that are rare, especially in Amsterdam!The girls are lovely too.I’m genuinely so happy to have this place just steps from my home. The only tiny heartbreak? No traditional Easter mazurek this year! After reading the owner’s story, I can’t help but think her grandmother would’ve absolutely loved that idea—just saying 😄 Still, an amazing spot that keeps me coming back again and again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - 4.5/5 stars - Flo's Deli Went here after craving some bagels. They have a wide variety of bagels, ranging from plain to sesame to cheese and jalapenño. We went with 'The Newman' cheese and jalapeño bagel. It taste pretty good! They were generous with the pastrami, which is really nice 😊 The bagel taste pretty good. Could not taste any sauerkraut, but wasn't a big problem. Service was also really good! All in all a great bagelshop with a variety of bagel and topping options. I might come back 😁

Not suitable for people that eat halal or vegetarians when ordering the egg and cheese combination. They cook it in the same place as the bacon and they use the same utensils. For cleaning the stove they just scrub with the utensils so not really cleaning from client to client. I could watch everything from the place I was sitting and couldn’t finish my bagel. Also the cappuccino came burning which means they burned the milk for speciality coffee standards (not sure if they actually sell speciality coffee but for over 4€ you would expect). It wasn’t a good experience for me unfortunately

As a tourist we love the bagels.Absouletly I love Btl,my bro and husband loves the barbecue meat bagel.First time we went they serve wrong bagel but when we tell that they prepare new one and serve it free of charge. 2days later we went again and they remember us and serve same delicious bagels.Thnx a lot.

Visited Flo’s Deli today and loved the whole experience. It’s not just the great location and cozy atmosphere, the bagels were absolutely delicious and the staff were really friendly. After my bagel, I also had a freshly baked bun with a coffee, and it was extremely good. I’ve had my fair share of bagels in life, and this one was something extra special. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in Amsterdam!

Cute little deli with a charming old-school atmosphere. The bagels were okay but tasted a bit bland. I ordered a latte macchiato, which was good, but the portion was rather small. Overall, it’s a nice spot with a cozy vibe, but there’s still some room for improvement in terms of flavor and value for money.

A selection of sweet breakfast options (pastries). Cozy interior, but limited seating. It was ready quickly and delicious! The two of us each had a bagel with pastrami. The amount of pastrami was quite different, though. I had a lot of meat compared to the other, which was a bit of a shame. Otherwise, nothing to complain about! Definitely worth returning!

I ordered a Sabich bagel with Pretzel bread and it was really good even though the bread was a bit soggy. They're not too big compared to classic bagels which is probably why they're so cheap but that's fine. With that I had a Flat White and we ordered a Cinnamon Bun and a Babka bread for dessert and they were absolutely delicious. All the pastries looked wonderful and honestly they were. They also had cheese pretzels that looked better than any other place I've seen. 🥨 The staff was very cool and the café was cozy, nice place to eat!

A very limited review of a takeaway cinnamon bun! Even though it was eaten many hours after purchase, the cinnamon bun was excellent, soft and cinnamony, with the cream cheese filling topping it off. The place looked very nice and gave off a sense of deliciousness!

I absolutely adore this bagel place! Their bagels are generous, and even have a good crunch to them. They also make wonderful soft(er) pretzels and other breads (babka on fridays if i recall correctly). I definitely recommend checking those out too. The service is brilliant, every time I come in, I’m greeted with genuine friendliness. Nice spot to sit down inside or on the bench overlooking the Utrechtste. Everything I have had here so far, feels very fresh, tasty, and is made with care. (they have an open kitchen so it is easy to see how fresh your pastrami bagel really is.) I always leave happy and full, and I can’t recommend it enough!

I had a really great experience at this bagel shop today. I wasn’t sure what to order, so I asked the girl behind the counter to choose a bagel for me, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The bagel was absolutely delicious—fresh, perfectly made, and full of flavor. The service was friendly and attentive, and I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was cozy and pleasant, making the whole experience even better. Everything—from the food to the service and the environment—was spot on. Five stars without a doubt. Great bagels, great staff, and a place I’ll definitely come back to.

Best, most authentic NY bagels in Amsterdam! They are the closest thing to places like Lenny's in Manhattan. These guys have the other Amsterdam bagel places beat, hands down. Fresh ingredients, great tasting sandwich combos, and super personable service. Great vegetarian options too.

Lovely bagels, great bread and fillings. The staff were so kind and helpful. The coffee beans weren't anything special but it was well made. There's only a few tables and it's a bit noisy but we'll worth going to.

Best bagels in Amsterdam, hands down.

Great experience at Flo's! The man and woman who were there today were so incredibly kind! Many restaurants could learn from them :) I had the Vegan BLT (6.5), the pastrami (8), the brisket (6), and the chocolate almond (7.5). The brisket, in particular, needs some TLC. It's very bland, and the mustard is so sharp it shoots right through your brain. The pastrami, on the other hand, was highly recommended, as was the chocolate almond. Both had excellent flavors. The bagels may be a bit smaller, but they're very compact and filling!

Great bagels. As a lactose-intolerant person I got BLT and brisket option which were nice, however I would only consider this place for breakfast mostly. The staff was super nice and the queue given the lunch time wasn’t long and I got my food early. However, I give it a 4/5 because even after 2 bagels I got hungry quite soon. But perhaps that’s just me not understanding Dutch lunch culture after a month here. :)

Absolute Gem! Wow what a cute little bagel place in a fabulous location🤩The cashier was a lovely American lady, and my order came out so quickly! I ordered The Jerry on a Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel and it was absolutely delicious. You can really taste how homemade and fresh all the ingredients are. The only criticism is that the cream cheese was very salty. But honestly I didn’t mind and enjoyed it thoroughly. A good bagel place. I ordered a flat white and a breakfast bagel with pastrami. The coffee was strong, quite potent. And the bagel was delicious. The pastrami was delicious, as was the egg; a good combination. I also bought six bagels to take home. The cafeteria is a bit small, and it is quite warm inside.

Best in town! Sandwiches are out of this world.

The bagel itself was fresh and delicious, and I really liked that there were different options for the bagel base — a nice touch. However, the hot brisket bagel was a bit disappointing. There were too many caramelized onions, overpowering the pastrami, which should’ve been the star of the sandwich. As for the bacon bagel, the seasoning was inconsistent — some bites were overly salty while others lacked salt entirely. It also felt like it needed a sauce to bring everything together; without it, the components didn’t quite blend. Service was friendly, which I appreciated. That said, it was quite difficult to find a table, and the layout of the dining area felt a bit cramped and not very well thought out.
